Abstract

The study aims to identify the contribution of ZISWAF to the availability of capital, management, and marketing of MSMEs’ products. This study also looks at the development and role of ZISWAF and MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Indeed, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the economic condition due to the implementation of large-scale social restrictions. This study used a qualitative approach with the library method. This study used secondary data taken from relevant research results, books, articles, and scientiϔic works. The result showed that ZISWAF contributed to ensuring the resilience of MSMEs through their diverse ϔinancial and giveaway programs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the analysis of Halal Tourism development in improving the economy of the islamic economic perspective community. This type of research is qualitative descriptive and literature studies using secondary data obtained from articles, books, the internet, previous studies and other reference sources relevant to the matter studied. Literature studies are used in the collection of research data. Understanding and analysis of library sources is used to produce studies on the topics discussed and draw research conclusions in order to get an explanation for the phenomenon being studied. The result of this study is that the development of Halal Tourism succeeded in improving the economy of the community. Halal Tourism in Indonesia has many opportunities if it is improved properly because Indonesia has a muslim-majority population.

Abstract

The Effect of Islamic Service Quality, Perceived Ease and Risk on Interest in Using BRI Syariah Mobile Banking with Trust as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Magelang City Community). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic Service Quality (X1) Perceived Easiness (X2) Risk (X3) on Interest in Using Mobile Banking (Y) with Trust as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Magelang City Community). The method used to collect data by distributing questionnaires to the people of Magelang City. The sample used in this study were 101 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Then the data obtained were processed with SPSS Version 23. The analysis used in this study included instrument tests, statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and path analysis.Based on the results of the t test, it shows that Islamic service quality has a positive and significant effect on public interest, perceived convenience has a positive and insignificant effect on public interest, risk has a positive and insignificant effect on community interest, Islamic service quality has a positive and significant effect on public trust, perceived convenience has a positive and significant effect on public trust, risk has a positive and insignificant effect on public trust, trust has a positive and significant effect on public interest, trust is able to mediate Islamic service quality positively and significantly on public interest, trust is able to mediate perceived ease of interest community positively and significantly, trust is able to positively and significantly mediate the risk to public interest

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the priority problems related to the Shariah Supervisory Board (SSB) and their solutions in monitoring the principles of sharia. This study uses a non-parametric approach with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. Primary data is obtained through in-depth interviews with academics and practitioners who have directly become the Sharia Supervisory Board. This study found that the main problem with the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board is independence, where there are multiple SSB positions in several Islamic financial institutions. Currently, the priority solutions agreed upon by the informants can be minimized by holding multiple positions in different sectors. This solution is expressed by considering conditions that are not yet ideal, where the number of DPS is still limited compared to the need for sharia supervision in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

Macroeconomic conditions can reflect a country’s investment climate one of which is sukuk. Sukuk contain an investment element in a real project as the basis for its issuance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of gross domestic product money supply, exchange rates and inflation on the growth in the outstanding value of Indonesian corporate sukuk in 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative methods on secondary data based on time series with a population of 240 data. Data collection was carried out by accessing the official web pages of the OJK, BI and BPS. Data were processed using Eviews-10 and analyzed with descriptive statistics, stationary test, multiple linear regression test, hypotesis test and classical assumptions. The partial results of the GDP (X1) and The exchange rate (X3) have a negative and significant effect. JUB (X2) has a positive and significant. The inflation (X4) has a negative and insignificant effect. Meanwhile, simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant.Kondisi makroekonomi dapat mencerminkan iklim investasi suatu negara, salah satunya yaitu sukuk. Sukuk mengandung unsur investasi pada proyek rill sebagai landasan penerbitannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dalam rangka mengetahui pengaruh produk domestik bruto, jumlah uang beredar, kurs dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi Indonesia tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pada data sekunder berdasarkan rentan waktu (time series) dengan populasi sebanyak 240 data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengakses laman web resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bank Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Stastistik. Data diolah menggunakan Eviews-10 dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, uji stasioneritas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil secara parsial variabel produk domestik bruto (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi Indonesia dengan nilai probability 0.0121. Variabel jumlah uang beredar (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi dengan nilai probability 0.0000. Variabel kurs (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi Indonesia dengan nilai probability 0.0429. Variabel inflasi (X4) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi dengan nilai probability 0.1871. Sedangkan secara simultan seluruh variabel (produk domestim bruto, jumlah uang beredar, kurs dan inflasi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan nilai outstanding sukuk korporasi dengan nilai probability 0.000000.

