Abstract

Digital wallets (e-wallets) are digital financial products that are considered a more efficient alternative to payments cash. Electronic money is usually stored in digital wallets to make transactions easier. Today's digital wallets provide benefits, convenience and efficiency in payment transactions, making it easier for generation Z to spend their money, thereby influencing their consumer behavior as well. Research shows that digital wallets have a significant impact on generation Z consumer behavior. Digital wallets are convenient, safe, efficient and innovative for generation Z retail transactions, especially in online deliveries, grocery orders and e-commerce transactions.

Abstract

This research intends to investigate and assess how compensation affects the performance of human resources in the Environmental Department of South Halmahera Regency. The method in writing this article is a quantitative research technique, namely building theory by testing the relationship between variables. These variables can be measured and explained as instruments with relevant statistical analysis that can be interpreted. The benefit the purpose of this essay is to ascertain how compensation affects the performance of human resources in the Environmental Department of South Halmahera Regency. The research results reveal that this can be achieved well if the human resources within the company/organization are handled by appropriate management of human resources. It was determined that whenever there was a rise in compensation, employee morale increased. Suggestions require adjustments to compensation to increase employee morale at the South Halmahera Regency Environmental Service, both now and in the future and it is hoped that in the future it will be further improved to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

This study evaluated the effect of microfinance bank’s loans on the micro, small and medium scale enterprises financial performance in Ota. The population of the study was five (5) micro, small and medium scale enterprises who were customers of Covenant Microfinance Bank.  Regression analysis was used to analyze the two hypotheses. It was found out that microfinance bank’s loans have positive and significant relationship with the financial performance of (MSMEs). It was recommended that microfinance banks should give more loans to (MSME) in order to improve their return on assets.

It then delves into the company's decision to venture beyond national borders, exploring the drivers behind its international expansion, such as seeking new growth opportunities, accessing untapped markets, and diversifying revenue streams. It also assesses how Telkom Indonesia's interconnected telecommunications networks support seamless communication and data exchange across borders, enabling the company to serve an increasingly diverse and global customer base. Challenges faced during the globalization process are explored, including regulatory complexities, cultural differences, and competition from international telecom giants. The study highlights the importance of cultural sensitivity and adaptability as Telkom Indonesia navigates varying legal environments and customer preferences in international markets. Abstract

The research to analyze value added company using financial ratios, company size and growth opportunities.  High company value can have a positive impact on the company. This research period starts from 2017 to 2021, where in this period a pandemic occurs due to the spread of the Covid-19 which causes a decline in the world economy. 140 registered companies with method used was purposive sampling using The SPSS data processing. Profitability, liquidity, Company Size and growth simultaneously influence company value.  The coefficient of determination is 84.5% while 15.5% comes from other variables.
