Abstract

Modeling has been carried out using the STARS software to analyze the structure and chemical composition of a primary star with a mass of 2.24M_⊙ type Algol. Algol type stars are close binary star systems that experience the Algol pradox. The Algol paradox is a situation where a star with a smaller mass turns out to have evolved further than a star with a larger mass. The results of this modeling are (1) HR diagrams (2) star structure graphs and (3) graphs of star chemical composition as a function of radius.

Abstract

One mathematical model in the form of a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is the predator-prey model. The predator-prey model explains population changes of one prey population and one predator population due to changes in time. The radial basis function network method is used to find a numerical solution to the predator-prey model. The radial basis function network method can directly approximate the function and derivative of the prey-prey model using a basis function. The basis function used is a multiquadric basis function. Numerical solutions using the radial basis function network method obtained from this research show high accuracy and low error. The absolute error obtained from the two simulations with Δt = 0.01 each is 0.0066 in the first simulation and 0.022 in the second simulation. The errors obtained are relatively small because each only represents 0.66% of the initial value of the first type and 0.5% of the initial value of the second type. This shows that the radial basis function network method is efficient in calculating the predator-prey model solution.

Abstract

Rice is a source of carbohydrates which is the staple food of Indonesian people. The increase in human population means that Indonesia has to import rice from abroad to meet national food needs. Domestic rice production is not the same every year and with the conversion of agricultural land into industrial and residential areas, rice productivity has decreased. Sumenep Regency is one of the rice food production areas which is not the same every year, so forecasting is necessary to predict rice production in Sumenep Regency. Rice production forecasting can be used as a reference for increasing rice production in Sumenep district. The method used to forecast rice production in Sumenep district is the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The data used is rice production data in Sumenep district in 2005-2022. The results of forecasting rice production in Sumenep district obtained forecasts for rice production in 2023 of 203132.55 tonnes with a MAPE value of 11.243% with α=0.3.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the moral values found in the movie “Ghostbuster Afterlife ", based on the character’s behaviour and action and why they occurred in movies. The moral of a story in movies is the lesson that the story or movie teaches about how to behave in the world or what action should be used in certain situations. The method used in the research is conducted using a descriptive qualitative method which described the data from the observed people and behaviour. The research data were collected by watching the movie and identifying the data related to the study. There are 11 moral values found in the movie “Ghostbuster Afterlife”. From this research the relevance between the implications of the movie toward our own moral values is honesty. Being honest with other people will help develop our relationships with others, especially with family, friends, and loved ones will help improve life and character.

Abstract

Multiple pedagogical research have shown that guided inquiry-based learning increases students' scientific literacy. The Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) conducted a study of scientific literacy between 2000 and 2015, and their findings show that students in Indonesia still have a low level of scientific literacy compared to other OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries. flat. Thus, we set out to investigate whether or whether introducing the Local Socioscientific Issues (SSI) approach from the OE3C Instructional affected students' scientific literacy. A non-blinded pre-post experimental design was adopted for this study's quasi-quantitative method. Correlations between Local Socioscientific Issues (SSI) and OE3C Instructional methods and cyan enhancement. literacy were found in an analysis of obtained data using SPSS Version 26. Consequently, OE3C Instructional may be used to include the Local Socioscientific Issues (SSI) method into elementary school science instruction with the goal of improving students' scientific literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the mastery of social arithmetic in terms of parenting style. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were parents and students of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Wadaslintang with different parenting patterns, and 2 students and parents with authoritarian parenting patterns were selected, 2 students and parents with permissive parenting patterns and 2 students and parents with democratic parenting. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) verification. The results of the research show that students with permissive parenting styles experience (1) difficulty in understanding the questions (2) making a solution plan (3) implementing the solution plan, so that the social arithmetic mastery of students with permissive parenting styles is in the low category. Students with authoritarian parenting styles experience difficulty in carrying out problem solving plans, so that the mastery of social arithmetic of students with authoritarian parenting styles is in the medium category. Students with democratic parenting styles can solve problems well, so that students with democratic parenting styles mastery of social arithmetic is in the high category.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of the STEAM Learning Model (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) in increasing the creativity of students at RA Al-Manshuriyah. The STEAM learning model is an interdisciplinary approach that combines elements of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics in learning. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and used the case study method as the research design. The results showed that the implementation of the STEAM Learning Model at RA Al-Manshuriyah succeeded in increasing the creativity of students. In this context, creativity is measured through indicators such as the fluency of ideas, the ability to think creatively, the flexibility of thinking, and respect for works of art and innovation. The STEAM model provides students with opportunities to develop creative thinking skills through interdisciplinary learning experiences and complex problem solving. In addition, this learning model also stimulates collaboration between students in team projects that allow them to share ideas and collaborate in creating innovative solutions. The implementation of STEAM also increases student adaptation to change and fosters appreciation for art and innovation. The STEAM Learning Model has proven its success in increasing the creativity of students at RA Al-Manshuriyah. These results illustrate the importance of an interdisciplinary educational approach to fostering student creativity in diverse educational settings. The implication of this research is the importance of continuing the development of the STEAM approach in the context of formal education to further optimize students' creative potential.

Abstract

This article discusses the edge magic total labeling of bipolar anti-fuzzy graphs. Bipolar anti-fuzzy graphs are seen as a new concept, therefore we adapt from previous research on the properties of magic labeling of bipolar anti-fuzzy graphs. The results show that, for every natural number, there exists a bipolar anti-fuzzy magic edge total labeling for mCn graphs.

Abstract

The use of the Branch and Bound method has few errors but requires more calculations. Meanwhile, the Cutting Plane method reaches the optimum faster because with the addition of the Gomory constraint it is effective in eliminating continuous solutions. Cutting Plane method is better to use if there are few variables, namely 2 variables. In this study, it is shown how a Pure Integer Linear Programming problem is solved using the branch and bound and cutting plane methods with the problem of variable coefficient constraints on fractions and integers with 4 variables. And it is found that the Branch and Bound method is better used in pure integer linear programming problems with variable coefficients of fractional number constraints. While the Cutting Plane method is better used on the coefficients of integer constraints variables
