Senda Yunita Leatemia, this study aimed to determine the effect of training andwork experience to the performance of employees in Badan Pusat StatistikMaluku. This type of research used in this study is quantitative and researchmethods used is the method of explanation (explanatory research). In this studyused all population as sample and obtained 61 valid sample. The analyticalmethod used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Theresults of this study prove two things, there is a simultaneous effect betweentraining and work experience of the performance and there is a partial effect workexperience on the performance, while training has no effect on the performance.This means that work experience can significantly improve the performance ofemployees who worked at the Badan Pusat Statistik Maluku.

In government organizations, human resources are composed of leadersand employees. The leader must be able to manage employees with good and true.Any leader should be able to give a good example to his officers. Leadership isreflected in the behavior of a leader who showed the attitudes, patterns ofbehaviour in impressionable his subordinates as well as coordinate job tasks ofeach employee. The behavior of the leadership that was formed from the attitudesand patterns of behaviour must be supported by the existence of good relationsbetween the President and a subordinate or fellow subordinates. This researchaims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, promotion of the Office,the work environment and employee performance based on the formulation of theproblem. The research method used is the quantitative methods of research i.e.research survey to describe the relationships between variable and explanatoryresearch is to explain the relationship between variable-a variable through thetesting the hypothesis. Tools test analysis used in this study i.e. by using multiplelinear regression analysis.The hypothesis was tested with the test method F, t-test, and the coefficient ofdetermination (R2), the results showed that (1) the behavior relationship orientedleadership significant positive effect on performance clerk; (2) the promotion ofthe position of a significant and positive effect on performance clerk; (3) the workenvironment a positive significant effect against the performance of employees.There are some implications that may be suggested in this study.

Sunset policy is the elimination of administrative sanctions taxation inthe form of interest. State revenue from the tax sector increased from the program.This indicates that the implementation of sunset policy raises the awareness of thetaxpayer to fulfill his tax obligations. The purpose of this study is to examinewhether sunset policy, tax amnesty and awareness of taxpayers affect thecompliance of individual taxpayers on KP2KP Masohi.Population in this research is all individual taxpayer recorded in KP2KPmasohi with amount 2,136 taxpayer. The sample in this study are taxpayers ofindividuals (employees, civil servants, military, police or other) who have a fixedincome. . Sampling technique in this research is by purposive sampling that issampling technique based on certain criterion.The result of this research is Sunset policy has a significant effect ontaxpayer compliance on KP2KP Masohi, Amnesty tax has a significant effect ontaxpayer compliance on KP2KP Masohi, taxpayer awareness has significanteffect on personal taxpayer compliance at KKP Pratama Ambon.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci. This research is categorized as associative causal research of quantitative approach with questionnaire instrument. The population in this study is all teachers of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci as many as 30 people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census. The sample in this study is by taking the population or as many as 30 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained by relevant agencies and journals to support this research. Instrument validity test using Correclation Bivariate formula, while reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research. The results showed that: Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci (β) 0.461. with significance of 0.004. Work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Teacher of SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci (β) 0,684 with significance equal to 0.000. And based on the test results of the two independent variables tested individually the most dominant in influencing the performance of Teachers SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci is the discipline of work (with coefficient 0.684). Then it can be concluded that in this study work discipline (X2) is a partial factor that significantly affect Performance (Y).

The condition of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business can be seen that there are still many lecturers who have not carried out of tridharma activities, only limited to education and teaching activities. There are still many lecturers who carry out Tridarma research and dedication only to take care of the academic level. Not yet used as a target of the performance of the lecturers themselves. Competence, commitment and motivation are the main factors that influence the performance of private university lecturers. This study aims to obtain the results of studies on competency, commitment, motivation and performance of lecturers and to reveal the analysis of the influence of competence, commitment and motivation on the performance of lecturers.The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey with a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The sample size of 45 lecturers was taken through a purposive random sampling technique, with lecturer information sources spread across the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Data analysis using multiple regression tests with SPSSThe results of this study are that there is a significant effect of competence on the performance of lecturers, then there is a significant influence on commitment to lecturer performance and there is a significant effect of motivation in improving lecturer performance and significant influence jointly on competence, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance.

The main source of investment funding in the develomping country like Indonesia commonly depends on Bank Loan for the Micro Scale Business in necessary to increase the productivity of their business.The research has aim to achieve emperical evidence about the influence of Non Performing Loan, Credit rate and Third Parties Fund towards Presenting an Investment Credit Loan to Micro Scale Business in Ambon. The Independent variables in the research are, Third Parties Fund, Credit Rate, and Non Performing Loan ( NPL ). It has used the past year form ( t-1 ) that has been observed since 2010 – 2014, meanwhile the Dependent Variables is Presenting an Investment Credit Loan for Micro Scale Business.The research implemented in Public Bank in Ambon as the research objects ( Data Source : Bank Indonesia of Ambon Branch ) under period of 2010 to 2014. The varibles that has been used in this researchn were amount of Third Parties Fund, Non Performing Loan, and Credit Rate that liquidate by Bank Indonesia of Ambon. The analysis method that has been used in this research are, Linear Regression, testing of assumption and testing the hypothesis.Based on the result of the research, Non Performing Loan has positive influence in Presenting the Investment Loan to Micro Scale Business, and then Credit Rate has a negative influence toward presenting the investment loan to micro scale business, meanwhile third parties fund has a positive influence in presenting the Investment Loan to Micro Scale Businees.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence, and workload on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were ASN employees at the Region XII Private College Coordination Office in Ambon City, amounting to 39 people. The number of samples used in this study 39 staff obtained by using the sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses descriptive statistical and multiple regression analysis with using SPSS for Windows version 22. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct influence of organizational culture on performance with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05 and t arithmetic (3.362)> from t table (2.03), there was a positive and significant direct influence of competence on performance with significance value 0.007 <0.05 and t count (2.858)> from t table (2.03), there is a positive and significant direct effect on the workload on performance with a significance value of 0.041 <0.05 and t count (2.127)> from t table ( 2.03), there is a positive and significant direct influence on organizational culture, competence, and workload on performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and F arithmetic (27.666)> from F table (2.87).

This study aimed to determine the effect of personality, work environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of medical workers directly and indirectly mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population of this study were medical workers at the Sumber Hidup Hospital and Hative Hospital in Ambon City, which were 164 people. The number of samples used in this study were 116 medical workers obtained by using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis using SPSS for windows version 23 were applied as a data analysis method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct influence of personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. There was a positive and significant direct influence of the work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. There was a direct positive and significant influence of the medical workers performance with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. There was a positive and significant direct influence of the work environment on the medical workers performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. There wass a positive and significant direct influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB) on the medical workers performance with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated the relationship of personality to medical workers performace was (0.343 > 0.282). While Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated the relationship of the work environment to the medical workers performace (0.374 > 0.299) so that H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 , and H7 were accepted.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of promotional discounts onstore image differentiation and store positioning advantage and its impact on theperformance of Ambon Hypermart stores. The sample in this study are consumerswho have visited Ambon Hypermart. Data was collected through distributingquestionnaires to 150 respondents using purposive sampling technique. While thedata analysis (Path Analysis).The results show that Promotional discounts have a positive andsignificant influence on Store Image Differentiation and Store PositioningAdvantages. It was also found that Store Image differentiation and StoreAdvantages had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of AmbonHypermart Store.
