The reproductive health problems of women in their teens that rank highest in the world are poor personal hygiene, around 35-42%. Personal hygiene during menstruation is an effort to maintain cleanliness during menstruation for physical and psychological health, supported by good knowledge related to menstruation. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between menstrual knowledge and personal hygiene attitudes during menstruation for teenage girls at SMAN 1 Genteng Banyuwangi in 2022. This research was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. A sample of 83 respondents used the slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used were knowledge questionnaires and attitude questionnaires on a Likert scale. Data analysis used Fisher's Exact Test with SPSS 24 for windows. Adolescent girls have good knowledge (87.9%) and positive personal hygiene attitudes during menstruation (86.7%). The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge of menstruation and personal hygiene attitudes during menstruation in female adolescents at SMAN 1 Genteng Banyuwangi in 2022 (P 0.000 <0.05). It is hoped that the synergy between the school UKS and health workers will conduct counseling about personal hygiene during menstruation so that young women will receive relevant information.

Vaginal discharge is fluid or secretions that come out of the vagina. Vaginal discharge can be physiological or normal, or pathological as a sign of a disease. According to Prabawati (2019) in Indonesia, 90% of women have experienced vaginal discharge, and most of them are experienced by adolescent girls. Therefore, this study aims to describe the level of personal hygiene knowledge on the incidence of vaginal discharge in grade X of adolescent girls at SMAN 4 Surabaya. The method used descriptive research, where the population is all adolescent girls grade X SMAN 4 Surabaya. The sampling technique was carried out by non-probability sampling with a saturated sample technique of 169 adolescent girls in class X. The variables in this study were the knowledge of adolescent girls about personal hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis uses simple descriptive univariate analysis in the form of percentages. The results found that the majority of adolescent girls who experienced vaginal discharge had less knowledge about personal hygiene, namely, as many as 49 female students (85.96%) compared to adolescent girls who had good knowledge who experienced vaginal discharge, as many as 41 female students (60.29%). It can be concluded that there are still many class X girls at SMAN 4 Surabaya who experience vaginal discharge and have less knowledge about personal hygiene. To overcome this, many adolescent girls increase their knowledge about personal hygiene by providing counseling on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in collaboration with educational institutions (schools).

The low achievement of the target of the visual acid acetate injection examination (IVA) suggests that women of fertile age (WUS) still get little education about cervical cancer. The use of pocketbook media did not show the achievement of IVA inspection targets. The aims to know the impact of cervical cancer animation education on the increased interest of WUS in conducting IVA examinations in Puskesmas Pal Lima. The Method is quasi-experimental research was carried out from April to May 2022 in the UPT Puskesmas Pal Lima work area. The large sample for the research was 30 subjects obtained from the Lameshow formula. Interest scores before and after cervical cancer animation education were measured using a questionnaire of 20 questions. Data analysis using a pair-t test The results of this study showed that giving cervical cancer animation education increased WUS interest in IVA examinations (p = 0,007). The interest score increased by 6.37. Cervical cancer education using animated videos can be used as a midwife to increase WUS interest in IVA examination. Cervical cancer education with audiovisual animation is more efficiently accepted by society than pocket books.

The delivery via cesarean section carries a high risk of infections, including surgical wound infections, uterine infections, and postpartum infections, which, if not properly managed, can contribute to maternal mortality rates. One effective way to mitigate the risk of such complications is through early mobilization. A lack of understanding among mothers regarding early mobilization may result in reluctance to engage in it, thereby impeding the wound healing process. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers post-cesarean operation concerning early mobilization at Banggai Regional General Hospital. This research employs a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, comprising a total of 44 participants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The statistical test utilized is the Spearman rank test. The study results indicate that 88.6% of post-cesarean mothers possess a good level of knowledge about early mobilization, and 93.2% demonstrate a positive attitude toward it. Data analysis reveals that there is a relationship between knowledge and maternal attitudes regarding early mobilization knowledge (0.000 < α = 0.05). Based on this study, the higher the level of mothers' knowledge about early mobilization, the more positive their attitude toward engaging in it, with the aim of accelerating the wound healing process after delivery.

Adolescence (15-24 years) is a transitional period where the need for attention and protection becomes greater and more specific. Sexually transmitted infections have a significant impact on sexual and reproductive health. Adolescent groups fall into the high-risk category for sexually transmitted infections. Peer counseling has the potential to provide positive reinforcement, where one friend can act as a motivator for another. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of educational interventions by peers using modules on sexually transmitted infections in the prevention of sexually transmitted infections on adolescents' knowledge. This study employs a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test without a control group. The group was provided with educational training using a module on sexually transmitted infections that included: definitions, types, signs and symptoms, modes of transmission, prevention methods for sexually transmitted infections, and how to become a peer counselor. Interventions were conducted twice a week over a period of one week, with pre-tests and post-tests using the same questionnaire. The sample consisted of 42 individuals selected through simple random sampling. A normality test of the data was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, with bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results indicated that there was an effect of providing peer education using the sexually transmitted infections module on the knowledge of adolescents.

Study was using total sampling and got 35 pregnant women, and data analysis was using the Chi-square test. The results showed a relationship between eating culture and CED (p = 0.022) and between economic status and CED (p = 0.011). It was concluded that economics and eating culture are related to the incidence of CED. It is recommended that health workers strengthen health promotion efforts by improving the quality of education and counseling, as well as providing motivation in health services, especially those related to the prevention and treatment of CED in pregnant women.

The growth and development of children during the toddler stage are the foundation for their success in the future. Stunting is one of the indicators of suboptimal growth. Lack of knowledge about stunting is one of the factors influencing its high occurrence. This quasi-experimental study aims to determine the improvement in maternal knowledge about stunting before and after receiving education through a booklet. The study was conducted on 30 respondents, who were given the same questionnaire before and after the intervention, with a 3-hour gap after receiving education using the booklet. Data analysis followed a paired T-test. Based on the research results, it is evident that the majority of respondents are aged 20-35 years, with most being high school graduates and not employed. And the results of the analysis showed that there was an increase in maternal knowledge about stunting before being given booklet media education with an average 76.83% and after being given booklet media education with an average 81.83%, with a p-value of 0.000, indicating significance (p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an impact of the media booklet education on maternal knowledge about stunting. Providing education through booklets to mothers with young children is beneficial in preventing stunting. Booklets are an effective health education medium as they enhance maternal knowledge about stunting and are practical to carry and read anytime.
