Abstract

This study aimed to track the digital transformation journey through the lens of AI adoption in higher education from 2010 to 2025. Using a data-based bibliometric method from Scopus, this study identified the dominant theories used in AI adoption intention studies and conceptual structures. The literature selection process was carried out systematically using the PRISMA method to ensure transparency and accuracy in document selection. Data analysis used bibliometric techniques to analyse the research landscape quantitatively and was conducted using VosViewer Software. The analysis results show that research on AI adoption intention has experienced an annual growth of 34.15%, with most publications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approaches. Network visualisation revealed fragmentation in this research, where several clusters of theories develop separately without strong integration. Overlay visualisation showed a shift from technology acceptance model-based studies to exploration of ethical impacts, algorithm transparency, and AI regulation in higher education. Density visualisation confirmed that although technical factors have been widely studied, AI's social and policy aspects are still underexplored. This research provides a more comprehensive conceptual mapping and identifies research gaps that future studies can fill.

Abstract

Currently, instant noodle brands in the Indonesian market are growing with the emergence of new local brands that offer a variety of product innovations. Competition is occurring not only with new local brands but also with imported instant noodle brands, which are starting to appear in the Indonesian market. The intense competition that occurs makes the brand of instant noodle products must be able to provide quality products in order to be able to maintain and advance their business and provide satisfaction to consumers. As a pioneer for instant noodle products in Indonesia, it does not make Supermi the best-known and best-selling product in the Indonesian market. Consumer satisfaction is one of the important factors for a brand to be an option for consumers in choosing a product. In increasing consumer satisfaction, product quality is one of the influencing factors. This study applied a quantitative descriptive method through a purposive sampling technique and a total sample of 226 participants. The results obtained from the research show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction for Supermi products.

Abstract

BAZNAS, the National Amil Zakat Agency, is the official institution overseeing zakat management at the national level. In Bandung City, BAZNAS runs programs such as Healthy Bandung, Smart Bandung, Taqwa Bandung, and Caring Bandung, contributing to the city's prosperity. To streamline office operations, related institutions must conduct inventory activities for office equipment and supplies. However, BAZNAS Bandung City currently employs a manual inventory management system, involving paper-based recording, recapitulation, and individual input into Excel sheets, leading to inefficiency, security concerns, and data loss risks. Recognizing the need for improvement, a new information system has been designed using Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Visual Basic Applications. The design includes Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Data to enhance the management and monitoring of inventory data, ensuring data integrity and structured inventory activities. Project evaluations, following the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) principle, show that the system meets institutional needs and is user-friendly. Users are provided with a manual book during testing to enhance system understanding. While the trial results are positive, constructive feedback suggests the need for further feature enhancement to ensure smoother system operation and greater overall benefits. This information system aims to speed up and simplify inventory data management, bringing efficiency to BAZNAS Bandung City's operations.

Abstract

A good management of account receivable is needed to encourage company revenues to be able to fulfill financing needs. One way to manage receivables is to do credit scoring. This research was conducted to examine the effect, direction, and significance of credit scoring on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel in 2022 to 2023. In this study, the data used is secondary data, obtained from company archives. The population of this study is all consumers registered in the company, namely as many as 709 companies. The number of samples taken was 228 samples with the criteria of consumers who are still making transactions from 2022 to 2023. The results obtained using descriptive analysis show that credit scoring is in the good category and the company's credit collection is in the current category. Credit scoring has a positive and significant effect of 74.2% on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel with a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

PT Pindad is a state-owned company engaged in the production of defense equipment. This company has three branch offices spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is located in Bandung. The Bandung branch of PT Pindad has various divisions, one of which is the Marketing and Sales Division. in the Marketing and Sales Division, in managing petty cash, they still use Microsoft Excel, which still has some drawbacks, namely the recording process still has to be recorded three times, namely having to record petty cash vouchers per transaction, then it is recorded back into the book of recording receipts and disbursements of temporary petty cash. After recording the receipt and disbursement of temporary petty cash from the record book, it is then recorded back into the petty cash report book, so it takes quite a long time. Filling in petty cash vouchers is still filled in manually. Evidence of petty cash disbursements in the form of receipts, notes and receipts are kept in drawers and scattered around, so if needed it takes a long time to find the evidence. Based on these problems, a petty cash management information system based on Microsoft Access was designed to make it easier for employees to manage petty cash. After testing, it was found that creating a petty cash management information system can make it easier for petty cash holders to manage petty cash.

