Abstract

Background. The profitability in Islamic bank is influenced by murabahah receivables, musyarakah financing and lease financing. Therefore, it is essencial to analysis profitability in PT. Bank Aceh. Effectiveness of oral corrective feedback (OCF) in language learning is influenced by learners’ comprehension and response to various OCF techniques. Therefore, it is essential for teachers to consider learners’ preferences for OCF strategies.Purpose. This research aims to analyze the influence of Murabahah, Musyarakah, and Lease Receivables on the profitability of Bank Aceh Syariah.The population of this study is Islamic Banks in Indonesia in 2012-2017 are 13 BUS.Method. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. This research is a field study with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of Financial Statements quarter 2017 to November 2020 registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This type of research data is panel data that are analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regressions.Results. The results showed that there was no effect of murabahah receivables on the profitability of PT. Bank Aceh with a significance of 0.938, with alpha (α) 0.05 or 5%.  The effect of musyarakah financing on profitability in PT. Bank Aceh with the significance of 0.010 with alpha (α) 0.05 or 5%. The absence of the effect of lease / ijarah on profitability in PT. Bank Aceh with the significance of 0.082, with alpha (α) 0.05 or 5%. There is a significant influence between murabahah receivables, musyarakah financing, and simultaneous lease financing on the profitability of PT. Bank Aceh period 2017-2020 is 26% while the remaining 74% is determined or influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.Conclusion. This study has significant implications for assessing profitability in Islamic bank bg using murabahah receivables, musyarakah financing and lease financing.

Abstract

Background. The rise of promotions through endorsements to build brand awareness has led celebrity endorsers to become less cautious in promoting products on social media. Therefore, it is important for business owners to consider the criteria for promoters in accordance with Islamic business ethics principles.Purpose. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies through endorsements to build brand awareness and review them in the context of Islamic business ethics. Specifically, the research was conducted on a business in the furniture sector, namely May Be Mebell, Bangkalan.Method. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data obtained from field observation notes and interviews with the owner, content viewers, and customers of May Be Mebell. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and verification.Results. The research findings indicate that May Be Mebell’s marketing strategy, which involves active content marketing and collaboration with celebrity endorsers, has successfully built brand awareness and increased sales volume. The endorsement strategy employed also aligns with Islamic business ethics principles. However, special attention is needed regarding the principle of trustworthiness, as the endorsers are perceived to be overly enthusiastic in promoting the products.Conclusion. This study has significant implications for endorsement practices in efforts to build brand awareness. By understanding the appropriate criteria for endorsers, business owners can align their approach with Islamic business ethics principles to achieve their goals.

Abstract

BackgroundThe main problem in this study is related to the analysis of low risk management in Musharakah profit-sharing financing at Bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo West Pasaman. Furthermore, the problem is divided into several formulations, namely 1.) What is the form of the implementation of the risk sharing of musharakah profits in BPRS-MPS Simpang Empat, 2.) and description of the form of BPRS-MPS Simpang Empat strategy to reduce risks in musharakah financing.Purpose This study is to find out the form of implementation of Musharakah Profit Sharing Risk Reduction in BPRS-MPS Simpang Empat and the form of BPRS-MPS Simpang Empat strategy to reduce risks in Musharakah financing. This study uses the Field Research methodMethod. The type of approach is qualitative, The source of this research data is Bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Saiyo and Musharakah financing profit sharing customers at Bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Siayo. This primary data was obtained through interviews with informants, namely with the Bank and profit-sharing financing customers of Bank Musharakah Bank BPRS Mentari Pasaman Siayo Pasaman Barat.Results. Research shows that in the implementation of the Risk Sharing of Musyarakah at BPRS-MPS Simpang Empat that the profit sharing that is carried out is distributed in accordance with the agreement between the two parties and is divided according to the portion of capital at the beginning of the partnership. The determination of profit sharing at BPRS Mentari Saiyo West Pasaman is determined by determining the profit sharing ratio first in the form of a percentage. As well as the Strategy of BPRS-MPS Simpang Empat to Reduce Risks in Musharakah Financing Strategies to Minimize Risks in Musharakah Financing at BPRS Mentari Saiyo Pasaman Barat,Conclusion. Pihak BPRS Mentari Saiyo Pasaman Barat dalam meminimalisir potensi timbulnya risiko pada pembiayaan musyarakah. Bentuk mitigasi tersebut adalah dengan melakukan analisis terhadap kelayakan nasabah menerima pembiayaan dengan menggunakan prinsip 5C (character, capacity, capital, collateral dan condition of economy).

