Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen merupakan jurnal hasil pengabdian masyarakat dengan menggunakan sistem blind peer-review yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas dalam bidang ilmu manajemen secara khusus dan dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis secara umum. Lingkup area pengabdian masyarakat antara lain (1) Manajemen Strategik, (2) Manajemen Pemasaran, (3) Manajemen Keuangan, (4) Manajemen Operasional, (5) Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, (6) Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Mangement) (7) Bisnis dan/ atau (8) Penelitian di bidang organisasi yang memiliki pengaruh dan berkaitan dengan kegiatan manajemen organisasi bisnis. Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen berlandaskan pada "open access" yang memungkinkan seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan dapat diakses online secara bebas tanpa adanya model berlangganan. Per-tahun 2021 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat terbit untuk pertama kalinya dan nantinya akan menerbitkan sebanyak 2 kali dalam satu tahun, yakni di bulan Agustus dan Februari

Abstract

As a young generation, they must have the provision of creativity, innovation, intelligence and skills that can benefit the environment around them. As a young generation with character, they must be able to have a strong mentality in dealing with various problems that occur in society. Character alone is not enough for the younger generation, but must be able to think creatively and innovatively through entrepreneurship programs. Because at this time the field in the world of work has begun to fill up, the younger generation does not have to look for work but they should be the ones who create jobs. So coaching the younger generation for entrepreneurship programs is also necessary and important to be given to the younger generation. The material presented by the implementing team of this Community Service program will initiate partners to become entrepreneurs with character, so there are several scientific fields that will be given, namely entrepreneurship, managerial science (POAC), production processes to sales processes, leadership, organizational science , craft science, arts, synergy building and cultivation science to be able to provide input or ideas to partners regarding what business fields they can do later.

Abstract

Brands can be the strength of a product that is trusted by consumers. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Argasari Village, Cihideung District, Tasikmalaya City Basic Brand Making Training as a product identity has had an impact on Argasari Village business actors, totaling 28 people, as evidenced by the increase in the category of "less" knowledge during the pre-test by 35.71% to 3.57%, "enough" from 57.14 percent to 42.86%, and the "good" category from 7.14% to 53.57%. The significance of the training results can provide advantages in increasing the sales volume of MSME products.

Abstract

Based on Law no. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) process should be carried out at least once a year. Currently, the quality and managerial system at one of the charities of Muhamamdiyah Lamongan is still not very good. Organizational management is already running but not in accordance with the desired national university standards. Many things are still done manually and have not been synergized properly. This service aims to help partners become quality universities and can compete with other universities. This service activity is also expected to bring changes to the management system, especially in the financial sector so that it is arranged according to university standard rules. The service team will provide explanations regarding national university standards and ways to achieve perfect quality so that they can get excellent or even superior accreditation scores. The method used in this service is to provide assistance and workshops related to the management of the financial system. The results of the training provide benefits, namely the creation of a good financial system in accordance with National Higher Education Standards and improving the quality of higher education as a whole.

Abstract

Studentpreneur is a student or student who has a business or business, in simple terms it can be said that studentpreneur is a student or student entrepreneur. In conditions like this Covid-19 pandemic, the potential for the emergence of new entrepreneurs is higher, especially in online business. No exception in this case the entrepreneurship of the students. These efforts can be carried out both inside and outside educational institutions with innovative products and generate income from their business activities and based on the knowledge obtained during the study (Pratiwi, 2017). The reasons for students to become entrepreneurs are many factors such as hobbies, pleasure or on the basis of wanting to be independent. Even though they are busy with all learning activities such as doing college assignments, exams or attending lectures, this does not dampen their motivation to become entrepreneurs. Every year there are many high school graduates or undergraduates who become Job seekers so that when they are not absorbed into the workforce, in the end it will only increase unemployment and become a burden for development. Providing assistance and knowledge related to entrepreneurial management, both when entrepreneurship is just being started and when entrepreneurship is running is very important. Providing insight on how to plan finance/capital, plan human resources, plan marketing models that will be used when doing business later is very important. HR planning for businesses is very important to learn considering HR is the most important factor in the success of a business today. If capital difficulties can be managed by partnering with financial institutions, then HR problems are not easy enough to solve because mismanaging HR will have an impact on business in the future. Incorrectly placing and managing people in the business can destroy the business that has been built.

