Abstract

Integrated supply chain management is key in maintaining operational efficiency in the tourism sector, especially in high-demand tourist destinations such as Taman Ria. This research aims to analyze and design a Supply Chain Management Information System (SIMRP) that can integrate various elements of the supply chain at Taman Ria, from procurement, inventory management, to collaboration with suppliers. This research uses the Design Thinking method and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to design a supply chain management information system that is effective and in accordance with user needs. The stages in Design Thinking that will be implemented include four main steps, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype. The result of this research is that the implementation of the Supply Chain Management Information System (SIMRP) with the Design Thinking method and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) can effectively improve operational efficiency in tourist attraction management companies. With SIMRP, all processes from procurement, inventory management, to distribution can be automated and integrated into a unified system. This makes it easier for companies to monitor the flow of goods and information in real-time, so that decision-making can be done more quickly and based on accurate data. In addition, the involvement of BPMN in business process modeling enables a clear visual representation, making process identification and improvement easier.

Abstract

Analysis Of The Use Of Flow Meter Equipment In Mixing Water And Lime At Pt Krakatau Tirta Industri. Flow meters are vital instruments in measuring and controlling fluid flow at PT Krakatau Tirta Industri, especially in mixing water and lime which affects product quality. This study analyses the effectiveness of electromagnetic flow meters in improving efficiency and maintaining mix ratio. Data were collected through direct observation and tool performance evaluation. The results show that electromagnetic flow meters provide high accuracy, reduce measurement errors, and improve production efficiency. Recommendations are given for periodic maintenance and calibration to maintain optimal performance.

Abstract

Inter-VLAN Routing is an essential component in modern networks to enable communication between VLANs. Two popular methods for achieving this are Switch Virtual Interface (SVI) and Router on a Stick. This study aims to compare these two methods in terms of performance, efficiency, configuration complexity, and scalability. The research is conducted by designing a network scenario that represents a modern office environment and testing parameters such as throughput, latency, and resource utilization. The results of this study are expected to provide in-depth insights into the advantages and disadvantages of each method, helping network professionals choose the most appropriate method for their specific needs. This study also includes practical analysis of the implementation configuration on Cisco devices, with simulation-based testing and real-time performance measurements.

Abstract

The continuous increase in global population presents significant challenges in meeting the world's food needs, particularly in the agricultural sector, which is foundational to food security. This research focuses on the analysis of soil quality monitoring for optimizing irrigation in smart agriculture, utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach to evaluate the relationship between monitored soil quality parameters—such as moisture, pH, and temperature—and water use efficiency in irrigation systems. Real-time data collected from IoT sensors enables farmers to make informed decisions regarding irrigation timing and volume, thereby conserving water resources and enhancing crop yields. The findings indicate a strong correlation between optimal soil moisture levels and increased irrigation efficiency, with potential improvements of up to 75%. This research underscores the necessity of integrating modern technology in agricultural practices to address global food security challenges and promotes sustainable resource management. Future studies should explore the integration of big data and artificial intelligence to further enhance the effectiveness of smart agricultural systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in improving employee performance at STMIK Widuri. In the context of educational organizations, employee performance is a crucial factor that can impact service quality and the achievement of institutional goals. Therefore, SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect employee performance within the STMIK Widuri environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews and direct observations with several employees and management at STMIK Widuri. The results indicate that the implementation of SWOT analysis can help the organization identify internal strengths that can be maximized, such as employee skills and experience, as well as adequate infrastructure. On the other hand, weaknesses found, such as the lack of training and competency development, can be addressed by designing more structured training programs. Opportunities for improving employee performance, such as utilizing information technology, can also be maximized. Meanwhile, external threats, such as competition between educational institutions, can be mitigated by enhancing collaboration and innovation in teaching. Overall, the findings suggest that the application of SWOT analysis at STMIK Widuri can make a significant contribution to improving employee performance through the identification of appropriate strategies to face challenges and take advantage of available opportunities. It is hoped that the results of this study will serve as a reference for the development of policies and human resource strategies at higher education institutions.

