Abstract

Laws were created as guidelines for social life and aim to harmonize and maintain order in social life. Law also has a role in economic development in Indonesia. Therefore, law is needed as a way out to avoid conflicts that often occur amidst the limited rights possessed by humans themselves, especially legal certainty regarding the development of a business, especially in the world of business competition. Case with Decision Number 10/KPPU-M/2021 where the case in this Decision is that there was a delay in notification of the takeover of PT shares. Kusumasentral Kencana by PT Inter Sarana Prabawa. The reported party, namely PT Inter Sarana Prabawa, violated Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition and Government Regulation Number 57 of 2010 concerning Mergers or Consolidations of Business Entities and Takeovers of Company Shares which could Result in Monopoly Practices and Competition. Unhealthy Business. Analyze and answer legal issues related to the problem in this thesis, namely what is the ratio decidendi from Decision Number 10/KPPU-M/2021 regarding the delay in notification of the takeover of PT shares. Kusumasentral Kencana by PT Inter Sarana Prabawa? What are the legal consequences for business actors who violate the provisions of Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999. The aim of this research is, among other things, to determine the ratio decidendi from Decision Number 10/KPPU-M/2021 regarding the delay in notification of the takeover of PT shares. Kusumasentral Kencana by PT Inter Sarana Prabawa and find out the consequences for business players who violate the provisions of Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999. This research applies a normative juridical research type and uses a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. Then, the legal materials used are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and non-legal materials The conclusion of this thesis contains conclusions and suggestions, where the conclusion contains Decision Number 10/KPPU-M/2021 which has been decided by the Commission Council in accordance with the provisions of Business Competition Law in Indonesia in this case the Commission Council decided that the Reported Party is PT Inter Sarana Prabawa declared to legally and convincingly violate the provisions of Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. Then, the second conclusion is the legal consequences of unfair business competition resulting from the Delay in Notification of the Takeover of PT Shares. Kusumasentral Kencana by PT Inter Sarana Prabawa which violates the provisions of Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999, then OPT Inter Sarana Prabawa as the Reported Party is subject to sanctions in the form of an administrative fine of Rp. 1000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income expectations and the use of TikTok social media on entrepreneurial interest of STIE IBMT Surabaya students. In this study the authors used a questionnaire method (questionnaire) to find data directly from students who were taken as samples. The results showed that there is a significant effect of income expectations on student entrepreneurial interest. The results of the t test show that the income expectations variable has a t value of 4.107, which exceeds the t table value of 2.001. This shows that the higher the income expectations, the higher the student entrepreneurial interest. In other words, students who have high income expectations tend to be more interested in engaging in entrepreneurial activities. In addition, this study also found a significant effect of using TikTok social media on students' entrepreneurial interest. The results of the t test show that the variable use of TikTok social media has a calculated t value of 3.312, which also exceeds the t table value of 2.001. This shows that the use of TikTok social media has a positive impact on student entrepreneurship interest. TikTok social media provides a broad means of communication, without distance and time restrictions, and easy access. Therefore, students can utilize this platform to market products and develop creative ideas for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The legal vacuum and uncertainty that exists regarding the regulation of interfaith marriage has become a polemic that is present in the community to this day. The guidelines used by judges to resolve cases of applications for registration of marriages of different religions are contained in SEMA 2/2023 which is considered as a step to end this polemic. However, in practice, cases of applications for registration of interfaith marriages are still granted after the existence of SEMA 2/2023. This study aims to examine the implications of the enactment of SEMA 2/2023 on interfaith marriages in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical through literature study as a data collection technique and analyzed using normative provisions of Indonesian positive law regarding marriage law and family law. The results show that interfaith marriages generally have major implications for family law resulting from interfaith marriages, namely children's rights, inheritance rights, and division of joint property. However, the nature of SEMA which is not retroactive makes the status of interfaith marriages that were held before the existence of SEMA 2/2023 still have the right as it should be.