Abstract

The purpose of the community service activities that have been carried out is related to literacy and investment. The investment literacy intended in this community service is investment literacy in the stock investment. This stock investment was introduced to the millennial generation to provide an overview regarding the importance of investing for young peopleand then the implementation of this stock investment for them. This investment literacy is carried out by the millennial generation in Gresik City. This community service activity is carried out in two stages, First, literacy stage by providing literacy to the importance of investing in the millennial generation. second, the implementation stage by investing through a securities company to be able to invest in stocks, because to be able to invest in shares a minimum of one hundred thousand rupiah.

Abstract

Human resources are the company's most important assets and are needed by the company to achieve the goals of the company. This research is the result of lecture academic activities at the study program level, namely the Independent Work Report (LKM). The object of this research is a service company named Fia Decoration. In the Fia Decoration company, human resources play an important role in achieving the goals of the company. There are several indications of problems that exist within Fia Decoration, namely communication between employees and work discipline. Researchers are trying to create a simple solution method in the form of joint gymnastics and coffee together. These two activities aim to improve the principles of communication and work discipline of all employees. The result of this activity is that the enthusiasm of the employees in participating in joint gymnastics and drinking coffee together is quite good, so that communication and work discipline are better.

Abstract

Technology that continues to develop nowadays makes it easier for the millennial generation to access various digital-based financial products and services. Financial technology (Fintech) has become an inseparable thing nowadays, but this convenience is often misused by irresponsible parties. So, financial literacy is very important for society, especially for the millennial generation. Especially the millennial generation is a social community that is literate and adaptable to technology. They tend to like using technology to make all activities easier, including shopping activities. The method used to carry out community service is Service Learning. The results of the service activities were that through the pre-test and post-test, it was found that the millennial generation's knowledge of Muhammadiyah 8 Gresik High School students increased in managing and planning finances. The 50/30/20 concept provides a way to plan and manage finances by distinguishing between needs, desires and savings which can be easily applied in relation to the problem of pocket money given by parents of the millennial generation.

Abstract

At present the problems faced are increasingly complex, making it impossible to solve them in the traditional way, because the problems are increasingly complex and there are no references in the past, solutions must be found through innovation. For example, the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic was followed by social restrictions. Schools are required to innovate to solve problems that arise. Among them, schools must organize online schools, where previously all learning processes were carried out outside the network. In the future there will be more and more complex problems for which there is no solution, such as disruptions, global crises, regulatory changes, digitization, and so on. This service aims to teach the importance of innovation and direct practice of implementing innovation using the design thinking method to teachers and principals of SMK3 Gresik and several SMK schools in the Cerme Gresik Subdistrict. Learning in the form of workshops to be more interactive and project-based so that participants can have experience in innovating. The service was carried out well, the participants were able to properly accept the training provided and asked to be given guidance through a follow-up workshop program.

Abstract

In order to prevent financial difficulties, financial literacy has now become essential for everyone, and the growing range of financial goods demands that people possess sufficient financial literacy. The Gen Z generation will eventually have to manage a growing number of complicated financial difficulties. Gen Z may steer clear of overwhelming debt, handle their finances sensibly, and get ready for a more secure financial future by becoming well-informed about money matters. This service's objectives are to give Gen Z high school students financial literacy skills, assess students' literacy levels, and enhance students' comprehension of literacy through the provision of materials from the service group. This program employs a workshop approach that is broken up into multiple phases of continuing activities. The goal of the program, which was to increase the financial literacy of PGRI Purwoharjo High School students, was accomplished with success. Students can participate in ongoing community service projects that teach them personal financial management skills and financial literacy on a regular basis.

Abstract

The millennial generation is currently known as a generation that is close to technological developments, easy to get along with and often uses social media. The millennial generation often has a fairly luxurious lifestyle, such as traveling, eating, drinking coffee or dressing and using the latest smartphones and much more. In the business world, technology can help manage business, make business more efficient, simplify business, and make business easier for traders and customers. Millennials are also more open-minded, because they easily get information from different environments and sources to open up different perspectives. This ability is able to produce ideas and business plans that are more creative, unpredictable and can provide more solutions to society. Millennials can also take risks with their actions, but be careful. The aim of the service is to explain in more detail about the business that can be done and its development as well as financial management participants can understand how to start a simple business and understand how towhich must be started early. Socialization was carried out face to face with students and teachers at Muhammadiyah Cerme Gresik High School. Simultaneously with presenting the material, the implementing team broadcast videos that had been made by the implementing team on YouTube regarding business activities and basic financial management. The final result is that separate personal finances from business finances.
