Abstract

Cultural pluralism at Saverius Gunungsitoli Nias High School triggers conflict among students when the learning process ignores the implementation of cultural values held by students in the curriculum. This study aims to explore the idea of implementing intercultural dialogue into the learning curriculum at SMA Saverius Gunungsitoli Nias. The aim is to educate and guide students to be able to accept, appreciate, and respect others with different cultural backgrounds. Library research (library research), which is supported by existing reference sources, such as documents, books, journals, magazines, and other print media related to the research theme was chosen as the method. This research found that educators in Catholic school foundations had not yet implemented an integrated curriculum with the theme of intercultural dialogue. The basic spirit of Catholic schools, namely brotherly love among fellow human beings and the characteristics of Catholic schools as a place for dialogue and peaceful encounters to encourage an attitude of recognizing and respecting differences, is expected to be truly implemented through its curriculum. The goal is that students are able to make friends and work together with people of different cultural backgrounds. This research can add to the body of knowledge in the field of education and intercultural dialogue, including interreligious dialogue.

Abstract

The General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) are the main sources of funds from the central government to finance daily operational activities contained in the APBD calculation. Regulations regarding DAK and DAU are regulated in Law No. 33 of 2004 concerning Financial Balance Between the Central Government and Regional Governments, since 2022 there has been an amendment through Law No. 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations Between the Central Government and Regional Governments which was passed on January 5, 2022. The amendment of this law is important to do considering that the provisions in Law 33/2004 concerning Financial Balance between the Central Government and Regional Governments have not been able to solve the problem of social inequality in the regions and the rules regarding transfers to regions of the DAU and DAK types still raise social inequality problems such as uneven public services, the inability of the bureaucracy to achieve public welfare indicators. therefore there are fundamental changes between Law No. 33 of 2004 and Law no. 1 of 2022 on transfers to DAU and DAK regions . This type of research uses a normative juridical approach by examining library materials and data, such as related laws and regulations. This study aims to determine the urgency of Law No.1 of 2022 in relation to achieving the objectives of the state and to conduct a detailed comparison of arrangements in this Law related to the purpose of DAU with the type of division based on groups of regions as well as from the population of the region and others, for DAK there are objectives that are prioritized such as accelerating regional development.

Abstract

Non-medical logistics management is an important aspect in supporting hospital services. Bangkinang General Hospital as a regional referral hospital in Kampar District has carried out non-medical logistics management in the equipment and household sub-section. Even, the management of non-medical logistics at Bangkinang General Hospital has not yet reached the 100% SPM target. The aim of the study was to obtain in-depth information about the analysis of non-medical logistics management in the household and equipment sub-section of Bangkinang General Hospital in 2023. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. There were 13 informants consisting of heads and staff of asset management installations, logistics management, non-medical logistics installations, equipment and household divisions, service unit users, outpatient and inpatient care. The triangulation used is source, method and data triangulation. The results showed that the 7 functions of non-medical logistics management, namely planning and determining needs, budgeting, procurement, receiving, storage and distribution, maintenance, elimination and control have not been carried out efficiently and effectively because forecasting methods, lead time, safety stock and reorder points have not been implemented. well, there are budget constraints to accommodate needs, storage and distribution do not use the FIFO and FEFO principles, there are stockouts and overstocks and non-medical logistics management in 2022 has not yet reached the SPM, namely the timeliness of picking up goods is only 97.5%, the achievement of picking up goods is 33 minutes, the maintenance time for non-medical logistics has only reached 90%. Regent of Kampar Regency, relevant SKPD and SKPKD can formulate new regulations regarding technical requirements for hospital non-medical logistics management including technical requirements for non-medical logistics warehouse buildings and infrastructure

Abstract

One of the activities carried out is to take advantage of the potential in the village so that it can be a solution for villagers, namely the use of corncob waste to become animal feed with economic value. The method used in this activity is through direct training to the Mesa Pau Farmers' group, namely the socialization, processing, and utilization of corncob-fermented feed products. The aim of implementing this program is to provide a medium for managing the potential of Ihing village, namely by conducting training for the Mesa Pau Farmers Group so that they can develop the potential of corncob waste to become animal feed. Implementation of this activity includes; the production process starting from grinding/chopping, fermentation, and use, and the packaging process for packaging and marketing which is carried out conventionally and through e-commerce. The results of this activity are to produce animal feed from fermented weevil waste which can later be used for the personal needs of village breeders and sold to other areas, especially in the Polewali Mandar district.

Abstract

Air humidity is a measure of the content of water vapor in the form of gas in the air to produce water vapor such as fine dew around environments that have high temperatures. Meanwhile, orchid plants have different levels of temperature, humidity and temperature with other plants. Because generally good moisture for orchid plants ranges from 60 sampai 80.Humidity should not be too high at night and not too low during the day. In addition to humidity, the temperature where you plant orchids must also be maintained. The ideal temperature for orchids is: daytime temperatures between 27 sampai 30 degrees Celsius and night temperatures between 21sampai 24 degrees Celsius. It must be continuously controlled so that it can produce good quality orchids. When cultivating orchids, it is necessary to pay attention to the water that is not poured too much or too little, it can cause decay or drying out of the roots of the plants so that the plants can die quickly. Fuzzy logic control system that will be used to control air humidity. The actuators used in this study include relays, DC motor pumps, DC fans and lighting. For how the actuator works, a supporting component is needed, namely the nozzle functions to spout water smoothly for the watering process. During the watering process in the greenhouse, the sensor will detect a signal of decreasing soil moisture level so that the signal will be forwarded to Esp32. For the benefit of developing this research, it can help millennials who are interested in the field of cultivation regarding technological developments in orchid plants in modern greenhouses and lovers of ornamental plants are increasing.

Meanwhile, Organizational Culture does not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, but it has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, this study also examines the mediation of Turnover Intention on the relationship between Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, as well as the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. The analysis results show that Turnover Intention does not mediate the influence of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. Similarly, Turnover Intention does not mediate the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance.  In conclusion, improving Employee Engagement can help enhance Employee Performance, while a good Organizational Culture also plays a role in improving Employee Performance. However, Turnover Intention does not act as a mediator in the relationship between Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, as well as between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.
