Job satisfaction is a very important factor to get the optimal work. When a sense of satisfaction in the work of course, it will try as much as possible with all the ability to finish the work. Thus, productivity of employee work will increase optimally. To maintain employeesâ€™ job satisfaction in the workplace so that future employees the work can manage stress well and can provide a positive impact to the employees (increased job satisfaction, productivity, and performance of employees) and enterprise (low levels of employee absenteeism, employee turnover, and so on). The purposes of this research are to know there is influence of job stress towards job satisfaction at IEC Malaka Medan. Research methods which used are descriptive statistic analysis coefficient correlation and coefficient of determinant, simple linear regression analysis and Z test. The result of this research is job stress has influence toward job satisfaction in IEC Malaka Branch. There is strong negative relationship between job stress managed by employee with job satisfaction in IEC Malaka Branch. Most of employees in IEC Malaka Branch are disagree in job satisfaction and moderate in job stress at this company. If the employees satisfy from what they have received from the company, then that employee will give more than what is expected by company, and they will continue to improve its performance. With employee satisfaction and avoiding the job stress, the employee productivity will increase. Hence, job satisfaction has significance benefit both for the employees and the company, especially as it creates a positive situation in the companyâ€™s work environment.

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang sudah dilakukan adalah program Pelatihan belajar bahasa Inggris bagi siswa SMA Dharma Bakti Medan. Program bimbingan belajar ini bertujuan membantu siswa sekolah dasar menguasai bahasa Inggris tingkat dasar dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi, pemahaman dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris tingkat SMA Dharma Bakti Medan masih rendah. Hal ini bukanlah hal yang aneh karena bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa asing sehingga penguasaannya tidaklah mudah. Tambahan lagi, kemauan siswa SMA Dharma Bakti Medan untuk belajar bahasa Inggris di luar jam pelajaran sekolah masih rendah. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran mereka untuk belajar di luar jam pelajaran. Program bimbingan belajar ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian siswa untuk belajar sendiri di rumah. Dan dengan upaya ini diharapkan siswa mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan nilai bahasa Inggrisnya. Pelatihan belajar bahasa Inggris ini menyangkut penguasaan keempat keterampilan bahasa Inggris yaitu: mendengarkan (listening), membaca (reading), berbicara (speaking), dan menulis (writing). Disamping itu juga diajarkan tentang struktur dan kosa kata. Pelatihan belajar yang dilakukan sudah berhasil dengan baik. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari antusiasme siswa sekolah dasar untuk mengikuti program bimbingan belajar ini. Kehadiran mereka mencapai 100%. Dan dari hasil evaluasi belajar nampak bahwa mereka sudah menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris mereka pada keempat skill yaitu listening, reading, speaking dan writing dan dua komponen bahasa Inggris yaitu grammar dan vocabulary.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dari kondisi guru-guru di SMP Swasta Dharma Putra Medan yang dominan berlatar non kependidikan sehingga membutuhkan pelatihan untuk menyusun instrumen Asesment Autentik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu melalui penyampaikan makalah dan workshop. Proses pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini memakai metode penyampaian makalah tatap langsung, diskusi, dan dilanjutkan pendampingan menyusun instrumen autentik. Masyarakat mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias, ditunjukan dengan keaktifan peserta dalam diskusi ketika penyampaian makalah dan juga penyusunan intrumen. Solusinya adalah dengan memaksimalkan grup wa dan memberikan rekaman video kegiatan. Adapun manfaat dari kegiatan ini guru-guru di SMP Swasta Dharma Putra Medan dapat menyusun intrumen autentik dengan baik sesuai mata pelajaran yang diampu.

The need to satisfy customer for success in any commercial enterprises is very obvious. A business’s main purpose is to create a customer because it is basically the consumer who essentially determines what a business is. Customers are the sole reason for the existence of commercial establishments. The writer will conduct research at CV. Four Star Medan. It is a cotton manufacturing company for bed Madison which is located at Jalan Veteran Gang Manunggal No. 7 Medan. The writer interviewed the employees of the company regarding the customers, recently the customer complain on the customer service on the delivery, when the delivery is not ontime, the customers asked for the confirmation, the employees do not act quickly to follow up the delivery, the employees sometimes do not give a complete explanation for the warranty time to customers which may lead to to misunderstanding about the products, this is some of their problem related to the service. The problem identifications of the company are how the service quality is implemented in CV. Four Star Medan? And how is the impact of service quality towards customer satisfaction in CV. Four Star Medan. The population of CV. Four Star Medan is the customers more than 3 years of CV. Four Star Medan which are 50 customers. The writer uses Arikunto Sampling theory. The sample size is 50 employees. The writer uses census sampling technique which the writer takes all population as sample. In analyzing data, the writer used some methods such as statistics, normality test, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, determination test, linier regression, and hypothesis test. According to the result calculation data through the answers of the respondents, the writer got the result of 0.83 means that service quality has a significantly strong and positive impact towards customer’s satisfaction at CV. Four Star Medan. From the calculation of ztest hypothesis test, the writer got zcount= 5.87. The zcount > ztable (5.87> 1.96), this means the Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The writer can conclude that service quality has impact towards customer satisfaction at CV. Four Star Medan.