Abstract

Exposure is an activity of reading, viewing and listening to messages from various media that have meaning from these messages, this happens to every individual or group. In this study, it discusses the Intensity of Brigadier J on Tiktok on the Image of the National Police on Students’ point of view who have a problem formulation to find out how much influence the Intensity of Brigadier J on Tiktok has on the Image of the National Police on Students’ point of view with the aim of knowing the effect of the Intensity of Brigadier J on Tiktok on the Image of the National Police on Students’ point of view. This journal belongs to one of the major themes, namely: Human-Machine Communications. Using the positivism paradigm with an exploratory quantitative approach method and data collection non probability techniques using accidental sampling type by distributing questionnaires to STIKOM InterStudi Students Class Batch 2019-2022. The sample used was seventy-five respondents. Data was collected via Google Form with a five-point Likert scale measurement. Data processing techniques using simple Linear Analysis Techniques with IBM SPSS V.29 software to test validity and reliability, F test, and Individual significant test (t test). The results of this study obtained a t-test result of zero point eight hundred three which is greater than zero point zero five where the regression coefficient is positive, which means it is valid. So it means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected because there is an influence of the Intensity variable (X) on the Image variable (Y). Then the output results obtained were forty point eight percent which stated that the results of the study were in the moderate/moderate category of influence while the remaining fifty-nine point two percent was influenced by other variables that was not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study discusses company value in the property and real estate industry, which can be influenced by various factors. The author explores the relationship between ESG Practice variables and the mediation of Carbon Emission Disclosure on Company Value. The aim of this research was to obtain the latest knowledge according to issues currently occurring in society. The analytical method used by researchers is multiple linear regression using purposive sampling techniques. In this research, the author uses secondary data in the form of annual and sustainability reports of major companies in the property and real estate industry for 2015-2022 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that the variable ESG Practices had a positive effect on Company Value, ESG Practices had a positive effect on Carbon Emission Disclosure and ESG Practices mediated by Carbon Emission Disclosure had a positive effect on Company Value.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in various ways, the government has developed technology in traffic safety and road transportation by implementing the E-TLE system through CCTV traffic surveillance cameras, which are installed at certain points of the street. With the development of this security technology, it helps police in monitoring roads and traffic. The problem raised in this study is how the implementation of the E-TLE system through CCTV Traffic Surveillance in the effort to arrange road users in the City of Surabaya Center and discussed the problem of how the obstacles faced by the police in the application of the e-Tle system through monitoring of CCTV traffic in the efforts of arrange the user of the road in the city of Surabaya Centre. This type of research uses the type of empirical juridic research using the Qualitative Data Analysis Technique.The results of this research found barriers – barriers in its implementation namely, among other things, the capacity limitations and availability of E-TLE CCTV cameras from Korlantas, the disintegration of CCTV camera recording data E- TLE, and the partial understanding that e-tilang is not E-tLE. On the other hand, the problem of the two results of his research is the presence of obstacles – obstacles felt by the police in the application of E-TLE, among other things, the smooth monitoring of minimal officers and the prosecution of minor violations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of Good Governance principles in administrative services at the North Toto Village Office, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the application of Good Governance principles in administrative services at the North Toto Village Office, Bone Bolango Regency has gone well but is not yet optimal. This is proven by administrative services that fulfill the principles of transparency, responsiveness, participation, fairness and accountability. However, the principles of efficiency and effectiveness are not yet optimal, this can be seen from the achievement of performance which is not in accordance with the target.

Abstract

Lack of information about further studies for high school students after graduation is a significant problem in their study selection. This can hinder students' ability to make informed educational choices that align with their interests and goals. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of information services using portfolio media on students' decision making for further studies at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. This research aims to determine the significant influence of career information services using portfolio media on students' further study decisions at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. This research is a quasi-experimental type using pretest-posttest, non-equivalent control group design. Research participants were class XII MIPA 4 students at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. There were 20 participants in this study and were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (N=10) and the control group (N=10). The measuring instrument used in this research was a questionnaire for selecting students for further studies. The data analysis technique uses independent sample t-test hypothesis testing. The research results show that information services using portfolio media can increase students' further study decision making scores at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. The results of the independent sample t-test are p = 0.000 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence of career information services using portfolio media on students' further study decisions at SMAN 1 Bantaeng. The implication of this research is that portfolios can be used as a medium to improve high school students' decision making for further studies.

Abstract

Interest is the customer's encouragement or desire to buy the goods they want without the desire, desire and encouragement of the customer's interest not being realized, where interest can also be seen from the object and quality of the goods they want to buy. Meanwhile, the Auction process itself is the sale of goods in public which is preceded by an effort to gather interested parties through announcements made by and carried out in front of the auction official with an optimal price offer through verbal up-and-down or down-down and/or written bidding. Usually, items that have entered the auction date at the Sharia Pawnshop, Blauran Surabaya Branch, notify the customer that the collateral is due, if the customer of the collateral does not make an extension or confirmation, the pawnshop will auction the collateral. The auction at the Blauran Surabaya branch of the sharia pawn shop is different from the auction in general, where the price of the auction items is determined by the pawnshop by looking at the market price and the central price.The aim of this research is to determine the decline in customer interest in purchasing auctioned items and how the auction process occurs at the Blauran branch of Surabaya sharia pawn shop. In this research method, the researcher uses a type of field research using qualitative research methods. Meanwhile, in collecting data, researchers used interviews, documentation in the form of photos and sound recordings. The results of the research concluded that the decline in purchases of auctioned goods was due to customers considering that the auctioned goods were used by other people, the models looked old, the quality of the goods being auctioned and the marketing of the pawnshop itself was not capable enough to attract customer interest. , in terms of the process of carrying out the auction items themselves, it can be seen from the time of the auction, the auction mechanism, the items that have been included in the auction list and the Rahin (customer) wants to redeem, Information on the maturity date to the Rahin (customer), Notification to the Rahin (customer) whose items will be auctioned.

Abstract

Jember is one of the districts in East Java which has a lot of amazing panoramas and natural charm. One of the natural attractions that is a favorite for tourists is Puger Beach tourism. This research is about the role of organizational communication in building human resource quality through the movement to create natural tourism. The aim of this research is to understand organizational communication in building an HR community, to explain the organizational communication of UPTD TPI Puger in realizing nature tourism in Puger Village, to find out what obstacles the Puger Fisheries Service experiences in building quality human resources. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection method uses interviews. The results of this research show that UPTD TPI Puger built the KUB Minaharja community as a means for communication and discussion to achieve an HR community in the region. The form of communication carried out with the surrounding community is by inviting discussions about the establishment of natural tourism, prospective/traders who will and are already selling in the Puger beach area. Another form of communication is in the form of promotion to the wider community (general) about the potential natural tourism of Puger Beach. The obstacles experienced by the Puger Fisheries Service are the difficulty in gathering residents because they work as fishermen and the large amount of rubbish in the coastal area.
