Abstract

This study aims to: (1) identify the description of Employee Performance, Work Environment, and Employee Empowerment; (2) analyze the effect of Work Environment and Employee Empowerment on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously.The population in this study consists of 78 employees of Nusa Nipa University. Since the population is limited, the research was conducted using a census or saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the Employee Performance variable falls into the “good” category, the Work Environment variable is in the “fairly good” category, and the Employee Empowerment variable is in the “good” category. The results of the t-test indicate that partially, the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Likewise, the Employee Empowerment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the F-test show that simultaneously, the Work Environment and Employee Empowerment variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The determination analysis results show that both independent variables in this study are able to explain 46.8% of the variation in Employee Performance at Nusa Nipa University.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan analisis Rasio Keuangan terhadap Perubahan SHU pada Koperasi Kredit Tuke Jung berdasarkan analisis Rasio Keuangan yaitu Rasio Likuiditas ditinjau dari Current Ratio, Rasio Profitabilitas ditinjau dari Return on Equity, Rasio Solvabilitas ditinjau dari Total Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Rasio Aktivitas ditinjau dari Receivable Turn Over. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Rasio Keuangan, Analisis Perubahan SHU, dan Analisis Statistik yaitu menggunakan Korelasi Pruduct Moment. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan Koperasi Kredit Tuke Jung yaitu Neraca tahun 2014 – 2015 dan Laporan Laba Rugi tahun 2014 – 2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan analisis rasio keuangan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Current ratio sebesar 288%, Return on Equity sebesar 30 %, Total Debt to Equity Ratio sebesar 288 %, Receivable Turn Over sebesar 0,20 kali. (2) Berdasarkan analisis perubahan SHU memperoleh hasil yaitu perubahan SHU sebesar 4,18 %. (3) Sedangkan analisis statistik memperoleh hasil yaitu korelasi product moment sebesar 0,93 %, artinya tingkat hubungan antara analisis rasio keuangan dan perubahan SHU pada Koperasi Kredit Tuke Jung di kategorikan sangat kuat dan disebut sebagai korelasi sempurna atau hubungan linear sempurna dengan kemiringan (slope) negatif.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Maumere as one of the secondary education institutions continues to show development through improving the curriculum, infrastructure, and extracurricular programs. However, the tuition payment system that is still carried out manually poses various challenges in managing school financial administration. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the manual tuition payment system using the SWOT approach to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect the process. The results of the analysis show that although manual systems have been in use for a long time and are easy for financial officers to understand, they are still vulnerable to recording errors, process delays, and the risk of inaccurate data accumulation. In addition, the study found that the evaluation of this manual system makes an important contribution to the development of management science, especially in understanding the dynamics of administrative control and decision-making processes. The findings of the study recommend the development of a technology-based tuition payment system, such as online payments or integrated applications, as a solution to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of administrative services at SMA Negeri 1 Maumere..

Abstract

Moringa (Moringa Oleifera) is a plant that is easily found in the surrounding environment and grows in Java, Sunda, Bali, Lampung, Madura, Sulawesi and Flores. In Flores, especially in Sikka Regency, moringa is a plant that is being cultivated. Moringa leaves also contain phytochemicals such as tannins, steroids, triterpenoids, flavonoids, saponins and alkaloids. These compounds have the ability as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, detoxification and antibacterial drugs. One product that can be developed from moringa leaves is moringa tea. Moringa leaves can be used as a basic ingredient in making tea. In making tea, a drying process is carried out which aims to reduce the water content in the raw materials. This study aims to determine the nutritional content of moringa tea from several places in Sikka Regency so that it can help in the use of moringa as tea. This study was conducted in 3 locations for sampling moringa leaves, namely Talibura District, Alok Timur District and Paga District. The study used descriptive methods and laboratory tests on moringa tea. The results of the study were then compared with the quality parameters of tea according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for tea. The output of the study is a national publication so that the community, especially in Sikka Regency, can use moringa leaves as a drink. The test was carried out at the Food Quality and Safety Laboratory, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Brawijaya University, Malang. The results of the study showed differences in the nutritional content of moringa tea from the three locations. The highest protein content was in Paga District with a value of 25.86%, the highest fat content was in Talibura District with a value of 4.43%, water content was in Alok Timur District with a value of 8.42%, ash content in Paga District with a value of 8.20% and carbohydrate content in Alok Timur District with a value of 57.08%.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements in supporting the effectiveness of internal control, with reference to the COSO framework components at the Regional Public Company Water Supply Wair Pu’an. The data used in this research included primary and secondary data. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, which describes or depicts the research objects based on observable facts. Dara collection methods included documentation and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that, overall, the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at Perumda Water Supply Wair Pu’an is functioning effectively, as evidenced by the alignment of its internal control system with the COSO components.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the mineral water inventory management practices and improve production cost efficiency at PT. Pintar Sumber Mineral. The research utilized a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, documentation reviews, and literature studies. The findings demonstrated that the company had successfully and effectively implemented the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model. This effective implementation was evidenced by: The increase in the EOQ value corresponding with the growth in annual demand. The implementation of specific inventory management strategies that supported cost efficiency. While significant demand growth led to an increase in ordering and holding costs, the strategy of adjusting the EOQ model was able to optimally mitigate the impact of these rising costs. This study concluded that the application of the EOQ model had made a positive contribution to the company's operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study examines purchasing decisions for ikat weaving at the Mbolaso Women Weavers Group Studio in Hewuli Village, Sikka Regency. The study aims to describe purchasing decisions, promotion, and location, and to analyze the influence of promotion and location on purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously. The study involved 70 consumers as samples selected using non-probability sampling. The researcher collected data through questionnaires and analyzed it using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that promotion and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The promotion and location variables explained 49.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the rest was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

The research was conducted at KSP Kopdit Obor Mas Maumere. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of employees’education level and work experience on the effectiveness of the internal control system. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research result show that the Education Level variable does not have a significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System, while the Work Experience variable has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Internal Control System. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that variations in the effectiveness of the internal control system can be explained by Education Level and Work Experience. These findings affirm that Work Experience plays is dominant role in enhancing the effektiveness of the intenal control system, whereas Education Level is not a key factor in the context of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of service quality, corporate image and complaint handling on satisfaction. As well as to test and analyze Service Quality on Loyalty with Satisfaction as Intervening for Customers of Bank NTT Maumere Branch. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample population is 220 customers of Bank NTT Maumere Branch. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with variance based SEM using PLS 4.01 smart tools. The results of the analysis can be concluded that Service Quality, Corporate Image and Complaint Handling have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Bank NTT Maumere Branch; and Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; and Service Quality, Corporate Image and Complaint Handling have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of Bank NTT Maumere Branch.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program through internship activities provides opportunities for students to be directly involved in the professional world and community service. This study aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education and productive business mentoring implemented by KSP CU Bathera Sejahtera Maumere in improving the business capacity of its members. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship program. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education and productive business mentoring make a positive contribution to enhancing entrepreneurial knowledge, financial management, and business sustainability among cooperative members. Therefore, structured and continuous mentoring programs need to be further developed to strengthen the economic independence of cooperative members.
