Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan turunnya hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan, serta menurunnya produktivitas sphygmomanometers (tensi darah). Keadaan tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan sebagai pengelola sistem serta merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi.Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi. variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survei dengan teknik stratifield random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0.Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 64,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 42,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 43,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study to determine the role of women business in seaweed cultivication activities to improve the family economic and how Islamic economics persp[ective in role of women business in seaweed cultivication activities. The concept of thinking so far is that women only responsible for domestic matters, but more than that women has  proved to give the contribute greatly to economic survival and prosperty of household and society. The method in  this research is qualitative descriptive. Date sources used were primary and secondary . data collection used observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the data researchers used qualitative descriptive method. The results obtained from this study were that women play an very important role in seaweed cultivication activities, in fact almost all vocation is carried out by women such as binding,releasing, and drying. From some of income obtained by informants, the lowest is Rp. 1.000,000 / month and the highest is Rp. 3,500,000 / month. Women may worked inside or outside of house, autonomous or with others, provided that work had done is halal and does not infringe in Islamic terms, then in Islamic Ekonomic perspective is permitted.Keywords: Women, Cultivication Seaweed, Islamic Economic Perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and trust on airline ticket purchasing decisions among tiket.com consumers. The sampling tool used questionnaire media with a sample size of 150 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The population in this study are people who purchase airplane tickets using tiket.com. Before testing, the research instrument was first tested using validity and reliability tests. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test and F test, followed by the Determination Coefficient Test (R2) to determine the contribution of the included variables to the research results. The results of the regression test show that every one unit increase in the independent variable, both brand image and trust, will increase the decision to purchase airplane tickets. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test gives the results that the two variables have a significant influence on the decision to purchase airplane tickets at the tiket.com company. The coefficient of determination obtained (R^2) was 40.6%, which means that the contribution of the brand image and trust variables to airline ticket purchasing decisions among tiket.com consumers was 40.6%.

Abstract

Dalam Undang-undang Nomor 44 tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit pasal 1 ayat 1 disebutkan bahwa yang dimaksud dengan Rumah Sakit adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggungjawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian adalah Literature Review atau tinjauan pustaka. Penelusuran literatur jurnal dalam database jurnal penelitian dan pencarian melalui internet. Penelusuran database yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar dengan jangka waktu lima tahun terakhir, yakni dari tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2022. Hasil Penelitian: dari sembilan penelitian yang dijelaskan, bahwa menggambarkan keseluruhan informasi yang diperoleh peneliti adalah perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan dan penyimpanan, serta pendistribusian. Selain itu, didapatkan bahwa pengelolaan obat pada pelayanan kesehatan di Sumatera Utara belum maksimal berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Low quality healthcare services result in an increase in the number of deaths each year, with an estimated 5.7 to 8.4 million people dying in low and middle-income countries. This figure represents about 15% of total deaths in those countries. The impacts of inadequate services encompass a decrease in societal productivity and potential economic losses for the country of approximately 1.4 to 1.6 trillion annually.The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between the quality of services provided by healthcare professionals and the level of patient satisfaction among outpatient care recipients at Haji Medan General Hospital. The studied population includes all outpatient care patients currently receiving treatment, with a sample size of 120 individuals, selected using the Accidental Sampling method. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a Cross-Sectional design.Research findings reveal that out of the 120 respondents, there is a relationship between independent variables such as reliability (x1), responsiveness (x2), assurance (x3), empathy (x4), as well as physical evidence (x5), and the dependent variable, which is the level of patient satisfaction (y) among those receiving outpatient care at Haji Medan General Hospital, with a p-value less than 0.05.In analyzing patient satisfaction levels, around 66% of the total 120 respondents expressed dissatisfaction with the healthcare services at Haji Medan General Hospital. Independent variables that exhibit a strong correlation with the dependent variable include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, patient satisfaction level, physical evidence, and empathy. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of services provided by healthcare professionals and the level of patient satisfaction at the hospital.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era of competition between companies is also getting tighter. Companies in managing business are required to be able to use all human resources properly and correctly so that company goals can be achieved together. In practice, human resources in a company have varied performance, and are influenced by certain factors. These factors include compensation and work environment. This study aims to: (1) determine the significance of the effect of compensation on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; (2) determine the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch; and (3) knowing the significance of the simultaneous influence of compensation and work environment on the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch.The sample taken is 150 respondents. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis tool using multiple regression test. Testing the hypothesis using the t test and F test. In addition, to determine the amount of the contribution of the variables entered, the R2 test is carried out.The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the constant value is 1.599 and the regression coefficient of the compensation variable is 0.191 and the work environment is 0.433. The results of hypothesis testing t and F indicate that the variable compensation and work environment significantly affect the performance of PAD employees at PT. Persona Prima Utama Yogyakarta Branch.

