Abstract

Article 71D paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35oof 2014 concerning Amendmentssto Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Childl Protection states"Every child who becomes a victim as referred to in Article 59 paragraph (2) letter b, letter d, letter f, letter h, letter i, and letter j have the right to submit to the court the right to restitution which is the responsibility of the perpetrator of the crime”. Article 59 paragraph (2) letter J of the law above refers to "child victims of sexual crimes". However, in the Legal Territory of the Bireuen District Court, there is not a single case in the court's decision where the victim received restitution. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the factors that the right of restitution is not applied to cases of sexual crimes against children and to explain the obstacles and efforts to overcome in implementing the right of restitution for child victims of sexual crimes. This research was carried out using an empirical juridical approach with a literature and field research approach. Literature research was conducted to obtain theoretical secondary data, while field research was conducted to obtain primary data through interviews with informants and respondents. The results showed that the lack of knowledge possessed by P2TP2A employees, investigators, prosecutors, judges, and victims regarding regulations on restitution was one of the reasons so that the application of restitution could not be carried out properly. The obstacle is that the perpetrators are unable to pay the restitution, let alone to pay the restitution fee, for the cost of daily meals, the perpetrator is not there. So that the application of restitution cannot run properly. Efforts that can be made are conducting socialization, training, and further education regarding restitution. It is recommended to the LPSK to have representatives in the regions so that the fulfillment of the victim's right to receive restitution can be carried out, because LPSK is an institution whose duty is to protect and guarantee the fulfillment of the rights of witnesses and victims.

Abstract

Sophistication in the field of information technology today can divert marketing trends that were previously traditional and are now turning to digital marketing. Marketing that utilizes advances in digital technology has a trending language, namely Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing is carried out through interactive and integrated marketing that allows communication and transactions between business actors, market intermediaries and consumers at any time. and transactions between business actors, market intermediaries, and consumers at any time. With digital marketing, of course it will make it easier for target consumers to find the product they are looking for just by accessing the internet. One of the SMEs in Mranggonlawang Village, Dapur Keyhsa has a problem with its market which is still quite limited, they only take advantage of their sales promotion by word of mouth and acquaintances so that the products from Dapur Keysha are not well known by outsiders. This activity aims to expand the marketing system of Dapur Keysha so that it can expand the scope of its business goals. The method in this activity is to provide socialization and assistance in making social media, e-commerce, creative content and MSME websites for Dapur Keysha. From this digital marketing optimization activity, it was obtained the creation of an Instagram social media account by utilizing its various features, the creation of a Shopee e-commerce account, and the creation of a Google Business account for Dapur Keysha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Kapolsek leadership style in improving the performance of members. The leadership style of the Kapolsek has a very important role in creating a conducive work environment, motivating members and achieving the desired results in law enforcement and community security. This practical work method uses the observative method. In this method is described as a method used in observing and describing the behavior of the subject. The problem is regarding this democratic leadership style, if a discussion is held for decision making, the leader cannot communicate well and cannot make decisions quickly when problems occur. In a group with many voices, of course the discussion will be hampered, so the leader must play a more active role as a mediator so that all voices can be conveyed. The location of this practical work is at the Karawang City Police, data are collected through in-depth interviews, field surveys and recording of the necessary secondary data. The results of this practical work show that an effective Kapolsek leadership style involves clear vision, effective communication, member empowerment, coaching and support as well as recognition for achievements. Implementation of such a leadership style can improve the performance of members of the police force, strengthen motivation and make a positive contribution in maintaining security and public order.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TBC) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis yang dapat menyerang organ, terutama paru-paru. Penularan TBC sangat rentan terjadi pada orang yang terinfeksi HIV, anak dibawah umur 5 tahun yang beresiko terkontaminasi dengan bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, orang dewasa yang tinggal serumah dengan penderita TBC dan kelompok berisiko tertular penyakit TBC. Untuk mencapai Tingkat kesembuhan pada pasien TBC dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan pasien dalam pengobatan, motivasi pasien terhadap tingkat kesembuhan serta komunikasi terapeutik perawat yang bisa menjadi sikap positif yang diperlukan pasien TBC sebagai kebutuhan yang dirasakan pasien TBC dalam meningkatkan kesembuhannya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi terapeutik perawat dan motivasi terhadap tingkat kesembuhan pada pasien TBC di Puskesmas Merdeka Kota Palembang Tahun 2022 sedangkan tempat penganbidan masyarakat dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Merdeka Kota Palembang pada bulan Agustus 2022. Populasi pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi pasien TBC di Puskesmas Merdeka yaitu sebanyak 212 responden dengan sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat ada hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dan motivasi terhadap tingkat kesembuhan pasien TBC di Puskesmas Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat didapatkan hasil ada hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dan motivasi terhadap tingkat kesembuhan pasien TBC tersebut maka peneliti menyarankan dapat memberikan wawasan dan informasi tentang komunikasi terapeutik perawat dan motivasi terhadap tingkat kesembuhan pasien TBC.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Tiktok application on consumer purchasing decisions for products at Tiktokshop. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. the type of research used is research research with the method of distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study was 100 respondents and data processing using SPSS. This research has met the validation and reliability requirements. The variables used in this study are purchasing decision variables and the independent variable, namely the Tiktokshop application. The results of the study concluded that the use of the Tiktokshop Application has a positive effect on product purchasing decisions through Tiktokshop.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi anggota keluarga tentang pencatatan dan pembukuan transaksi keuangan agar dapat mempermudah suatu keluarga dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga sehingga dapat direncanakan dengan sebaikbaiknya, atau dalam lingkup lebih luas untuk mengkalkulasi, mengkontrol serta mengatur keseluruhan transaksi keuangan yang terjadi sepanjang keberlangsungan dunia usaha. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan secara sistematis dan terbagi dalam beberapa kegiatan mulai dari tahap survei berupa sosialisasi yang dilakukan dengan menyusun program-program yang akan disampaikan saat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilangsungkan, meliputi: penyusunan materi dan jadwal serta pembagian tugas tim pengabdian serta survei lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu berupa silaturahmi dengan Bapak Camat Kecamatan STM Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian serta hasil yang diharapkan. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan perjanjian kerjasama pengabdian serta menentukan jadwal acara berlangsung. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Bisnis program studi Akuntansi. Tim pengabdian akan memberikan materi tentang pencatatan dan pembukuan keuangan sederhana menuju entrepreneur muda yang kreatif dan inovatif. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan bagi Para Peserta mengenai bagaimana cara mencatat dan melakukan pembukuan keuangan baik untuk keuangan keluarga maupun keuangan usaha. Harapan kami dengan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan bantuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta secara langsung dan tepat sasaran, serta membuka wawasan masyarakat khususnya generasi muda entrepreneur tentang pembukuan sebagai dasar untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan suatu bisnis dan dengan ilmu yang diperoleh pada kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi para dosen dan tenaga pengajar sebagai kontributor yang memotivasi khususnya bagi masyarakat Kecamatan STM Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Abstract