The Effect of Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, And Organizational Communication On Islamic Performance With Knowledge Sharing As Intervening Variables (Case Study On Bank BRI Syariah KC Semarang). The purpose of this study how to effect of Organizational Culture (X1) Employee Engangement (X2) and Oraganizational Communication (X3) on Islamic Performance (Y) with Knowledge Sharing (Z) as an Intervening Bariable in Bank BRI Syariah KC Semarang. In this study, using quantitative methods by processed primary data obtained through a questionnaire given to BRI Syariah KC Semarang employees as many 37 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Then the data obtained were processed with SPSS Version 20. The analysis used in this study included instrumen tests, statistical tests, classical test, and path analysis. Based on the test result show the results: (1) Organizational culture has not effect on knowledge sharing. (2) Employee engangement has a positive and not significant effect on knowledge sharing. (3) Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. (4) Organizational culture has not effect on islamic performance. (5) Employee engagement has not effect on islamic performance. (6) Organizational communication has not effect on islamic performance. (7) Knowledge sharing has a positive and not significant on islamic performance. (8) Knowledge sharing has not mediation the effect of organizational culture on islamic performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic servis quality, banking image and corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable (case study of BPRS Sukowati Sragen customer). This study uses quantitative methods aimed at obtaining results from field data with existing theories. Samples were obtained as many as 100 respondents of BPRS Sukowati Sragen customers with accidental sampling technique. The data in this study are primary data obtained from respondents by filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis using instrument test, multiple regression analysis test, instrument test, classical assumption test and Path Analysis test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study conclude that the quality of Islamic services has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Banking image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. CSR has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The quality of Islamic services has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Banking image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. CSR has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction is able to mediate all independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the opportunities and challenges with the merger of 3 BUMN Sharia Banks into Indonesian Sharia Banks (BSI). This study uses the BOCR (Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk) approach, part of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) approach. Through this approach, the priority value for each aspect (BOCR) will be obtained. The results of the study show that the Cost aspect has a priority value of 0.261. The benefits aspect (0.257), the risk aspect (0.244), and the lowest priority is the Opportunity aspect with a value of (0.236). Meanwhile, the priority strategy for the merger of these 3 BUMN Islamic Banks is professional Human Resources (HR).

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of social inequality today has not yet shown the maximum realization of the constitutional mandate and religious teachings. The description of the above conditions is a motivation for individual businesses to optimize the distribution of Ziswaf productively as implemented by the Alif Point Mart minimarket in Padang City. This new effort has become a study in maximizing the distribution of Ziswaf by Alif Point Mart in Padang City. This type of research is field research; the nature of this research is descriptive-analytic. They are collecting data using observation and interview methods. Then, it will be examined, classified, and analyzed after ordering it in processing the data. Then conclude using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The research results show that Alif Point Mart is a business in the retail and culinary sector whose operations are a combination of a minimarket and coffee business with the main principles in sharia business management. Alif Point Mart is a Ziswaf-based Mini Market, meaning that it is a business that has capital from shareholder funds or investments. The profits are allocated for alms, infaq, productive waqf in the form of business capital for people in need, and when the gains have reached the mandatory zakat, zakat will be issued 2.5%. The distribution of zakat is a program carried out every year to existing zakat institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze how Islamic economics views and responds to the increasingly rapid development of digitalization, especially transactions that occur in on-line buying and selling or commonly referred to as e-commerce as well as to find out where the application of Islamic economics in e-commerce business activities is and to find out and clarify the validity of transactions that occur whether it is permissible and legal if transactions are carried out on the internet network in the form of e-commerce. This research uses the Library Research method or can also be called library research, meaning that the data source for this research is based on a literature review that comes from theses, scientific works, journals, news, and several sources that are relevant and support the discussion in this research. After analyzing some of the data that has been obtained, the researcher can conclude that e-commerce transactions are allowed and legitimate if they are carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations of Islamic law. In this case, it can also be concluded that the Islamic economy responds to the development of digitalization very positively. This is marked by the fact that Islam does not close itself off from the advancement of digitalization in on-line business because as a result of this progress, it has a positive influence on both the perpetrators and the Islamic economy itself.
