Abstract

Photo studio is a place that is sought after by many people to capture important moments in their lives. Along with technological developments, the use of a Booking system is becoming increasingly important to make it easier for customers to book photo schedules, one of which is the Hey Studio photo studio. The photo studio Booking process so far still uses a manual method, when Booking still uses a form by coming directly to the studio, with this website technology it is hoped that it can help customers to book with a range that is far from Hey Studio photo studio. This study aims to develop a Booking system software at a photo studio using the agile method. The software development method used is Agile Scrum, which consists of several stages, such as sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Software development is carried out by considering user needs and business goals, by prioritizing iteration and iterative testing. In addition, the integration of the Booking system with other information systems is also considered. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of a Booking system at a photo studio with agile methods. In addition, the results of this research are also expected to help the manager of Hey Studio photo studio in improving their productivity and quality of service.

Abstract

The implementation of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) faces complex challenges in managing human resources across various organizations. This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities of HRMIS implementation in a modern organizational context. Through a systematic literature review, key factors influencing HRMIS implementation, including technical, managerial, organizational, and social aspects, were identified. Challenges that may arise in adopting HRMIS, such as user resistance, resource limitations, and the complexity of user requirements, were analyzed. The results of the literature analysis indicate that HRMIS implementation offers opportunities for organizations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in personnel management. However, the challenges faced in implementation must be considered. Factors such as organizational cultural change, integration with existing systems, adequate user training, and strong management support are crucial for the successful implementation of HRMIS. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and decision-makers in planning and executing HRMIS implementation. By understanding the potential challenges and optimizing available opportunities, organizations can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of personnel management. This study also serves as a basis for further research, including comparative analysis of HRMIS implementation in the public and private sectors, as well as evaluating the long-term impact of HRMIS usage on organizational performance.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process is a process that involves participants and educators which is successful when there is interaction between the two parties. Along with the development of information technology, especially the internet in the information system. In this new normal era, the most feasible hybrid model is to implement a rotation system. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of efficiency in the use of hybrid learning methods for SMK students which helps the student learning process to be better and also to overcome the problems faced by teachers and students in the learning process taking place during the new normal period, so that it can find out the obstacles in accessing material as well as assignments using a computer/laptop or mobile device connected to the internet network.

Abstract

The study aims to implement the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method on a website-based school accreditation digital archive system, with a case study at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Depok. The RAD method was chosen because it can produce applications quickly and effectively, and allows users to provide fast and continuous feedback during the development process. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The result showed that the implementation of RAD method on a website-based school accreditation digital archive system at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Depok can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the application development process, so that development time is cut and development costs can be reduced. In addition, the RAD method also allows users to provide fast and continuous feedback during the development process, so that the resulting applications are more in line more in live with user needs. In conclusion, this study shows that the implementation of the Rapid Application Development method on a website-based school accreditation digital archive system at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of application development, as well as produce benefits to application developers, schools, and related parties in developing a website-based school accreditation digital archive system.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 2 Cikande has problems related to the processing of value data which still uses manual recording; which will make it difficult to manage value data, the homeroom/teacher's work process will also be slow and hampered if an error occurs due to human error in the process of recording or managing large-scale data which results in the distribution of grade report cards not being submitted on time to students or parents. Another problem that arises is the absence of online media to provide information regarding teacher teaching schedules and subject schedule information. With the problems faced, the researchers have a goal to develop an academic information system to solve the problems faced. In the research that will be carried out using the extreme programming method and to test the feasibility of the system using the ISO 25010 method. With the existence of an academic information system that has been developed it can assist in processing grades more effectively and efficiently so that value data can be easily archived and easy to be made by the academic department / SMP administration staff. This academic information system also helps teachers more easily access and see grades or information about teacher schedules and subjects which are expected to make it easier for students to learn and in testing academic information systems have received a total score of 96%, with The score value is the conclusion for the system being developed has a "VERY GOOD" scale and is very feasible for the system to be implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Cikande.