Nurse Retention is the company's ability to retain employees who have the potential to remain loyal to the company for a longer period of time. This study aims to determine the effect, work stress, organizational commitment compensation on nurse retention in hospitals. This research is a quantitative study with an associative approach. The population of this study amounted to 80 nurses. In this study, the sample taken was all nurses who were the target of the study, totaling 80 nurses. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools equipped with classical assumption tests. Partial analysis results show that job stress, compensation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on nurse retention.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding the benefits of financial record-keeping in dealing with economic uncertainty in the North Medan region. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 100 MSME owners selected through purposive sampling. A structured questionnaire was used to measure perceptions of the functions of financial record-keeping, such as financial control, decision-making, and preparedness for economic risks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that positive perceptions of the benefits of financial record-keeping have a significant impact on the readiness of business owners to face economic uncertainty. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy among MSMEs as an adaptive strategy in navigating uncertain economic conditions.

Vocational education must adapt to the demands of the industrial era by integrating academic mastery with practical competencies aligned with industry standards. This community service initiative involves collaboration between SMK Tritech Informatika Medan and a partner university to improve students’ performance in the Accounting Competency Test (UKK). The program focuses on enhancing students’ understanding of accounting concepts and practical applications through intensive mentoring, simulation-based training, and curriculum alignment. The activities engaged 12 students and several instructors through methods such as workshops, guided practice, discussions, and assessments. University lecturers and students served as academic facilitators, offering innovative and interactive learning approaches. The results, measured through pre-test and post-test instruments, indicate a significant improvement in students’ comprehension, confidence, and readiness for the UKK. Furthermore, the program strengthened teachers’ pedagogical capacity and enriched curriculum design with an industry-based perspective. This collaborative model demonstrates the effectiveness of structured synergy between vocational schools and higher education in shaping job-ready graduates and should be considered for wider application across different vocational fields.

Pelatihan untuk meningkatkan bakat wirausaha muda pada siswa/i SMK Tunas Harapan diselenggarakan dengan tujuan utama untuk membekali para siswa dengan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap kewirausahaan yang dapat mendorong mereka untuk menjadi generasi muda yang mandiri dan kreatif dalam dunia bisnis. Mengingat pentingnya peran kewirausahaan dalam perkembangan ekonomi nasional, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang dunia usaha serta mengasah keterampilan praktis yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha, baik di sektor formal maupun informal. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai materi, seperti dasar-dasar kewirausahaan, pentingnya mindset wirausaha, strategi pemasaran yang efektif, perencanaan keuangan, dan pengelolaan usaha dengan menggunakan teknologi. Selain itu, para peserta juga diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan ide-ide bisnis kreatif yang sesuai dengan tren pasar saat ini. Kegiatan ini dirancang dengan metode yang berbasis pada praktik langsung dan studi kasus, sehingga siswa/i tidak hanya belajar secara teori tetapi juga terlibat dalam proses simulasi usaha yang nyata. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, para peserta dapat mengenali potensi diri mereka sebagai calon wirausahawan dan memiliki keberanian untuk memulai usaha, bahkan dengan sumber daya yang terbatas.Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan di kalangan pelajar yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai kemandirian, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan inovasi. Dengan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih luas mengenai dunia wirausaha, diharapkan siswa/i SMK Tunas Harapan dapat mengubah mindset mereka dari sekadar mencari pekerjaan menjadi pencipta lapangan pekerjaan. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat mencetak wirausahawan muda yang siap bersaing di pasar global dengan pemikiran kreatif, berdaya saing tinggi, dan memiliki daya tahan yang baik terhadap tantangan dunia usaha.

In the current era of globalization and information technology, entrepreneurship is an important key in developing one's potential and helping drive the economy at various levels of society. The Medan Tritech Informatics Vocational High School (SMK) Accounting as one of the vocational secondary education institutions plays a role in equipping its students with entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurship refers to the process of creating, managing and developing a new venture or business, with the aim of generating profits. It involves various activities such as identifying business opportunities, developing product or service ideas, designing a business plan, gathering necessary resources (such as capital and labor), and managing day-to-day business operations.
