Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen merupakan jurnal hasil pengabdian masyarakat dengan menggunakan sistem blind peer-review yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas dalam bidang ilmu manajemen secara khusus dan dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis secara umum. Lingkup area pengabdian masyarakat antara lain (1) Manajemen Strategik, (2) Manajemen Pemasaran, (3) Manajemen Keuangan, (4) Manajemen Operasional, (5) Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, (6) Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Mangement) (7) Bisnis dan/ atau (8) Penelitian di bidang organisasi yang memiliki pengaruh dan berkaitan dengan kegiatan manajemen organisasi bisnis. Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen berlandaskan pada "open access" yang memungkinkan seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan dapat diakses online secara bebas tanpa adanya model berlangganan. Per-tahun 2021 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat terbit untuk pertama kalinya dan nantinya akan menerbitkan sebanyak 2 kali dalam satu tahun, yakni di bulan Agustus dan Februari

Abstract

This article shows the difficulty of HJ Car Workshop MSMEs in determining the final inventory balance, for this reason this activity was carried out to help these MSMEs by designing an inventory system with the help of the Microsoft Access application. The method for carrying out activities begins with data collection, namely observing the recording process that occurs, interviews with partners, namely the owner and administration, and documentation of recording inventory of merchandise in MSMEs. Next, design the merchandise inventory system by considering People Resources, Hardware Resources, Software Resources, Data Resources, and Network Resources. The result of the activity is the design of an inventory system for both incoming and outgoing goods inventory, which is expected to be more efficient and more accurate compared to previous manual recording. Furthermore, it is hoped that HJ Car Repair MSMEs can implement an inventory system design to make it easier to record their inventory.

Abstract

Mental health disorders are not visible from the outside, but their sudden impact can cause unexpected things that can be detrimental to the organization. The aim of this dedication is to strengthen the mental health of PIKGCS members and administrators so that their personality as mothers/wives of PT employees. GCS becomes stronger and tougher, not easily fragile. With a strong personality, you will be able to optimally support your husband's career while creating family peace. The method used in this activity is counseling/seminars. The result of this service is that in the initial session the participants were given an understanding of what mental health is and the importance of mental health for a mother. Mental disorders do not mean crazy, but mental disorders that are not treated immediately can tend to result in mental disorders (insanity). Indications of mental disorders in them include excessive anxiety, stress, lack of self-confidence and depression. The factors that cause a mother to experience these mental disorders are lack of interaction, having excessive expectations about something, no one to support her, work demands, an uncomfortable environment, poor stress management, and not having time for herself. A mother who experiences mental disorders certainly has an impact on the family. So the important things to pay attention to so that mental disorders don't get worse are staying away from toxic environments, taking time for yourself, asking for support from your family, especially your husband, consuming healthy and halal food, and if necessary, consulting a psychologist and developing self-management skills. The self-management skills referred to include time management, spiritual management, physical management, social environmental management, emotional (psychic) management.

Abstract

Based on the situation analysis, it is known that 92.6% of youth in the Putri Cempo Rusunawa area, Surakarta City, Central Java Province do not know about the TikTok Affiliate program. This service uses a method of providing training to youth organizations. The purpose of this program is to help youth organizations increase their knowledge and skills to generate additional income online through the TikTok platform by providing training on the use of TikTok Affiliate. TikTok Affiliate is a program officially issued by the TikTok application. Stages of community service activities: (1) Introduction to the TikTok platform and TikTok Shop Affiliate; (2) Training to teenagers and practice of creating TikTok Shop Affiliate accounts and (3) Providing tips and tricks for creating attractive promotional content and (4) Providing strategies for increasing income on TikTok by selling products. The results of this training activity are increased knowledge about TikTok and TikTok Affiliate, teenagers are able to create TikTok Shop accounts and have the desire to become content creators. TikTok Affiliate training for youths of Rusunawa Putri Cempo successfully increased the knowledge and skills of teenagers in utilizing the TikTok application to generate income online, this training is expected to help youths increase their income and improve their quality of life through the TikTok Affiliate program.

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead of the learning process in educational units. The better the quality of learning implemented by a teacher, the impact it will have on the quality of a school's student graduate output. The current service activity aims to build a mindset change for teachers at the Sabilil Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School (PSM) 2 Vocational School, Magetan Regency, which has the title of Center of Excellence Vocational School. This service activity is carried out in the form of offline training at the Takeran Magetan Highway School location, Magetan Regency. The results of the service show that there is an increase in understanding from vocational school teachers about the importance of changing mindsets in efforts to improve the quality of the learning process in the PSM 2 Takeran Vocational School environment.