Abstract

The extraordinary interest of business people in the rapid spread of the Tiktok application is able to attract thousands of customers to the Tiktok Shop. The TikTok application was a phenomenon in 2018. However, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) decided to block the application because TikTok content creators often commit acts of bullying because the content is considered strange and uninformative. TikTok is popular again and the content presented is more useful, acceptable, and liked by the Indonesian people coupled with online shopping features to make it easier for users to meet their needs. Quantitative descriptive research methods with the help of statistical systems and Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis were used to process data in this study. The results of the analysis in this study state that Digital Marketing Content and Social Media Marketing have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention simultaneously by 63.4%.

Abstract

The HRBP Non-Production Department of PT Dirgantara Indonesia faces challenges in effectively and efficiently managing employee competency mapping. The limitations in managing employee competency information result in difficulties in identifying development needs and making decisions related to human resources. This project aims to design and implement a competency matrix-based website for the HRBP Non- Production Department of PT Dirgantara Indonesia. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of managing employee competency mapping and facilitate decision-making related to human resource development by the HRBP Non-Production Department. The project adopts a system development approach based on the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), consisting of several stages including needs analysis, system design, website development, and testing. By utilizing the SDLC methodology, this project ensures that the development of the competency matrix website in the HRBP Non- Production Department of PT Dirgantara Indonesia is conducted in a structured and systematic manner, providing a user-friendly interface. The result of this project is an effective and efficient competency matrix website for managing and presenting employee competency information. Testing conducted indicates that the system functions well.

Abstract

The existence of company demands to achieve targets makes employees work excessively to overtime. This makes employees experience pressure, causing a mental workload that has an impact on decreasing work performance and productivity. This study aims to measure the amount of mental workload and what indicators most influence the mental workload by using the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method for office workers at PT X. The sample in this study, namely a number 20 people with purposive sample data collection and analyzed using the NASA-TLX method. The results of the data analysis show that the average value of mental workload experienced by PT X employees is 80.367 which is included in the very high category and the dominant indicator influencing this value is the Level of Effort and Performance, namely 19.55 and 19.083. The recommendations suggested as material for consideration for handling the high workload on office workers, namely conducting work evaluations to see how employees are performing.

Abstract

Perilaku Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) merupakan hal yang sering terjadi pada seseorang yang mengalami perasaan takut tertinggal akan suatu kejadian yang dianggap sebagai momen penting. Perilaku ini rentan dialami oleh remaja dengan rentang usia 12-23 tahun. Perilaku FoMO ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa penyebab, salah satunya yaitu penggunaan internet dan media sosial di mana orang-orang akan cenderung tertarik untuk mengikuti trend yang sedang populer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh salah satu media sosial yaitu Instagram terhadap perilaku FoMO di kalangan remaja. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu analisis statistik dengan pendekatan kuesioner. Variabel X pada penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan media sosial instagram, sedangkan variabel Y menunjukkan perilaku FoMO pada remaja.

Abstract

Bisnis merupakan suatu aktivitas menawarkan kebutuhan masyarakat baik berupa produk maupun jasa guna mendapatkan keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya. Dalam mengelola bisnis tentunya dibutuhkan sistem informasi. Dalam menjalankan bisnis tentunya informasi sangatlah penting bagi pendiri bisnis, pengguna bisnis, serta sumber daya manusia di dalamnya yang akan menggunakan informasi tersebut untuk berbagai hal. Informasi dapat didefinisikan sebagai data yang telah diolah menjadi suatu bentuk yang memiliki arti dan fungsi bagi penerimanya. PT Menjahit Mimpi Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang fokus pada bidang konveksi memiliki permasalahan terhadap pemberian informasi mengenai progres produksi kepala pelanggan yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Sistem pemberian informasi kepada pelanggan ini sebelumnya hanya di infokan oleh admin melalui chat di media sosial. Namun sekarang diciptakan solusi yaitu menggunakan media spread sheet agar pelanggan dapat lebih mudah memantau progres produksi yang ada. Rancangan progres produksi yang ada telah dijelaskan pada rancangan DFD level 0,1 hingga 2. Dengan solusi yang ada diharapkan kepuasaan pelanggan, kepercayaan, hingga loyalitas pelanggan semakin meningkat kepada PT Menjahit Mimpi Indonesia.