Abstract

Information technology plays a crucial role in improving public services, particularly in handling citizen complaints. Citizens often face obstacles in reporting complaints due to complex bureaucracy and limited access. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based citizen complaint classification application using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The application is designed to automatically classify complaints and direct them to the appropriate agencies, such as the Fire Department (DAMKAR), Public Works Department (DPU), and Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The Naïve Bayes algorithm is utilized for its ability to calculate probabilities and produce accurate classifications. The application was developed using the prototype method, which allows for iterative processes and adjustments based on user feedback. System testing demonstrates that this application functions well and meets the needs of relevant agencies in efficiently handling public complaints.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the level of user satisfaction with the online registration system used by Widuri Computer Club in the seminar, by applying the SERVQUAL method. SERVQUAL is a tool used to measure service quality based on the gap between user expectations and perceptions in five main dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. The use of an efficient online registration system is very important to ensure the convenience of participants in the registration process, therefore this research was conducted to evaluate the extent to which the existing system can meet the needs and expectations of its users. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires that are distributed to seminar participants who have used the Widuri Computer Club online registration system. The questionnaire is designed to measure user expectations and perceptions of the five dimensions of service quality. The collected data is then analysed using descriptive analysis and gap score calculation for each SERVQUAL dimension. The research results show that there is a gap between user expectations and perceptions in several dimensions, especially in the responsiveness dimension, which reflects the user's dissatisfaction with the system response time, as well as the physical evidence dimension related to the appearance and interface of the system that is considered less attractive and easy to use. Meanwhile, the dimensions of reliability and assurance obtain a relatively adequate value, although there is still room for improvement in terms of ease of access and data security. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Widuri Computer Club make improvements to the aspects that have the biggest gaps, such as speeding up response time and improving the design and functionality of the user interface. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a better online service system in the future, especially in the organisational environment based on the implementation of seminars and other events.

Abstract

in the modern era as it is in this day and age where technology has begun to advance, this is characterised by several methods for payment, at this time there are many people who use QRIS as a payment method compared to physical money, with this method I want to find out how people use the QRIS method well, With the increasing use of financial technology among the younger generation, understanding the factors that affect user satisfaction becomes very important. The method used in this research is a survey involving generation Z respondents in various cities in Indonesia. In addition, the understanding of QRIS also plays an important role in increasing the interest of users of this payment method. Respondents who have a better knowledge of how QRIS works and the benefits tend to be more open to using it as a payment alternative. Therefore, education and clear information delivery about QRIS can increase their knowledge. The ease of using QRIS is also proven to positively affect user interest. The perception that QRIS is easy to use makes the younger generation feel more comfortable and tends to utilise it in daily transactions. In the context of the ever-growing digital era, it is very important to understand the factors that affect interest in new payment technologies such as QRIS. Data collection was carried out through interviews designed to explore the level of satisfaction, ease of use, security, and respondents' preferences towards the use of QRIS. Research results show that although QRIS is well received by generation Z, the factors of convenience, transaction speed, and security when transacting are the main aspects that affect their satisfaction level. The results of this research are expected to provide useful insights for financial technology companies, banks and governments to expand the implementation of QRIS in Indonesia. By utilising social media platforms for education and increasing understanding, as well as ensuring the convenience of QRIS users, this can accelerate the implementation of more efficient and modern payment technology among generation Z, which in turn supports economic growth.

Abstract

Rice growth is a crucial indicator in determining the success of the agricultural sector, especially in agrarian regions like Aceh. This study aims to cluster rice growth patterns using the K-Means method, a widely recognized and efficient clustering technique. The analyzed data include land area, harvest yield, rice varieties, and environmental factors such as rainfall, temperature, and soil fertility. By applying the K-Means method, the data were grouped into several clusters representing the levels of rice growth across different regions. The results revealed significant differences in rice productivity among clusters, influenced by environmental factors and agricultural management. These findings provide strategic insights for decision-making, particularly in resource optimization and policy planning, to sustainably enhance rice growth outcomes in Aceh.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the broadcasting system of Programa 1 (94.6 FM) and Programa 2 (101.6 FM) at Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Banten. Using qualitative research methods, data were collected through field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The study identifies two types of broadcasting, namely audio and visual, which utilize digital technologies such as NET software supported by IP Address and VPN. The broadcasting process involves several stages, starting from audio mixers to signal distribution through radio transmitters and digital platforms like YouTube and the RRI website. The findings show that the audio and visual broadcasting systems have been digitized to meet the needs of listeners in the digital era, as well as how equipment such as microphones, mixers, and transmitters are used in the process.
