Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of the digital marketing strategy used by TokecangUsedCloth in increasing its sales. Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. Before determining the media used for promotion, it is necessary to plan an advertising marketing idea and press release activities. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the object of TokecangUsedCloth research. This research was conducted in March 2023. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation to observe and directly record digital marketing strategies, interviews to obtain information about digital marketing strategies, and documentation to strengthen research data in the field. The results of the study show that TokecangUsedCloth uses digital marketing as its marketing medium and promotions by utilizing social media such as Instagram. In addition, TokecangUsedCloth uses social media to inform and communicate with consumers. However, there are still obstacles faced by TokecangUsedCloth in implementing digital marketing, namely an unstable internal connection. However, the impact arising from the implementation of digital marketing carried out by TokecangUsedCloth is that digital marketing can increase sales.

Abstract

Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is also experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies that are trying to create products and services to meet the needs and desires of consumers. The widespread use of social media, for example: Facebook, Twitter and other social media communication forums, inevitably forces companies to improve their communication models. This social media device is a common thing that is always in touch with our activities, especially for internet users. Promotion is one element of the marketing mix (marketing mix), in addition to determining the selling price, product and distribution. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media, and the attractiveness of the sale of Bukalapak. The population in this study are all people who use Bukalapak. The sample size is 100 respondents, the sampling technique is to distribute questionnaires to people who use Bukalapak. The type of data used comes from primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, the results of this study also show several indicators that Bukalapak must improve again, the analysis results also show some results that can be developed in terms of promotion at Bukalapak, such as service, attractiveness of promotions provided, information provided displayed, and the convenience of shopping at Bukalapak.

Abstract

Organisasi nonlaba yang kerap kita temui merupakan Yayasan Panti. Selaku organisasi nonlaba, Yayasan Panti mendapatkan dana berbentuk sumbangan dari para donatur, warga serta pemerintah untuk melaksanakan operasionalnya. Semakin bertambahnya zaman sangat erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan digitalisasi salah satunya dalam pengelolaan keuangan individu khususnya remaja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukkan kepada para remaja di Panti Asuhan agar menjawab permasalahan keuangan yang terjadi di kalangan remaja dengan mengenalkan cara mengelola keuangan yang telah di sesuaikan dengan porsinya agar mudah di aplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari hari serta bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan yang baik sebagai bekal pengetahuan tentang Manajemen Keuangan.  Adapun metode pengabdian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptip yaitu melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada pihak panti asuhan tentang bagaimana selama ini sistem manajemen keuangan yang digunakan oleh para remaja di panti asuhan.

Abstract

Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MP-ASI) adalah makanan dan minuman yang mengandung zat gizi yang baik, yang diberikan pada bayi atau anak mulai usia 6 bulan hingga 24 bulan guna memenuhi kebutuhan gizi selain dari ASI. Terlalu dini memberikan MP-ASI akan menyebabkan dampak pada status gizi seperti malnutrisi atau gangguan pertumbuhan anak, dehidrasi, produksi ASI menurun. Dampak lain pemberian MP-ASI dini menyebabkan bayi mengalami diare karena bayi yang berumur kurang dari 6 bulan, sistem pencernaannya masih lemah dan belum bisa mencerna makanan dengan sempurna. Pemberian edukasi dalam bentuk pendidikan kesehatan tentang pemberian MP-ASI pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan merupakan strategi pendidikan kepada para ibu untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang telah didapat dan merubah sikap yang salah secara mandiri. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang MP-ASI pada ibu di Puskesmas 7 Ulu Palembang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan secara penuh ibu sesuai sasaran yaitu pada ibu yang memberikan MP-ASI pada bayi usia kurang dari 6 bulan, mulai dari kegiatan edukasi yakni penyuluhan kesehatan tentang MP-ASI. Metode pelaksanaan dengan diskusi secara langsung small group discussion. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang MP-ASI setelah di lakukannya monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan dengan kerjasama bersama kader dalam implementsi pemberian MP-ASI dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where children under five years of age fail to thrive due to chronic malnutrition, resulting in height not matching their age. Stunting increases the risk of cognitive and developmental disorders in children. Indonesia is included in the group with a high prevalence of stunting cases which is the responsibility of all stakeholders, families, health institutions, government and society. Community empowerment through health promotion by increasing health knowledge and behavior is one of the efforts to reduce stunting. The participation of posyandu cadres and parents is needed in carrying out stunting screening. To realize an active role in reducing stunting, community service is being held through health promotion and education regarding the socialization of stunting and its impact on children's growth and development as well as its prevention for the community of Periuk Jaya sub-district, Tangerang City. The aim of the activity is to assist the government program in reducing stunting. The activity method is carried out through observation, socialization, holding seminars and evaluation. Activity results: Participants who attended included posyandu cadres, parents with toddlers, pregnant women, as well as 30 RT, RW and sub-district level governments. Then the results of the post test showed that participants had increased their knowledge, so that they could indirectly change people's behavior in reducing and screening for stunting independently. Participants are also able to demonstrate simulated skills related to the material presented. Suggestions for cadres who have attended the seminar can transfer their knowledge to other posyandu cadres and the wider community. Community figures who have the power to play a role in decision making can advocate for active participation in socialization and health promotion for prospective brides, teenagers and husbands.

