Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of trust and service quality on consumer loyalty among Lazada application users. This research seeks to find out how trust and service quality influence consumer loyalty for Lazada mobile application users. By understanding the relationship between these variables, companies can know and identify what needs to be improved and what strategies need to be implemented to increase consumer loyalty. The research method carried out by the researcher is the literature method, which means that this research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques of library research (library search) where this research is focused on describing existing phenomena. The results of this research are that the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Lazada application users who feel confident in the platform, especially in terms of transaction security and information reliability, tend to be more loyal and continue to use the application for online shopping. The service quality variable has a partial and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality that includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has been proven to increase consumer satisfaction, which then strengthens their loyalty. The variables of trust and service quality simultaneously and partially influence consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Every company needs to pay attention to the people who work within the company so that it can continue to develop. This means that companies must treat employees well so that they can do their jobs effectively and efficiently. There are several different things that can influence how well someone does their job, such as how a company plans its employees, company culture, and the skills and abilities of each worker. So it is important to manage human resources so that they can carry out their duties well and productively. This research aims to find out how organizational culture and competence influence employee performance development with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Qualitative methods were used in this research to explore the influence of organizational culture and competence on employee performance development with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The technique used is simple random sampling. The research results show that organizational culture and competence influence employee performance development with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. In conclusion, organizational culture plays an important role in shaping individual performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see the ability of students to speak with their deskmates in relation to a person's level of self-confidence. This study uses a quantitative research type with correlation analysis. The population in this study was 207 students with a sample of 27 students so that the sampling method used was simple random sampling. Data analysis used in this study used instrument tests (validity and reliability), assumption tests (normality and homogeneity), hypothesis tests and statistical tests (descriptive and inferential). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-esteem and students' speaking anxiety. With a correlation value of r 0.538 with a significance of 0.000 <0.01. Ha is accepted Ho is rejected, which means there is a relationship between self-esteem and students' speaking anxiety. The higher the self-esteem, the lower the students' speaking anxiety and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to review the literature related to the impact of fly ash application on clay soil, with a particular focus on changes in soil mechanical properties and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) values. Fly ash, a by-product of coal combustion, has been widely used in civil engineering as a soil stabilization material. This study reviews various studies that have been conducted to understand how the addition of fly ash affects soil classification properties, such as plasticity and density, and increases the CBR value, which is an indicator of the soil's ability to withstand loads. The results of this review indicate that the addition of fly ash can significantly improve the stability and strength of clay soil, making it a more suitable material for use in road construction and other infrastructure. However, the specific impact of fly ash varies depending on the chemical composition of the fly ash and the characteristics of the clay soil used. This study also identifies several challenges and limitations in the use of fly ash, as well as recommendations for further research to optimize its use in soil stabilization.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is an idea launched by Nadiem Makarim who is the Minister of Education and Culture to produce superior Human Resources (HR) by prioritizing character education. The aim is to create students who are critical, creative, collaborative and skilled. The Batch 6 Campus Teaching Program is part of the Independent Campus Program which involves students from various educational backgrounds on each campus to support the teaching and learning process in schools, especially the facilities and infrastructure continuing to be left behind, infrastructure, teachers, limited access and so on, especially 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost) areas at primary and secondary school levels, as well as providing opportunities for them to learn and progress through activities outside the classroom. The teaching campus program will last for 4 months from 14 August to 5 December 2023. The implementation of the teaching campus program focuses on literacy, numeracy, technological adaptation and school administration support to ensure education continues and develops, especially considering the impact of the last pandemic. This is one of the guidelines from the Minister of Education and Culture. Independent learning is a process where the greatest potential is realized by teachers and students to innovate and improve the quality of independent learning. Presenting students as part of strengthening literacy and mathematics learning as well as teacher partners in implementing creativity and innovation in learning. One of the assisted schools that focuses on improving the quality of education is SD Negeri 101942 Bengkel.