Abstract

Mental health is a problem that needs to be taken seriously. Mental health is often experienced by people aged 15 years and over, so it is necessary to address this by knowing the problems and characteristics of people around us who experience mental disorders. Teacher are among those who can experience mental health problems due to their dual role, namely wife, and career. The dual role played by teachers does not rule out possibility of causing stress and depression. Stress and depression need to be handled appropriately and identified as early as possible, for this reason it is necessary to understand the importance of mental health literacy for teachers so that they can work well in educating their students. So in this service the service team want to provide training to Almadany Elementary School teachers on how to recognize the symptoms of mental disorder, as well as how to overcome them both from a psychological aspect and a religious approach.

Abstract

This human resource perspective has a very high population growth rate, which means that Indonesia is currently in an active working period. Therefore, the availability of labor can be used to increase development and progress throughout the country, but the government needs to increase efforts related to improving the quality of human resources. The purpose of this PKM is to increase the capacity of youth and the management of youth development organizations. Participants are members of the Youth Development of Buaran Indah Village, Tangerang City. The results of this activity showed that participants were very enthusiastic in learning about capacity building and organizational management. This is because the sharing of organizational experiences can trigger the enthusiasm and awareness of participants in organizing. The benefits of this research are expected to increase the capacity of youth in Buaran Indah village.

Abstract

Mental workload as the difference between the workload demands of a task and capacity. Mental workload is a human evaluation or assessment of the limits of attention load during optimal task performance, which is influenced by the workload demands of a task and the worker's capacity in handling the task. Various risks of studying while working can occur, such as fatigue due to too much studying and working, lack of time to relax and socialize, lack of time for needed sleep, and others. The indicator that has the most dominant influence on the mental workload of working students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik is the Time Needs Indicator (Temporal Demand/TD). The impact of the high mental workload experienced by working students often causes them to experience fatigue and lack of focus in attending lectures. In addition, the increase in lecture assignments also results in an increase in their burden or responsibility so that it more or less interferes with performance achievement. Therefore, the purpose of this study is so that the object can be more aware of the importance of self-management strategies for mental processing. The expected impact is so that the results of this activity can be used as a reference for compiling self-management strategies.

Abstract

Community Service was held for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik who taught the Financial Report Analysis course entitled "Improving Financial Report Analysis Literacy: Loan Analysis". This activity aims to improve students' understanding and ability in analyzing financial reports regarding loan / credit analysis. This community service activity was carried out at the Sang Pencerah Hall, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik which is located at Jl. Sumatera No. 101, Gn. Malang, Randuagung, Kec. Kebomas, Kab. Gresik, East Java. This community service activity was carried out on June 27, 2024. This activity was attended by approximately 100 students by presenting expert speakers in the field of finance who were also members of the FEB UMG Community Service Team. The material presented included the concept of preparing financial reports, the basic nature of financial reports, the purpose of preparing financial reports, financial report analysis, credit / loan analysis and calculation of credit / loan analysis. Participants showed enthusiasm and positive responses and felt that this material was very relevant and useful to support student knowledges

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) account MSME Nasi Pecel Ayam Bakar Narsis, established in 2018, was the partner in this community service study. The aim was to optimize raw material inventory management through the application of Economic Order Quantity and Reorder Point methods. The service method used a participatory action research approach, through observation and interviews, inventory system design using EOQ and ROP. Variables such as annual demand and ordering costs were included in the calculations. The results of the service show that there is an increase in inventory capabilities, MSMEs are able to optimize the amount and time of ordering raw materials, reduce operational costs, increase production efficiency, and ensure products are always available. The ultimate outcome of this service not only provides practical solutions for the Nasi Pecel Ayam Bakar Narsis MSME but also offers an approach model that can be used by other MSMEs to manage their stock more strategically and sustainably.

Abstract

El-Fariza MSMEs that sell Muslim clothing face various problems related to product quality, such as loose buttons and zippers and torn fabrics. This study aims to identify the source of product defects and provide effective solutions. The methods used include in-depth interviews with employees to understand training needs and analysis using fishbone diagrams to find the root of the problem. The results of the analysis show that product defects are caused by human factors, methods, materials, machines and measurements. As a solution, it is recommended to provide training to employees on proper sewing techniques and selection of quality materials. In addition, the implementation of a double-checking system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is also recommended to improve production quality. These measures are expected to improve customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. This service makes a significant contribution to quality management in the MSME sector and offers a model that can be applied by other businesses. By implementing an efficient quality control system, MSMEs can reduce waste and improve their image in the eyes of consumers.
