Abstract

The use of computers is now inseparable from office work completion activities. The place where routine business or commerce takes place is the office. Workers are required to spend nearly all of their time operating the computer while seated in front of the monitor due to the computerized system for office work. Long-term computer use combined with improper posture can result in eye fatigue as well as muscle and back injuries and fatigue. Work stances like sitting, composing, and gazing at a PC screen will influence the state of being of representatives. Employee performance will suffer as a result of poor ergonomic work postures, which will put employees at risk and make them more likely to become exhausted. Based on the rapid office strain assessment method, this study was conducted to determine the ergonomic risk analysis of the physical work environment in the work posture of office employees. The Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) analysis method was used in this observational descriptive study. A method for measuring ergonomic risk in the workplace at an office is the ROSA method. Perceptions were made to straightforwardly see the communication between work stances and office offices as office support components in 15 representatives who turned into the examination test. The findings revealed that 10 employees had a level of ergonomic risk that was low, while the remaining 5 employees had a level of ergonomic risk that was moderate. The reason for high ergonomic gamble lies in ergonomic offices that are not as per ergonomic standards and absence of representative mindfulness in making a solid work culture. Modernizing office facilities, spreading awareness of office ergonomics, and requiring employees to stretch are all necessary improvements. Abstract

Digitalization has entered the world of the office with the aim of helping the tasks of each employee. PT ABC in the procurement division has implemented electronic procurement, namely the procurement process using digital by presenting the procurement application. The purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the procurement application for procurement performance. Implementing digital requires compatibility with the tasks owned by everyone, this suitability can be analyzed using the Task Technology Fit method. The research method used is descriptive of quantitative approaches and collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 111 active users of the procurement application at PT ABC. The results showed that there was data quality in accordance with user needs in a very good category, there was data locability in accordance with user needs in a very good category, there was also user authority in accessing procurement application in accordance with user needs, there was compatibility in accordance with user needs in a very good category and finally the results showed that there was a relationship with users in a very good category. Abstract

Recruitment and selection processes Project planning and smart hiring are two things needed to obtain quality employees, namely employees who are smart, skilled, have competence, can work, are creative, and have high morality. However, in its implementation, the recruitment and selection process at PT Ebiz Prima Nusa has not been carried out effectively. Such as the absence of references, guidelines, or standardization when recruitment and selection are carried out. Based on this phenomenon, a project was developed to create media that can provide complete information in the form of a digital booklet regarding the recruitment and selection process at PT Ebiz Prima Nusa. The digital booklet created aims to serve as a guideline, direction, and reference for recruitment and selection activities. This project was made with qualitative methods for collecting data and processed with the interactive model method. The project design was carried out with the help of the Canva and Anyflip platforms so that the digital booklet could be created. The design stage is divided into three stages: pre-project implementation, project implementation, and post-project implementation. In the pre-project implementation stage, problem identification, a literature review, and needs interviews were conducted. Furthermore, the project implementation stage is also carried out in stages, starting with planning, information processing, searching for a digital booklet platform, design, development, testing, revision conducted by interviews with experts or lecturers, Forum Group Discussions (FGD) with employees who have been accepted at the testing stage, and interviews with HR, then ending with the publication stage. The last stage is post-implementation, which involves reviewing the impact of the project through a final interview. The final result of this project is a digital booklet that will be used as a guideline, direction, and reference for recruitment and selection activities at PT Ebiz Prima Nusa.

Abstract

A good management of account receivable is needed to encourage company revenues to be able to fulfill financing needs. One way to manage receivables is to do credit scoring. This research was conducted to examine the effect, direction, and significance of credit scoring on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel in 2022 to 2023. In this study, the data used is secondary data, obtained from company archives. The population of this study is all consumers registered in the company, namely as many as 709 companies. The number of samples taken was 228 samples with the criteria of consumers who are still making transactions from 2022 to 2023. The results obtained using descriptive analysis show that credit scoring is in the good category and the company's credit collection is in the current category. Credit scoring has a positive and significant effect of 74.2% on credit collectability at PT Krakatau Steel with a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

