Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe collaborative and cooperative learning innovations in improving students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) Ula Al-Ikhlas Madura. The background of this research is based on initial observations that the Islamic Religious Education learning process at MDT Ula Al-Ikhlas Madura still uses conventional methods that are one-way and emphasize cognitive aspects only, thus providing less space for students to think critically and interact actively. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type which aims to obtain an in-depth, systematic, and factual picture regarding the application of collaborative and cooperative learning innovations in PAI subjects at MDT Ula Al-Ikhlas Madura. Data was collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Islamic Education teachers and students at MDT Ula Al-Ikhlas Madura. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of collaborative and cooperative learning models can create an active, interactive learning environment among students. This learning innovation encourages students to think critically, work collaboratively in groups, and better understand Islamic values through direct learning experiences. The increase in students' understanding can be seen from their involvement in discussions, their ability to explain the concepts of Islamic teachings, and changes in behavior in daily worship practices.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed patterns of human communication, including interactions within the household. Social media, originally intended for social connection and entertainment, has increasingly become a source of marital tension. Online infidelity, emotionally intimate digital communication, jealousy arising from virtual interactions, and violations of digital privacy often develop into prolonged conflicts that threaten marital stability. This study examines the contribution of social media to divorce cases at the Sengkang Religious Court, analyzes judicial legal reasoning in such cases, and interprets the phenomenon through the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. A qualitative case-study approach was employed, involving document analysis, courtroom observation, and in-depth interviews with judges, clerks, and litigants. Data from 2024 show that out of 1,011 divorce cases, approximately 20 percent explicitly involved conflicts related to social media use, indicating a significant impact of digital behavior on marital dissolution. Judicial considerations are primarily based on Article 19(f) of Government Regulation No. 9/1975 and Article 116(f) of the Kompilasi Hukum Islam, which recognize continuous disputes (syiqaq) as lawful grounds for divorce. Judges evaluate not only formal digital evidence, such as screenshots and message records, but also the psychological and emotional harm caused by digital misconduct. Mandatory mediation under Supreme Court Regulation No. 1/2016 is used to assess the possibility of reconciliation. From the perspective of Islamic law, harmful social media practices are assessed through the maxim dar’ al-mafāsid muqaddam ‘alā jalb al-maṣāliḥ, affirming that divorce is permissible when digital harm outweighs marital benefit.

Abstract

The cafe industry is part of a rapidly growing and competitive service sector, fueled by the rise of coffee consumption and social activities in various cities. Service-oriented work environments are characterized by high emotional demands, a fast-paced work pace, and pressure to ensure quality service, making work stress a critical issue in human resource management. Cafe employees, particularly baristas and waiters, are on the front lines of customer interaction and are therefore susceptible to mild work stress, which is often considered normal. However, persistent, poorly managed mild work stress can potentially develop into emotional exhaustion, decreased psychological well-being, and decreased performance. This study aims to examine the role of stress management in reducing mild work stress levels among cafe employees and its implications for psychological well-being and employee performance. This study is based on a review of empirical literature on work stress in the service sector and the effectiveness of stress management interventions in the workplace. Stress management is understood as a planned effort to identify sources of stress, modify work stress, and strengthen employees' coping abilities. The study results indicate that stress management interventions, such as coping skills training, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness approaches, are effective in reducing work stress and improving employee well-being. Organizational support through fair work arrangements and supportive leadership also strengthens the effectiveness of these interventions.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Bengkulu City’s online civil registration services in 2025 by assessing five key indicators: ease of use, service speed, service quality, user satisfaction, and data security. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured survey administered to 37 users selected via simple random sampling. The findings indicate that Bengkulu City’s digital civil registration services fall within the “effective” category, with overall performance scores of 78–80 percent. High ratings for accessibility and clarity of instructions demonstrate that the platform is user-friendly and compatible with mobile devices, supporting broader technology adoption among younger, digitally literate users. However, challenges persist, particularly related to system stability, inconsistent processing times, limited responsiveness outside office hours, and concerns regarding personal data protection. These issues highlight gaps between front-end digital innovation and back-end organizational readiness. Despite these limitations, the digital system provides tangible benefits by reducing processing time, administrative burden, and service costs. The study concludes that sustainable digital transformation requires not only technological enhancement but also strengthened infrastructure, improved staff competencies, adaptive workflows, and robust data governance. The findings offer empirical insights that contribute to the literature on digital public administration and provide practical recommendations for enhancing the maturity and reliability of local-level e-government services.

Abstract

The rapid transformation of digital technology compels Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers to adopt learning approaches that are more innovative, interactive, and aligned with the needs of digital-native students. Augmented Reality (AR) has emerged as a promising instructional medium due to its capacity to create immersive learning experiences, visualize abstract Islamic concepts, and promote deeper engagement. This study examines strategies for utilizing AR by IRE teachers to enhance students’ learning motivation in the digital era. Using a literature review methodology, ten peer-reviewed studies published between 2016 and 2025 were analyzed based on their empirical relevance to AR integration, motivational outcomes, and pedagogical strategies. Results indicate that AR enhances student motivation by increasing attention, curiosity, autonomy, and participation—particularly regarding abstract, procedural, or spatially complex Islamic content such as prayer movements, Hajj rituals, Islamic historical sites, and tajwīd rules. Effective teacher strategies include needs-based planning, alignment with Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning (CTML) and Cognitive Load Theory (CLT), structured AR-supported practice, autonomy-supportive activities, and authentic assessments. The study concludes that AR is a powerful but design-dependent tool whose success relies heavily on teacher readiness, pedagogical alignment, and technological accessibility. Recommendations for practice and future research are provided to ensure scalable and sustainable AR integration in IRE classrooms.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is the largest Islamic organization and of course needs successors to continue the leadership baton. So that conducting cadre training becomes one of the means for forming militant cadres. These cadres are embryos who must be educated to become leaders and as facilitators of future leadership. For the Muhammadiyah organization, cadres have a strategic position as the main foundation in driving the Muhammadiyah movement. Cadre formation is a strategic element in maintaining the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah movement as a modern Islamic organization oriented towards renewal and empowerment of the people. This article aims to analyze the concept, strategy, and implementation of Muhammadiyah cadre formation as an effort to regenerate a progressive Islamic movement. Through a literature study approach, this research examines various literature, official documents of the Muhammadiyah Association, as well as academic findings regarding cadre education, Muhammadiyah ideology, and the organizational regeneration process. The results of the study show that Muhammadiyah cadre formation not only functions as a transmission of ideological values, but also as a process of strengthening the intellectual capacity, leadership, and professionalism of cadres. The cadre formation process takes place through formal education, autonomous organizations, formal cadre training, and the culture of the Association. Other findings show that the challenges of the digital era require innovation in training methods to be more adaptive and inclusive of the character of the younger generation.

Abstract

Hospital Occupational Safety and Health Culture (K3RS) is an important aspect in ensuring the safety of healthcare workers, patients, and the hospital environment. However, in practice, low levels of employee awareness regarding the reporting of occupational accident incidents are still found, particularly for accidents that are considered minor. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a psychoeducational program in improving employee awareness of K3RS among nurses and midwives at ABC Hospital. This study employed a one-group pretest and posttest experimental design with a total of 10 healthcare workers consisting of nurses and midwives. The intervention included K3RS psychoeducation, reinforcement of work safety attitudes and values, and simulation of occupational accident incident reporting. Data were collected using a questionnaire administered via Google Forms. The results indicated an increase in employee awareness after the psychoeducational intervention, as reflected by improved participants' understanding of the types and categories of occupational accidents and increased awareness of the importance of incident reporting.