Abstract

Bitter gourd is a plant that grows a year and has a vine nature, with a small and long stem. Pare fruit can grow at an altitude of 0-250 m above sea level. can grow in various types of soil and thrives in sandy soil rich in loose organic matter with a pH of 5-6. Bitter gourds also don't need a lot of sun with low humidity Bitter gourds are famous for their bitter fruit. The plant, which has the Latin name momodica chrantia, has an elongated oval shape, is green, yellow to orange in color and tastes bitter. the seeds are hard and yellowish brown in color. this shows that bitter melon plants have spread throughout the area. It's just that, there is still much that is not known that bitter melon can actually be used to cure several diseases and improve human health. following the nutritional content of bitter gourd and bitter gourd leaves per 100 grams of ingredients Bitter gourd fruit has been widely used by humans as a medicine for African people to use bitter melon as an anti-diabetic, antipyretic, anti-goud, and so on. Several studies have explained that bitter melon has potential as an antioxidant, antitumor, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. Bitter gourd extract contains complex compounds including insulin mimetics, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Insulin mimetics include quarantine, polypeptide – pvinin, vitamins found in bitter gourd include vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B3, and B9 (folate). Bitter gourd fruit also contains minerals, namely potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and iron as well as anti-oxidants in bitter melon fruit, namely phenols, flafonoids, insoflafones, terpenes, anthraquinones, and glucosinolates. from this matter the purpose of writing this article is to find out and analyze how to extract bitter melon juice which contains many nutritious substances for the health of the human body and how to make innovative cupcakes from bitter melon juice and from the results of this research we can also create new innovations which is made from bitter gourd which basically a lot of people who do not like the bitter gourd. and which in the end can introduce to the wider community that bauh pare can be used as processed snacks and dishes. this can teach that the younger generation can be more innovative with what is around them to further develop new innovations. From this, people who don't like bitter melon like bitter melon because there are various products made from bitter melon.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of pre-question techniques on students’ reading comprehension achievment at SMA N 1 Pegajahan. Pre-question techniques involve asking questions before reading to activate prior knowledge and set reading purposes. This quasi-experimental method is applied in this research with pre test-post test. This research has been executed at SMA N 1 Pegajahan. The researcher took X-1 class control class and X-2 class experimental class. The experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design was applied in this research. In collecting the data, pre-test, treatments, and post-test were administered. Then, the t-test was employed to reach the significant value. The result of the research proves that pre-questioning technique gives positive effect on students’ reading comprehension achievement. It can be seen from the mean score of the students in pre-test and post-test which computated by SPSS 16.00 . In pre-test, the mean score is 68.46 and it increases 76.86 in post-test. It means that there is an increase of 8.40 points. The result of t-test shows that t-ratio is higher than t-table (13.146 > 2.045) with the level of significant is p < 0.05 and significant two tail is p=0.000. It can be said that pre- questioning technique gives the positive impact because it can increase students’ reading comprehension achievement.

Abstract

Research The quality of health services at Community Health Centers is a crucial aspect in the public health system, especially in remote areas such as the Siempat Rube Community Health Center in Pakpak Bharat Regency. The quality of this service is very dependent on the quality of Human Resources (HR) within it. This research aims to analyze the influence of HR quality on health services at the Siempat Rube Health Center. The main focus is to evaluate the relationship between the skills, knowledge and attitudes of health workers with patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of health services. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive correlation analysis method using simple linear regression analysis as well as quantitative data and using statistical formulas. And the sample in this research is based on the population obtained from a sample of 100 respondents who are patients at the Siempat Rube Community Health Center, PakpakBharat Regency. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the quality of human resources (including skills, knowledge and attitudes) and patient satisfaction. The skills and knowledge of health workers have a significant impact on service effectiveness, while the attitude of health workers also contributes to patient satisfaction. The quality of human resources has a significant impact on health services at the Siempat Rube Community Health Center. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources through continuous training and education is very important to increase patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of health services. Recommendations for this research include the need for a more intensive HR development program as well as regular evaluation of service quality.

Abstract

Vegetable plants are needed by humans to meet the nutritional and mineral intake in the body. Water spinach is a horticultural plant that is popular with the Indonesian people, in addition to its savory taste, water spinach contains many benefits. This study aims to analyze and summarize the results of literature studies on the effect of chicken manure and bio-extreme organic fertilizer on the growth and production of land spinach (ipomeae reptans poir). Chicken manure contains various types of nutrients that are very beneficial for plants, including Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Magnesium. Meanwhile, Biofertilizer is a biological product that can increase fertilization efficiency, fertility and soil health. Based on a literature review, the combination of chicken manure and bio-extreme organic fertilizer shows significant results in increasing the growth and production of land spinach. Several studies have shown that the balanced use of chicken manure and bio-extreme organic fertilizer can improve nutrient absorption by plants and increase resistance to pest and disease attacks. However, the effectiveness of this application is highly dependent on the dose used, soil conditions, and environmental factors. This study also identified differences in results due to variations in application methods and types of varieties used. Overall, these findings suggest the need for further research to optimize the right combination of fertilizers to increase sustainable land spinach production.