Information systems for purchasing and recording inventory of incoming goods are important for companies in carrying out their business activities. Purchase flow system and record incoming goods stock at TB. Sumber Agung is still less effective and efficient. Thus, this can result in errors, delays, and even losses for the company. Therefore, the design of an information system for purchasing stock of goods and recording incoming stock of goods is made to facilitate and provide a positive impact for the company. In addition, the use of manual records for inventory is also not very effective and efficient. Microsoft Excel can be useful for companies to record goods in TB. Sumber Agung. Thus, the performance of employees and the company's business is more effective and efficient which results in companies getting greater profits and practicality in working at TB. Sumber Agung.

Abstract

Kajja Korean Street Food is a business engaged in food and beverages. Inspired by the many fans of Korean drama films who often display the culture and culinary specialties of the country of ginseng, this is one of the backgrounds for the establishment of this Kajja Korean Street Food business. However, currently Kajja Korean Street Food only has an Instagram account to promote and introduce its food and beverage products, which is not yet effective enough to attract more consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to digitize business using a website. Kajja Korean Street Food chose to create a website-based company profile using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The purpose of designing and making a company profile based on this website is to attract more consumers to know about Kajja Korean Street Food products and also as a marketing content that can be used by Kajja Korean Street Food. The design stage is carried out in four stages, namely planning, analysis, design, and implementation. After that, interviews were conducted with business owners regarding the final results of the website that had been created.

Abstract

This study used the descriptive analysis method. The activities carried out are data analysis and distribution of questionnaires. The number of respondents was collected by as many as 115 people. Of the 115 respondents, the population of this study are customers of Bank BRI or have ever transacted at BRI bank. The statistical analysis used is regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that the service quality is satisfied based on the mean value of 4.06. The results of the data analysis show that the mean value of consumer satisfaction is 3.87. This value indicates that the level of consumer satisfaction is sufficient to be satisfied. The regression coefficient shows that service quality influence 0.304 to customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Companies in innovating a product aim because of the increasingly intense competition in the world of industry 5.0 era so that by testing brand trust, brand preference, perceived value and purchase intention it is expected to be a factor in the success of a company. The research conducted by the author uses hypothesis testing and is classified as cross-sectional, namely by using a respondent's quiz using the Google form. This study found findings that brand trust did not have a positive impact on purchase intention, while brand trust had a good impact on brand references, and perceived value had a positive effect on purchase intention and lastly, perceived value had an effect on brand preference.

Abstract

The industrial era 5.0 created higher internet usage, which encouraged consumers and producers to use internet media to shop online, especially regarding fashion products. To advance the marketing company has a strategy by studying prices, trust, security and even online sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of website design on price, trust, security, and converting potential customers. Sample samples taken were 100 samples randomly selected starting from lecturers and students. The results of this study indicate that there is a good influence on price, security, but there is no effect on website design, trust by shopping online.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and strategy on the performance of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Batununggal District, Bandung City. Entrepreneurial orientation is measured through autonomy, competitive aggressiveness, innovation, and proactiveness, while entrepreneurial strategy is assessed through innovation, proactiveness, and opportunity seeking. MSMEs performance is evaluated based on operational efficiency, growth performance, product and service quality, and customer satisfaction. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 149 respondents from a population of 670 MSMEs, selected through the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Data was collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale, validated through pilot testing. The respondent profile shows that the majority are in the culinary field, with business durations ranging from new to well-established. Most respondents earn more than two million rupiah per month. Demographic data indicates that most respondents have established businesses with relatively good income, reflecting a representative sample. Results show "Very High" entrepreneurial orientation, "High" entrepreneurial strategy, and "Very High" MSMEs performance. Analysis reveals a significant positive influence of entrepreneurial orientation and strategy on MSMEs performance, both partially and simultaneously. Recommendations include maintaining key entrepreneurial attributes, adapting strategies to local contexts, and enhancing MSMEs support through training and policy. Future research should broaden the scope and explore additional performance factors.
