Abstract

This study aims to design and build an inventory application that can support buying and selling activities at the Kreasitex Jakarta company. Ms. Margaretha Christie served as a resource person in this study to provide information regarding research needs as a deputy director of the company. The waterfall design method is used in this study and uses the javascript and golang programming languages. The functionality testing method is used to test the application. The result of this research is the development of an inventory application that simplifies the buying and selling process and helps record the stock of goods. This inventory system is also useful in managing goods purchased by customers. This application supports the development of the company wit h its good functionality. Overall, this study concludes that this inventory application supports the activities of buying and selling, storing, recording, and managing stock of goods. With the inventory application, the sales process becomes more practical and efficient.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of diabetes has led to a growing need for accurate and efficient disease detection methods. This research focuses on evaluating the performance of diabetes detection using Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means clustering algorithms. The study aims to compare the effectiveness of these two clustering techniques in identifying diabetes cases based on relevant medical data. A dataset comprising various health parameters and diagnostic indicators was utilized for experimentation. The Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means algorithms were implemented to cluster the dataset, and their detection performance was assessed using metrics such as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and F1-score. The results indicate that both clustering methods exhibit promising potential for diabetes detection, with variations in their performance based on different evaluation criteria. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the applicability of clustering algorithms in diabetes detection and provides insights into their strengths and limitations. Further optimization and validation of these algorithms could lead to enhanced diagnostic accuracy and early intervention in diabetes management.

Abstract

Electrical energy is the main energy required for electrical equipment, to distribute this electrical energy requires an electrical panel. PT. Tiga Kreasi Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of electrical panels with one of its products being a 2 HP pump panel which functions to activate and control a pump. This research uses observation method and literature study. The data collection method in this study was a direct observation system and literature study. The design process for the 2 HP pump panel has several stages, such as preparing the panel box first to place the appropriate components in the panel box construction drawings, then preparing a single line diagram and wiring drawings to serve as a reference to be connected between components, then preparing the components used, then arranging the components in the panel box match those in the panel box construction, then they are connected between the components according to the reference picture in the single line diagram and wiring diagram. Then simulate whether the DOL circuit is functioning, and the result is that the DOL circuit is functioning.

Abstract

This research took place at PT. XYZ is one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Indonesia whose products have been exported to various countries. In Enzo Bar Cabinet products, defects are often found such as color variation, imperfect door operation, rough finish, and marble defects. Therefore, using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Analysis (FMEA) methods which aim to identify the factors that cause defects and provide suggestions for improving the Enzo Bar Cabinet product at PT. XYZ. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the rough finish is the most common defect, namely 170 events with a percentage of 37.20%, which are caused by human factors, the environment, methods and materials. So the proposed improvements to reduce rough finish defects are ensuring that each part of the product is clean from dust before the painting process, there is a need for supervisors for operators to work optimally, asking for help from other operators and ensuring operators have enough rest so they don't get tired, preparing stock and ensuring sandpaper is still proper before the sanding process.

Abstract

Home Credit is a global financial company that provides consumer loan services. The purpose of this research is to predict the ability of clients to pay in order to make it easier for companies to provide loans or not. Not being careful in analyzing lending will cause credit risk. So to reduce these risks, the company needs an analysis to predict the client's repayment ability to determine whether to pay or not as a reference for the company in providing credit loans. By using the previous member criteria data, predictions of the smoothness of payments can be made using data mining. The data mining techniques used are Random Forest Classifier, Decision Tree Classifier, and Logistic Regression Classifier. The models used are Random Forest, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, which determine the likelihood or opportunity based on the data of previous members, and the results. The criteria used consist of the ten best features selected based on the results of best feature importance. The evaluation results of the random forest model are able to predict the ability to pay home credit clients with a high level of test accuracy score of 0.9967, ROC value of 0.9967, recall value of 1.00 compared to the other two models.

Abstract

The era is increasingly developing, technology is increasingly modern, one of which is a smartphone, with a smartphone activities have been helped for communication, work to style. Android-based smartphones have offered their touch and play applications to become the flagship devices of today's technology. E-catalog is an information system from a catalog that can be accessed digitally. The purpose of creating this system is to support the paperless program launched by the Sukoharjo Branch of Bank Jateng. In making this system, it includes various Bank Jateng products, filling out customer and prospective customer forms, and being able to contact Bank Jateng officers at the Sukoharjo Branch. The design of this application uses Adobe Animate CC 2021 software and the programming language used in designing this E-Catalog system is Action Script 3.0. The results of research at Bank Jateng Sukoharjo Branch, it can be concluded that with this E-Catalog system it can make Marketing and Customer Service easier in marketing and Customers and Prospective Customers can easily understand from this Android-based E-Catalog.

Abstract

Trash cans are very important in maintaining the cleanliness and health of the environment, especially in densely populated urban areas. Garbage bins are a necessity for today's society. Currently, technology is developing very rapidly in the development of industrial products, including automatic trash cans. This study aims to create an automatic trash bin based on Arduino Uno and an Ultrasonic Sensor device for object detection, LCD, LED, Speaker, and Servo Motors. The result of this research is an automation system in the form of an automatic trash can system using Arduino Uno. Testing of embedded system input and output devices worked well with tests of up to 40 times with a result of 90%. These results indicate that the embedded system input and output devices for automatic trash bins can function optimally, effectively and efficiently as industrial products.

Abstract

Increased productivity the company, one of the indicators that can be seen is the optimal supply of raw materials for the company. This research examines as well as applies the economic order quantity (EOQ) method in controlling raw materials at CV XYZ which is engaged in the manufacture of stone blocks. From the research results, it was found that the optimal amount of inventory in 2022 was 631,230 kg for sand material with a frequency of 3 times, safety stock was around 116,663 kg, reordering (Re Order Point) reached 145,293 kg and for cement the optimal supply was 137,455 kg with a frequency of 1 time, and for safety stock of 7,521 kg, and to place orders again when the inventory level reaches 9,439 kg, so that the total cost of the two materials is Rp. 77,220,526.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance company profitability through product combination planning using the De Novo Programming approach. In a competitive business environment, product combination planning becomes crucial for maximizing profits. By applying De Novo Programming, companies can identify high-profit products based on empirical data. The study evaluates five products produced by the company and highlights the flagship product, X3 (Flange and Spigot Piece), which has proven to yield a significant profit of Rp. 11,062,500,000. Through the allocation of additional budget in the De Novo Programming formulation, the study demonstrates an increase in profit to Rp. 11,858,093,000. This approach aids the company in determining an optimal product combination without the need to produce less popular products, thereby positively impacting overall profitability. By combining empirical analysis and computational approaches, this study provides valuable guidance for companies to make smarter and more profitable planning decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to design and implement a Java-based Inventory Information System at LSP Ataknas Professional Construction. The research methodology used in the data processing system is data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, documentation studies, and conducting literature research relevant to the problem of the previous goods inventory system. The system development method used is the Re-Order Point method. The results of this study are the existence of an application tool created with the Java Netbeans programming language and data storage in the MySQL database can provide smooth processing of the Goods Inventory Information System system.