Abstract

Nowadays, the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as drivers of Indonesia's economic growth is significantly influential. The strength of branding in good products and effective strategies may fail if they lack good branding quality, which can have negative impacts on product marketing. Customer satisfaction also plays a crucial role in the product's market value. In this research, we focused on MSMEs predominantly located in the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market in Surabaya City, while also assisting some MSMEs in the Keputih Subdistrict. The community engagement activities were conducted using a qualitative approach involving observation, documentation, and interviews with the MSME owners regarding the challenges they face in marketing their products. Based on the results of the survey and interviews conducted, there are still MSMEs that continue to use conventional marketing methods and lag behind compared to other MSMEs in the Keputih Subdistrict, although their number is not significant. In the era of Industry 4.0, like the present, Digital Marketing can have both positive and negative impacts on the sales and revenue of MSMEs. Therefore, MSMEs need to adopt strong branding transformation to differentiate themselves in the market and attract consumers. In this regard, digital marketing becomes the primary and effective tool to enhance the marketing of MSMEs in that market. By employing the right digital marketing strategies, UMKM can reach a broader audience through social media, websites, and online advertisements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pemeriksaan kadar gula darah dan hipertensi pada diabetes mellitus di Dusun Wonosari Desa Jatirejo Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode POCT (Point of care Testing) menggunakan alat glukosameter untuk monitoring dan bukan untuk diagnosa pasti karena terdapat beberapa limitasi dari glukosameter yakni hanya dapat menggunakan sampel darah kapiler. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 9 responden dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 4 orang dan perempuan sebanyak 5 orang. Dengan hasil pemeriksaan hipertensi data dari 9 responden yang mengikuti pemeriksaan hipertensi normal (11%), pre hipertensi (22,2%), hipertensi grade 1 (0%), hipertensi grade 2 (66,6%). Faktor hipertensi dapat dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi garam berlebih, setres, obesitas, dan merokok sedangkan dari 9 responden yang mengikuti pemeriksaan kadar gula darah didapatkan hasil (100%) responden normal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan kegiatan kolaborasi antara anak muda di wilayah Simpang Propau dan Dosen Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ibnu Rusyd Kotabumi Lampung. Program ini dilatarbelakangi dari berbagai problematika masalah yang ada di masyarakat, antara lain, ketidakmapanan sebagian besar masyarakat terhadap pembangunan kehidupan pribadi, keluarga dan masyarakat dalam era globalisasi, Ipteks perguruan tinggi belum secara sengaja ditujukan bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat, potensi masyarakat maupun sumber daya alam di lingkungannya belum termanfaatkan dengan baik dan arif, serta penata kelolaan fisik kewilayahan yang belum proporsional dan profesional. Melalui program ini, PKM yang di laksanakan berupaya agar dapat memberikan kontribusi solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pertama dengan pemberian materi tentang pembuatan gula Aren, Selanjutnya peserta ajak langsung untuk membuat gula Aren. Hasil dari pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan  mitra tentang pembuatan gula aren, dan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memunculkan usaha-usaha gula aren di wilayah Simpang Propau, Kabupaten Kotabumi Utara, Kab. Lampung Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the evaluation of the Department of Environment and Hygiene (DLHK) on the implementation of the Bandung City waste management policy. The purpose of this type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach is to fully understand the phenomena experienced by the research subject by means of a description in the form of words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods. The results showed that the waste management policy in Bandung City has been evaluated, but not maximized because there are still problems related to evaluation criteria such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and suitability. Bandung City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning Waste Management, but the Government has not been able to solve the problem because there are still TPS that exceed the capacity so that it disturbs the comfort of the community around the TPS.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dari kondisi guru-guru di SMP Swasta Dharma Putra Medan yang dominan berlatar non kependidikan sehingga membutuhkan pelatihan untuk menyusun instrumen Asesment Autentik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu melalui penyampaikan makalah dan workshop. Proses pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini memakai metode penyampaian makalah tatap langsung, diskusi, dan dilanjutkan pendampingan menyusun instrumen autentik. Masyarakat mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias, ditunjukan dengan keaktifan peserta dalam diskusi ketika penyampaian makalah dan juga penyusunan intrumen. Solusinya adalah dengan memaksimalkan grup wa dan memberikan rekaman video kegiatan. Adapun manfaat dari kegiatan ini guru-guru di SMP Swasta Dharma Putra Medan dapat menyusun intrumen autentik dengan baik sesuai mata pelajaran yang diampu.