Jumlah lansia di Desa Ketuan Jaya Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi rawas berjumlah 400 jiwa, dari jumlah lansia tersebut diketahui 56% atau sebagian besar mengalami hipertensi. Pengabdian masyarakatini bertujuan untuk melatih dan memberi penagangan bersifat praktis kepada lansia dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya berupa penanganan hipertensi  yaitu rendah kaki dengan campuran garam dan serai. Penangan hipertensi ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan dan dilanjutkan. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh lansia berjumlah 50 orang di Desa Ketuan Jaya, Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah terselenggaranya pelatihan hipertensi dan pengenalan resiko atau dampak dari penyakit hipertensi. Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik lansia mengalami penurunan 10-20 mmHg setelah dilakukan rendam air hangat dengan campuran garam dan serai.

Abstract

In Kabupaten Jombang, Kecamatan Bareng, there has been an increase in the number of business actors. Even though it is important, many of them do not realize how essential it is to have business legality, such as a Business Identification Number (NIB), which greatly influences their business operations. This legality is just one of the many benefits that come with having a NIB under company law. This community service program aims to increase awareness of the ease of making NIB permits using technology for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nglebak Village. Through this service approach, we guide clients on how to use the Online Single Submission (OSS) application to manage NIB online. By using their cell phones, MSME actors are directed to provide the necessary information, such as their identity cards (KTP) and business certificates. The result of this support is an output in the form of a NIB certificate that can be printed by business actors, which is given together with guidance from the speaker. This program is expected to help our partners find solutions to the challenges they face, and it is believed that this kind of community service initiative will make a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs in the area.

Abstract

Law enforcement is an effort so that legal norms in society can run according to their purposes. In upholding justice, law enforcement officers are expected to be able to carry out their obligations to uphold the law against perpetrators, especially perpetrators of abuse. The problems in this journal are: First, how is the law enforcement against the perpetrators of abuse. Second, how did the public react to the abuse case by Mario Dandy. The research method that the author uses is a normative research method with data collection procedures sourced from legal materials containing various normative legal rules. The data that the authors obtain and process are secondary data derived from library sources. The author sources the literature by studying literatures, articles, and internet sites related to this research. The results showed that the perpetrators of the persecution, in this case Mario Dandy, were charged with Article 355 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code subsidiary 354 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of the subsidiary 353 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of the subsidiary 351 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code and/or 76 C juncto 80 Child Protection Law. This is what makes him threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 12 years. So based on the law enforcement, the public reaction was generated which was very angry to Mario Dandy and hoped that this case would be legally processed quickly and would not end peacefully so that this incident could be a lesson for teenagers and parents in educating and paying attention to their children's behavior. Therefore, law enforcement is needed that is able to provide truth and justice by legal officials, so that people can be more careful in their actions and teach their children a lesson.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out how people can easily use the Shopee application to make a purchase decision. The method used in this study was to send a questionnaire to students at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang Management 2020 with 100 respondents who had shopped on the Shopee platform. The results of the study show that there is an increase in online shopping by male consumers at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang Management 2020 and from an age group. With a comparison of prices and product quality between online shop platforms, it can affect purchasing decisions by consumers. This is influenced by the many online shops that sell goods by live streaming which can attract the attention of consumers where it can be a product purchase decision. With so many consumers making product purchase decisions at Shopee due to the very easy use of the Shopee platform, making transactions easily, and the many options for payment such as COD, as well as through partners/agents and others, this makes the Shopee platform an advantage.