Abstract

Background. Since 2014, Bank Indonesia has implemented a program to use digital payment instruments known as National Non-Cash Movement. Bank Indonesia has innovated by creating electronic digital financial transactions using QR Codes, which can be used as a legitimate transaction tool. Since January 1, 2020, Indonesian people can use QR Codes through server-based electronic money applications, mobile banking, or electronic wallets.Purpose. The purpose of this research is specifically to answer the question of how QRIS is used in digital transactions, whether it fulfills the principles of maqashid sharia.Method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by analyzing data from various sources. The data presented is in the form of statements, by collecting data through interviews or face-to-face meetings, and documentation. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews. This study also combines literature reviews, including books, essays, and other works, to support the findings.Results. This study found that the application of Maqasid Syariah in the implementation of QRIS increases user satisfaction and there is a significant correlation between QRIS users' understanding of Maqasid Syariah and the level of QRIS adoption. This study also found that the application of QRIS in digital transactions not only increases efficiency and financial inclusion in Indonesia, but also complies with the principles of Maqasid Syariah. This shows that a strong understanding of Maqasid Syariah among users can help increase QRIS adoption, despite challenges such as cybercrime.Conclusion. The importance of education about sharia and financial technology, so that the public is increasingly exposed to and can use QRIS more, so that it can encourage sustainable and inclusive digital economic growth in society. Users who understand the principles of Maqasid Syariah are more likely to use QRIS, because QRIS simplifies digital transactions and is in line with Sharia principles such as fairness and transparency

Abstract

Background. The most common skin problems in Indonesia include acne, dry skin, dull skin, scabies, and serious diseases such as leprosy. Based on research (Pratiwi, 2024), around 60% of women in Indonesia complain of dull skin, large pores, and acne. Despite this, Indonesia has made progress in dealing with serious skin diseases such as leprosy. The new development product Eco-Friendly Oatmeal Body Cleanser Soap can provide solutions to overcome skin diseases, as well as natural and environmentally friendly product ingredients and packaging.Purpose. This article discusses the importance of integrating business feasibility analysis, Islamic economic principles, and environmental sustainability in the development of oatmeal soap. The research shows that this product meets halal standards and provides skin health benefits while supporting environmental sustainability. The results are expected to serve as a reference for business practitioners to create products that are economically profitable and beneficial to society.Method. The qualitative research methodology in this article employs in-depth interviews with Islamic economic experts, consumers, and natural ingredient industry players. The aim is to explore the views and experiences of informants regarding the feasibility of oatmeal soap from sharia and sustainability perspectives. The data is analyzed thematically to identify relevant patterns.Results. The research findings indicate that oatmeal soap has significant potential as a natural, halal, and eco-friendly product. Consumers are interested in products free from harmful chemicals, and Islamic economic experts affirm that this product meets the business feasibility criteria within the sharia context.Conclusion. The development of oatmeal soap as a natural and eco-friendly product demonstrates high business feasibility, supported by strong consumer interest and compliance with sharia principles

Abstract

Background. Along with the development of the global sharia investment market, guidance based on the values of the Qur'an is needed to ensure that investments are carried out in accordance with the principles of sharia ethics. Many modern investment practices are contrary to sharia values, such as speculation, usury, or uncertainty (gharar). This study can be a guide for Muslim investors. with a thematic interpretation approach to the verses of the Qur'an related to investment can provide a deeper understanding of investment practices.Purpose. The aim of this research is to determine investment in the Al-Qur'an through thematic interpretation based on sharia economic principles.Method. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research allows researchers to deeply and comprehensively understand the concepts contained in the Koran and sharia economic principles.Results. The Several verses that are relevant to investment are 1) The assets invested in will be multiplied by Allah SWT in QS Al-Baqarah (2) verse 261. 2) Investment as a form of lending in QS Al-Baqarah (2) verse 245. 3) Investment is a muamalah activity, which is explained in QS An Nisa (4) verse 29. 4) The principle of investment is to help in QS Al Maidah (5) verse 2. 5) and prepare for possibilities that will occur in the future by investing, QS Al Hashr (59) paragraph 18.Conclusion. This study has it is necessary to pay attention to the principles of sharia that need to be adhered to when investing. Like the principles in sharia economics, namely implementing justice, honesty, transparency, and avoiding usury or interest which is considered haram in Islam and it is very important to pay attention to investment strategies, as a form of benefit to society and worship of Allah SWT in generating investment profits

