The Alfatih Center Child Development Clinic faces challenges in administrative management, which is done manually, leading to inefficiencies in record-keeping and errors in data management. This study aims to develop and implement an integrated web-based information system to effectively and efficiently manage patient records, therapy schedules, and clinic information. The software development methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP), which includes the planning, design, scripting, and testing phases. The technologies used in the development of this system include PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The research findings indicate that the developed system enhances the effectiveness of administrative procedures, facilitates quick access to information, and minimizes data entry errors. This system also facilitates improved therapeutic services and simplifies public access to information about the clinic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Penyakit Menular di Lingkungan Sekolah guna mengatasi proses pemantauan kesehatan siswa yang masih dilakukan secara manual, melalui pencatatan di buku atau laporan guru UKS, dan kurang terintegrasi. Proses manual ini menimbulkan kendala seperti sulitnya memperoleh data secara cepat, risiko kehilangan data, serta keterlambatan informasi yang berpotensi menyebarkan penyakit luas. Sistem yang diusulkan dirancang berbasis Web dan Mobile (cross-platform) dengan menggunakan arsitektur client-server. Komunikasi antar komponen sistem dilakukan melalui RESTful API dengan keamanan data berlapis, sementara penyimpanan data menggunakan database MySQL/PostgreSQL. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan meliputi empat cara Pengumpulan Data utama: Observasi Lapangan untuk memahami alur kerja manual, Wawancara Mendalam dengan staf dan orang tua, Studi Dokumentasi untuk data sekunder, serta Survei dan Kuesioner untuk data primer. Setelah analisis kebutuhan, dilakukan Perancangan Sistem yang dimodelkan menggunakan Diagram UML, termasuk Use Case Diagram dan Class Diagram, untuk memvisualisasikan struktur dan dinamika interaksi aktor utama (Siswa, Petugas Kesehatan, Admin Sekolah, dan Dinas Kesehatan) dengan sistem. Fitur utama sistem mencakup kemampuan untuk mencatat dan menyimpan data kasus penyakit secara akurat, fitur pelaporan dan monitoring perkembangan penyakit secara real- time, serta notifikasi peringatan dini kepada pihak terkait ketika ditemukan peningkatan kasus. Sistem ini juga memiliki antarmuka pengguna yang dirancang sederhana, intuitif, dan responsif. Implementasi dilakukan dengan pengembangan kode program, dan Evaluasi sistem melibatkan serangkaian pengujian, termasuk User Acceptance Testing (UAT), untuk memastikan sistem bekerja dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasilnya, sistem ini mampu menyediakan informasi kesehatan siswa secara cepat, akurat, dan dapat diandalkan. Sistem ini secara efektif mendukung percepatan respons dan penerapan tindakan pencegahan, serta mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pelaporan kasus. Dengan demikian, sistem ini efektif dalam upaya deteksi dini serta pengendalian penyakit menular, memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pengambilan keputusan berbasis data guna pengendalian penyakit di lingkungan pendidikan.

This study aims to classify students based on their academic performance during the first four semesters in order to map their potential for on-time graduation. Using the K-Means algorithm, the data were processed into three clusters: High, Medium, and Low. The results indicate that second-semester GPA and the number of credits taken are the dominant factors influencing the clustering. The model achieves a clustering accuracy of 71%, which can be utilized by academic programs as an early warning system.

This research is motivated by the need for digitalization of administrative procedures at SMK Sasmita Jaya 2. Currently, the school's official website serves as a profile information medium but lacks an integrated system to handle new student registration dynamically. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based New Student Admission Information System (SPMB) using PHP and MySQL. The system development method is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, database design, and feature implementation. The results show that the developed system is capable of providing registration features, file verification by admins, and automatic report recording in PDF format. The comparison indicates that this new system provides added value in the form of transactional interactivity that was not possessed by the previous school profile website.

Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) is a common health problem that requires prompt and appropriate treatment. Diagnosis is often challenging, especially for laypeople without medical knowledge. This study aims to develop a website-based expert system for diagnosing ARI using the Forward Chaining method. This system works by matching symptoms inputted by the user with rules contained in a knowledge base to generate a relevant diagnosis. This system is implemented as a web application, making it easily accessible through any internet-connected device without the need to download additional applications. System evaluation was conducted through black-box testing to ensure its functionality meets user needs. Based on a literature review, this system is expected to help users obtain initial information about ARI.

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing. PT. Gudang Distribusi menghadapi kendala karena belum memiliki sistem penilaian karyawan yang terstruktur, sehingga proses evaluasi rawan subjektivitas dan kurang efisien. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menggabungkan Weighted Sum Model (WSM) dan Weighted Product Model (WPM), sehingga menghasilkan perhitungan yang lebih akurat dan stabil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menilai dan merangking kinerja karyawan secara objektif, transparan, dan efisien. Pengujian Black Box, White Box, serta kuesioner respon pengguna menunjukkan sistem berfungsi sesuai harapan dengan tingkat kepuasan tinggi. Kesimpulannya, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan SDM melalui penilaian kinerja yang adil dan terukur.

The distribution of subsidized 3 kg LPG requires a targeted, efficient, and objective allocation process to ensure energy availability for the community. PT Trindomas Inti Prima continues to face challenges in determining priority LPG outlets due to a manual assessment process that is prone to subjectivity. This study aims to design a decision support system application to determine priority LPG distribution outlets using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method evaluates alternative outlets based on five main criteria: demand volume, stock availability, distribution distance, order frequency, and storage capacity. The research was conducted through stages of requirements analysis, system design using UML, web-based application implementation, and functional testing using the black-box method. The results indicate that the system is capable of generating objective, consistent, and transparent rankings of LPG outlets, thereby assisting management in making more effective and efficient distribution decisions.

The utilization of information technology in the education sector has become an essential requirement to improve the efficiency of academic data management. Web-based academic information systems have been widely developed to assist schools in managing student data, teacher data, subjects, and examination scores in an integrated manner (Ira Zulfa et al., 2023). SMP PGRI 363 previously experienced difficulties in managing academic data due to manual processes, which potentially caused data inaccuracies and delays in information delivery. This study aims to design and develop a web-based academic information system at SMP PGRI 363 to enhance administrative efficiency and student assessment processes. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system, implementing a multi-user concept. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was applied to accelerate system development and involve users during the development process (Lukman Santoso et al., 2022).The results of this study indicate that the developed academic information system is capable of managing academic data in a structured manner and supporting a more efficient and accurate student assessment process. Therefore, the system is expected to improve the quality of academic management in schools, particularly in terms of assessment efficiency (Richard Martin et al., 2025).

The new student admission process serves as the main gateway to higher education institutions, requiring a modern system that is efficient, transparent, and easy to use. This research aims to design a new SPMB prototype that integrates CBT features, biodata management, and real-time graduation announcements. The development approach used is the Waterfall model, with implementation through the PHP programming language and Tailwind CSS framework to create a responsive interface. Results indicate that applying a utility-first interface significantly improves user experience (UX) for prospective students throughout registration and selection exams. Furthermore, the prototype includes an automated scoring algorithm that facilitates efficient academic graduation decisions.

The student admission process in many schools is still conducted manually, including data recording, selection, and announcement of results. This conventional method often leads to inefficiency, data inaccuracies, and delays in decision-making. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Student Admission System (SPMB) to assist schools in managing the registration and selection of prospective students in a computerized manner. The system allows administrators to input applicant data, perform automatic selection based on predefined criteria such as academic average scores and distance from the student’s residence to the school, and display selection results efficiently. The implementation results indicate that the proposed system improves the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the student admission process. By automating data management and selection procedures, the web-based SPMB application provides an effective solution to support school administrative activities.
