Abstract

This internship report discusses the development of a digital portfolio conducted at DigiDreams with a case study of web system development for company profiles and traditional food menus at Nusa Rasa restaurant. The main objective of this internship is to assist in creating a portfolio of work that includes complete information about the restaurant profile and the traditional food menus offered. The process of developing this web system involves several stages, starting from needs analysis, design, implementation, to evaluation. Through a web-based information system development approach, the resulting portfolio is expected to increase DigiDreams' visibility as a provider of web, application, and other digital solution creation services. The results of this project show that the integration of web technology in presenting company profiles and food menus can improve restaurant operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This internship provides practical experience in information system development and web design, as well as an in-depth understanding of the importance of digitalization in the traditional culinary industry. Thus, this report not only documents the process and results of the internship, but also provides insight into the application of information technology in supporting the sustainability of traditional restaurant businesses in the digital era. Keywords: Digital portfolio, Web system, Company profile, Food menu, DigiDreams, Nusa Rasa

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the analysis of constraints that exist during the loading and unloading of goods from ships to the dock and then until they are stored in the owner's warehouse. The research methods used in this study are field research and library research. The author found several constraints or obstacles in the loading and unloading process, namely constraints in the form of natural factors such as bad weather, strong winds, and rain. Under these conditions, unloading activities must be stopped to ensure the safety of goods and workers, as goods exposed to rain will be damaged and their quantity reduced, resulting in losses. In addition, the factor of damaged loading and unloading equipment also hampers the loading and unloading process, with equipment breakdown due to lack of maintenance from the mechanical division on the loading and unloading equipment and several other constraints. After identifying these constraints, PT. Gelora Perkasa has several efforts to minimize them, starting from constraints in the form of natural factors, where the action taken is to temporarily stop loading and unloading activities to prevent greater losses due to damage to goods. Meanwhile, to prevent the consequences of damaged loading and unloading equipment, it is necessary to carry out more intensive maintenance, and equipment that is no longer suitable for use should be replaced and no longer used to avoid obstacles during loading and unloading activities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy between the sharia economy, digital economy, and creative economy in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in North Sumatra. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), we examine how each element contributes to improving market access and competitiveness. The findings indicate that the sharia and digital economies positively influence market access, while the creative economy shows a negative correlation due to various challenges in infrastructure and market understanding. This study highlights the importance of integrated policies, digital platforms, and sharia-based financing to create a more competitive and sustainable MSME sector in North Sumatra. The results emphasize the need for stakeholder collaboration to address the gaps in the creative economy and fully capitalize on the synergies of these economic systems.

Abstract

Aims the increasingly pressing issue of climate change, electric vehicles have emerged as one of the promising solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the context of sustainable development, the transition to more environmentally friendly transportation is becoming increasingly important. Behind its popularity, there are complex factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing and using electric vehicles. The most fundamental question is on what basis do consumers prefer electric vehicles. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling of 233 respondents. The respondent criteria were male or female who were stated to be at least 17 years old, either having an electric vehicle or not having an electric vehicle. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-7. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software to model structural equations between variables. The results showed that the decision to use electric vehicles (Y) was directly influenced by Green Marketing (X1), Quality (X2) and Brand Image (Z1) by 66.7%. At the structural level, the Decision to Use Electric Vehicles (Y) is most significantly influenced (p-value 0.001 < 0.05) by Green Purchase Intention (Z1) and Brand Image (Z2) with a path coefficient of 0.117.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Tourism actively promotes tourism villages with the objectives of empowering local communities, enhancing regional economies, and safeguarding cultural heritage. This paper underscores the significance of community attachment, emphasizing that residents not only derive benefits from tourism but also engage actively in its management, thereby contributing to the advancement of sustainable tourism practices. Furthermore, the concept of orchestration is examined as a strategic framework for effectively coordinating diverse stakeholders—comprising local communities, governmental entities, and businesses—toward the attainment of shared objectives. The orchestration actions, which encompass structuring, bundling, and leveraging, facilitate improved management of tourism villages by harmonizing interests, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing planning and marketing initiatives. By employing the Resource-Based View (RBV), this study elucidates how the strategic leveraging of intangible assets, such as community attachment and local knowledge, can significantly influence tourism performance. It is anticipated that this paper will catalyze further conceptual and empirical investigations into this critical subject, offering valuable insights for tourism destination management and policymakers alike.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the calculation of medical procedure costs using the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method with the claim rates set by BPJS Class 3 for type D hospitals. The calculation results using the TDABC method show a total cost of IDR 2,123,438.87, which includes all activities carried out during the medical procedure, from the preparation stage, surgery, to post-surgery. On the other hand, the BPJS Class 3 claim for similar services is IDR 4,567,700.00, which is higher than the TDABC calculation results. This significant difference indicates a discrepancy between the costs calculated by the hospital and the claims paid by BPJS. Although BPJS claims include administrative costs, overhead, and other factors, the TDABC method provides a more accurate picture of operational costs based on the time and resource capacity used in medical procedures. These findings provide important insights into hospital operational cost management and how to adjust service rates to cost realities more efficiently and transparently.