Abstract

Background. The limited production of garci-tea due to various operational constraints,  the process of making tea takes quite a long time, limited electrical power in the factory, In addition, the packaging design of the garci-tea product is similar to that of the competitor's product.Purpose. Knowing how the production strategy that has been implemented by Sentra Industri kecil Menengah (IKM)  Garcinia sp and to develop strategies to improve production that should be implemented Sentra Industri kecil Menengah (IKM) Garcinia sp using the SWOT Analysis MethodMethods. The type of research is Field Research, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis with the SWOT method.Results. Sentra Industri kecil Menengah (IKM)  Garcinia sp is the first and only business in Indonesia that processes tea from asam kandis and asam gelugur and has obtained a production permit. In carrying out the production process manually, a 2-shift system is implemented, namely the day shift and the night shift, with different workers for each shift. The production process of IKM Garcinia sp in producing garci-tea products is carried out continuously with stable materials and abundant raw material availability. The product is packaged in the form of tea bags similar to competitors. To make it in another form of packaging, such as ready-to-drink tea in a cup, Sentra Industri kecil Menengah (IKM)  Garcinia sp delayed by the issuance of permits from BPOM.Conclusions. The strategy implemented by Sentra IKM Garcinia sp in increasing its production volume by maximizing working hours and adding more labor. The strategy that should be implemented by Sentra IKM Garcinia sp is using additional tools such as sealing machines, ovens, slicing aids, and utilizing PLN electricity in the production process, updating product packaging to make it more attractive, and leveraging the stable availability of raw materials to continuously increase production capacity to meet consumer demand

Abstract

Background: This study is motivated by issues and phenomena that occur at BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan, namely: Mobile Banking services that are still experiencing disruptions and the minimal number of BSI ATMs, which is the only one in Kuantan Singingi district.Purpose : This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of mobile banking services and the availability of ATMs on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan.Method : This study uses a mix method research type (combination method), namely qualitative and quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The population in this study were BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan customers totaling 12,873 people, with a sample size of 44 people. And the data collection techniques used were Observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis technique.Result : The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) The quality of BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan mobile banking services is very good. 2) The availability of BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan ATMs is still minimal. 3) The variable of mobile banking service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with the T test value showing a sign value of 0.100>0.05. 4) The ATM variable has a significant effect on BSI KCP Teluk Kuantan customer satisfaction, with the T test value (Partial) showing a sign value of 0.002<0.05. Then based on the F test (Simultaneous) the variables of mobile banking and ATM service quality together have an effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 20.586>3.23

Abstract

Background. The growing trend of toy collecting by adults reflects symbolic consumption rooted in nostalgia, personal identity, and emotional expression. In the Islamic context, this practice raises ethical considerations about moderation and responsible ownership.Purpose. This study explores how adult Muslim collectors interpret toy collecting as a meaningful practice, assessing its alignment with Islamic economic values such as wasatiyyah (moderation), spiritual intent, and social responsibility.Method. Using a phenomenological approach and narrative analysis, the research draws from digital sources—YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok—focusing on narratives related to nostalgia, identity, and financial ethics.Results. Findings reveal that toy collecting can serve as a tool for self-reflection, emotional stability, and spiritual expression when conducted with ethical awareness. However, without boundaries, it risks becoming impulsive consumption (israf).Conclusion. Toy collecting, as a form of symbolic consumption, can align with Islamic principles if guided by intentionality, financial discipline, and social awareness. Enhancing Islamic economic literacy among collectors is essential to ensure meaningful and ethically sound practices.

Abstract

Background. Surau dagang memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung aktivitas ekonomi saudagar tradisional Minangkabau. Selain berfungsi sebagai tempat persinggahan, surau dagang juga menjadi pusat pertukaran informasi, mediasi hubungan bisnis antar saudagar, serta wahana edukasi informal tentang strategi perdagangan. Peran multifungsi ini menjadikan surau dagang sebagai institusi sosial-budaya yang tidak hanya memperkuat kehidupan religius, tetapi juga berkontribusi nyata terhadap penguatan ekonomi lokal.Method. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposif di Surau Dagang Sungai Pua, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Sumatera Barat. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pengelola surau dan tokoh adat setempat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik, yang meliputi proses reduksi data, kategorisasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif.Results. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa surau dagang masih aktif berfungsi sebagai tempat singgah, terutama bagi saudagar yang berdagang ke Pasar Batusangkar dan wilayah sekitarnya. Surau ini tidak hanya menyediakan fasilitas tempat tinggal sementara, tetapi juga menjadi ruang strategis untuk membangun jejaring dagang, berbagi informasi harga pasar, hingga membicarakan strategi distribusi barang antar daerah. Para saudagar menyebut keberadaan surau ini sebagai bagian penting dari "ekonomi silaturahmi" yang memperkuat kepercayaan dan loyalitas dalam jaringan perdagangan Minang.Conclusion. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa surau dagang berperan sebagai simpul terhadap teori ekonomi komunitas yang berbasis nilai-nilai budaya dan religius. Implikasi dari penelitian ini membuka peluang untuk mengembangkan kembali fungsi surau dagang sebagai model kelembagaan sosial dalam pengembangan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menggali potensi replikasi model ini dalam konteks komunitas tradisional lain guna menciptakan ekosistem bisnis yang inklusif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.