Abstract

Airports have a role as economic gateways, places to change modes of transportation, opening regional isolation and so on. Yogyakarta International Airport is an airport built in Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, which has a land area of ​​600 hectares and can accommodate up to 20 million passengers. In 2022, the total number of departing and arriving passengers at Yogyakarta international airport will be 2,885,460 people. The objectives of this research are: (i) To determine the significance of the influence of public facilities on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport; (ii) To determine the significance of the influence of service quality on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The samples taken were 140 people. The independent variables used are public facilities (X1) and service quality (X2) while the dependent variable is passenger satisfaction (Y). There are six indicators of public facilities, namely spatial planning, room planning, equipment/furniture, lighting and color, messages conveyed graphically and supporting elements. Service quality has five indicators, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles. Meanwhile, to measure customer satisfaction using indicators of conformity to expectations, interest in revisiting and recommending. The instrument test tool uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression tests, while hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test. To determine the contribution of variables, use the R2 test. The research results show that the two independent variables, namely public facilities and service quality, have a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport. Both variables contribute 68.5% to passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Negara berkewajiban menjamin kesehatan warganya. Oleh karena itu, negara menetapkan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) untuk memberikan jaminan kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Program pemerintah ini diselenggarakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Kesehatan (BPJS). Salah satu rumah sakit yang ikut melaksanakan program BPJS adalah Rumah Sakit Murni Teguh. Pelayanan kesehatan akan memunculkan respon peserta, dilihat dari tiga variabel yaitu persepsi, sikap dan partisipasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon Peserta BPJS terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dari RS Murni Teguh Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Murni Teguh terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh program BPJS Kesehatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam mencari jawaban atas tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS Murni Teguh dengan menggunakan program BPJS Kesehatan. Penjelasan ini didukung oleh data kuesioner yang diperoleh dari 317 pasien rawat inap yang menggunakan program BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan RS Murni Teguh kepada pasien rawat inap BPJS sudah baik dengan nilai rata-rata total sebesar 4,10. Untuk dimensi berwujud nilai rata-rata 4,10, dimensi keandalan nilai rata-rata 4,04, dimensi daya tanggap nilai rata-rata 4,12, dimensi jaminan nilai rata-rata 4,09 dan dimensi empati nilai rata-rata 4,13. Saran yang diberikan RS Murni Teguh sebaiknya membenahi sejumlah indikator yang masih di bawah standar yang ditetapkan RS Murni Teguh.

Abstract

Financing in agribusiness, especially in businesses related to making MSME-based banana frond handicrafts, is needed in managing their business. The choice of the right financing model will depend on the needs and conditions of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze and describe the financing model at the Anggrek KUB of Aska Village, South Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The results showed that Anggrek KUB of Aska Village currently only uses a financing model from personal capital, the P3AP2KB Office of Sinjai Regency, the UMKM Cooperative and Manpower Office of Sinjai Regency, and the Industry Trade and Energy Mineral Resources Office of Sinjai Regency. Alternative models for financing the Aska Village Orchid KUB include crowdfunding, venture capital, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), and grants and aid programs.

Abstract

KUB Anggrek is a joint business group engaged in creative economic activities, namely producing handicrafts from banana fronds located in Aska Village, South Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency.Some of the products produced are bossara, fruit bins, trash cans, jars, bags, and tissue boxes.The purpose of this study is to optimize profits in the production of banana frond handicrafts in Aska Village.The purpose of this study is to optimize profits in the production of banana frond handicrafts at KUB Anggrek Desa Aska. To obtain maximum profit, the right formula is needed through.One of the methods that can be used in linear programming is the simplex method which serves to find the optimum solution that has two or more variables. Optimum solution that has two or more decision variables. Based on the results of linear programming analysis of the amount of banana leaf craft production obtained optimal profit formula Z = 100.000X1 + 30.000X2 +65.000X3 +15.000X4+ 50.000X5 + 45.000X6.From the simplex method calculation, it can be concluded that Aska Village Orchid KUB will get maximum profit if it increases bossara production (X1) by 6.66?7 pieces and increases fox glue inventory (S2) by 0.33 kg each time.
