Abstract

This research is to find out organizational culture in the motivation of teacher performance in schools. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. This article aims to explain the topic of organizational culture in the motivation of teacher performance in schools and educational institutions. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results showed that organizational culture in teacher performance motivation was (1) organizational culture had a significant effect on teacher performance at Yoda Islamic Boarding School Al-Yusriyah; (2) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at Yoda Islamic Boarding School Al-Yusriyah. (3) organizational culture and work motivation jointly influence teacher performance at Yoda Islamic Boarding School Al-Yusriyah.

Abstract

Nelayan tradisional dengan berbagai permasalahannya rentan terhadap kemiskinan sehingga memerlukan intervensi pemerintah dalam pemberdayaannya. Kegiatan pemberdayaan nelayan tradisional di Desa Pamalayan meliputi beberapa pentahapan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yaitu tahapan pemungkinan atau fasilitasi, penguatan, perlindungan serta   pendukungan dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pentahapan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari informan dan data sekunder yang berasal dari sumber lain. Dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini terdapat berbagai hambatan diantaranya anggaran pemberdayaan yang terbilang minim dan masih rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia nelayan sehingga menghambat laju pemberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Pamalayan untuk itu selain meningkatkan keterampilan nelayan perlu juga ditingkatkan kemampuan manajemen keuangan kelompok nelayan dan perlunya memperhatikan kendala-kendala yang menghambat proses pemberdayaan sehingga bisa dijadikan acuan dalam program pemberdayaan berikutnya.

Abstract

Tingkat kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong disamping pekarangan rumah sebagai lahan bisnis di Kelurahan Kambajawa tampak rendah. Untuk itu dibutuhkan langkah kongkrit atau usaha sadar berwirausaha guna meningkatkan ekonomi rumah tangga. Salah satunya dengan budidaya tanaman sayur-sayuran lokal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberi contoh nyata dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat setempat untuk dapat memanfaatkan halaman pekarangan kosong di rumah dengan kegiatan berwirausaha budidaya sayuran guna meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah survei, wawancara terbuka dan diskusi serta praktik langsung menanam sayuran, perawatan tanaman hingga proses memanen dan pemasarannya. Hasil kegiatan memberi dampak positif yakni tumbuhnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan halaman rumah yang kosong. Selain itu, adanya peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat terkhusus di kelurahan kambajawa.

Abstract

The development of information technology with an increase in terms of marketing, in which there are many continuous aspects between human relations in the distribution of its products. a) The method of approach is by visiting the production site and directly meeting the owner of the chip business and we provide some related questions about the productivity and marketing of the products being hawked. b) Creation of a Marketplace page through Tokopedia as an Online sales mediation that will be used as a place to sell ketela chips products c) Formation and management of store pages on Tokopedia by including several link images and adding descriptions of each product that will be hawked and displayed on Tokopedia. d) Distribution of Tokopedia results that have been formed to business owners of ketela chips and provide introduction and education related to the use of Tokopedia and marketing through Tokopedia that has been formed. Tokopedia is here to sell a variety of superior and quality products. Not only in the lower circles, Tokopedia can also provide services for large entrepreneurs. Tokopedia.com is one of the largest digital-based buying and selling companies in Indonesia.In this service in the form of building sales media through the Tokopedia e-commerce platform on micro, small, medium enterprises, Ngobo kettle chips have been carried out properly. From the form of implementation is a teaching and training for the next cadre to develop this boiler cryptic business. Because if it is not continued, it will be able to reduce the benefits with the presence of this business which provides job opportunities to the surrounding community who participate in producing these boiler chips.

Abstract

Micro and small enterprises, or MSMEs, are small businesses. Individuals, families, and businesses can all participate. Based on the facts, from the characteristics to the understanding, we can find this micro business in Law no. 20 of 2008. In the midst of these developments, the government is starting to pay more attention to the problems it is facing. Students conducted surveys and interviews with RW XI officials in the Semolowaru sub-district, Sukolilo District, along with the implementers of MSME activities in RWXI, Semolowaru Village. The survey activity was carried out using a question and answer system model as well as interactive discussions about how the dynamics experienced by MSME actors in Semolowaru Village with the Thematic KKN Student team on entrepreneurship and creative economy schemes. By using this kind of research, students can collect various information about UMKM Bee's Store. The development of science and technology with the emergence of Instagram as a digital platform is expected to be able to increase the sales of MSMEs in Semolowaru Village and maintain their existence by improving the quality of photography and visual content, increasing copywriting and content writing skills, increasing branding capabilities, and increasing digital marketing capabilities.

Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang banyak dijumpai karena pola hidup tidak sehat, masyarakat Di Puskesmas Petaling banyak menderita hipertensi karena kurang memperhatikan pola hidup mereka, masyarakat kurang mengetahui dampak dari penyakit hipertensi sehingga walaupun mengetahui mereka menderita hipertensi tetap tidak merubah gaya hidup dan jarang memeriksakan kesehatan, Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang Pencegahan Hipertensi pada masyarakat di Puskesmas Puskesmas Petaling. Berdasarkan pengkajian yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner didapatkan masalah di Puskesmas Puskesmas Petaling yaitu kader mengatakan penyakit yang banyak dialami oleh warga adalah hipertensi, 63,63% masyarakat usia dewasa dan lansia menderita hipertensi. Dari penyuluhan yang kami sampaikan diharapkan warga dapat menerapkan pola hidup sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta mampu mengendalikan berbagai macam masalah kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan pola hidup sehat seperti rajin olahraga, diet rendah lemak, dan lakukan pemeriksaan secara rutin. Rencana tindak lanjut dari kegiatan penyuluhan tentang hipetensi adalah berkoordinasi dengan pihak puskesmas Puskesmas Petaling untuk melakukan penyuluhan tentang hipertensi dengan melibatkan kader di kelurahan murni dan juga berkoordinasi dengan pihak puskesmas Puskesmas Petaling untuk menjalankan program pemeriksaan kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of digital payments on people's consumptive behavior. In the growing digital era, digital payments have become one of the main ways to make transactions online. This phenomenon produces a significant impact on people's consumptive behavior. The research method used is a survey through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are digital payment users. The research sample consisted of residential residents, college students, and students in Karawang, with a sufficient number of respondents for accurate analysis. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis. The results of the study show that the effect of digital payments is quite influential on people's consumptive behavior by 68.6% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. This research found that the more often individuals use digital payments, the more vulnerable they are to excessive consumptive behavior. Factors such as convenience, speed and convenience in using digital payments also contribute to the intensity of use and increased consumer behavior.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada petani atau pengusaha sayur hidroponik mengenai strategi penguatan branding produk. Branding yang kuat dapat meningkatkan citra produk, memperluas pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha sayur hidroponik. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan melalui workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi usaha sayur hidroponik dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk mereka.

Abstract

Adolescent health is very important, because adolescents are a productive age group that will later develop into the nation's next generation. However, adolescents, especially female adolescents, have a ten times greater risk of health problems in the form of anemia than male adolescents. The integrated community service program for lecturers and students in PKKMD activities begins on December 18 to December 30, 2022, while anemia data collection for adolescents in Bencal Hamlet, Diwek District, Jombang Regency will be carried out on December 26, 2022. It is hoped that this will contribute to improving the health of village communities, especially related to the problem of anemia in adolescents. This program carries out health checks and counseling for village communities who come to the Bencal Hamlet, Pandanwangi Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. In the activity in collaboration with the Health Center and related apparatus, counseling was carried out regarding the introduction of the cyamethemoglobin method for detecting hemoglobin levels and various other information about anemia, especially for young women. In this activity, the results obtained from 11 adolescents who took part in the examination, 8 people had normal hemoglobin levels , and 3 low people. This activity also provides counseling about anemia to the people who attend. This can be used by related parties to make directives to the community in an effort to improve public health. There is also a need for an examination with more respondents and a wider coverage of the inspection area.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has various kinds of wealth, not only from nature but also from processed foods and crafts. Indonesian specialties, especially in food and beverage products, are well managed by industries in Indonesia. Not only the Indonesian industry, UMKM’s also take part in producing processed food and specialty drinks with their innovations and creations. One of them is through the existence of business development activities from banana ingredients, which is one of the  efforts to increase the selling value of local products which will have a direct impact on the income of local UMKM’s. One of the UMKM’s where KKNT-MBKM students serve, namely in Probolinggo City, has problems in product development and marketing factors. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to plan marketing strategies for these UMKM’s to launch their business activities. The method used is qualitative with the type of data collection through observation, interviews and documentation of activities for UMKM person. The results this service activity for UMKM products have developed and the marketing aspects are going well.