Abstract

This research aims to design a desktop-based stock inventory information system using the Extreme Programming method for Huriah Tobacco company. This company currently still relies on manual records in managing inventory, which causes a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in checking stock. In this research, the author will identify weaknesses in the current system, design appropriate solutions, and implement the designed information system. The Extreme Programming method is used to accelerate and adapt the system development process according to company needs. It is expected that with the implementation of this information system, Huriah Tembakau will be able to improve company performance and optimize inventory management.

Abstract

In developing digital network and infrastructure solutions, PT. Global Datatrans Partners with HSPnet Branding have built a wide and reliable network, by utilizing Internet Protocol (IP) technology as the basis for sending data, voice and video. The company has expertise and experience in designing, implementing, and managing reliable, scalable, and secure networks. However, with increasing access to fast and efficient internet, PT. Global Datatrans market, experienced several problems, such as: limited performance of DNS Recursive, as well as a lack of features which made DNS monitoring difficult. Recursive DNS (Domain Name System) is an important component in internet infrastructure that functions to translate domain names into IP addresses that computers can understand. In this report, the author will explore ways to optimize DNS Recursive to increase speed.

Abstract

A product sales transaction system is a system used to facilitate the buying and selling process between a seller and a buyer. In a business context, this system is typically used by stores, supermarkets, or other companies that sell products to customers. The main function of a product sales transaction system is to record the sales transactions that occur between the seller and the buyer. With this system, every sales transaction can be accurately and organizedly recorded, ensuring that important information about the products sold, prices, quantities, and customer details can be properly stored. In the business context, the product sales transaction system becomes a key element that supports operational success. This system not only functions to record sales transactions but also to manage inventory, generate financial reports, and manage customer data. One of the main components of a product sales transaction system is the hardware and software used. Commonly used hardware includes cash registers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and electronic payment terminals. Meanwhile, the software is typically in the form of specialized applications that enable product sales, inventory management, and transaction tracking

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dan dalam pelaksanaannya di sekolah, absensi siswa menjadi salah satu komponen yang perlu diperhatikan. Namun, di M.I Mathlaul Anwar, sistem absensi masih dilakukan secara manual dengan buku absensi, menyebabkan masalah seperti manipulasi data, penggunaan kertas berlebihan, risiko kehilangan data, dan orang tua tidak dapat memantau kehadiran anak secara real-time. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi Android untuk mengelola data absensi siswa dengan efisiensi dan akurasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta mengadopsi model Waterfall dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi absensi ini memungkinkan orang tua untuk memantau kehadiran anak secara real- time dan memudahkan guru dalam melakukan absensi. Aplikasi juga mempercepat proses rekapitulasi absensi dengan menggunakan rentang tanggal tertentu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi absensi berbasis Android dapat memberikan solusi dalam pengelolaan data absensi siswa di M.I Mathlaul Anwar, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan akurasi data absensi.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi yang cepat dan efektif melalui website company profile menjadi hal yang penting dalam publikasi program pelatihan Pandai Berhitung dengan Metode GASING. Yayasan Teknologi Indonesia Jaya (YTIJ) ingin memperkenalkan program pelatihan ini kepada masyarakat melalui website yang berisi profil pencetus dan penyelenggara, visi misi, sejarah program, serta informasi terkait pelatihan yang sedang berlangsung. Dalam era teknologi informasi yang pesat, pembuatan website company profile menggunakan teknologi Bootstrap dan PHP menjadi solusi yang efektif. Melalui website ini, masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi terkini mengenai pelatihan GASING, termasuk gambar, video, dan informasi terperinci tentang kegiatan pelatihan di daerah masing-masing. Website ini juga memberikan wadah interaktif bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah untuk berpartisipasi, seperti pendaftaran, informasi lokasi dan jadwal pelatihan, serta publikasi hasil pelatihan. Promosi pelatihan GASING juga dapat dilakukan secara lebih cepat dan luas melalui website company profile ini. Pembuatan website ini membantu YTIJ dalam meningkatkan citra dan branding program pelatihan, serta memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah terhadap program tersebut. Selain itu, website ini memberikan manfaat bagi penulis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengalaman dalam merancang website, serta bagi Universitas Pamulang dalam memberikan kontribusi positif dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan matematika di Indonesia.
