Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview and explanation of (1) the contextual approach used by the teacher in learning to write short stories, (2) the factors that influence the teacher's success in analyzing contextual approaches, especially learning short stories and (3) the results achieved from applying this approach this contextual. The subjects of this study were Indonesian teachers and Grade VII students of One Roof Public Middle School Riangpuho and the object of the study was short story learning using a contextual approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained through these three methods were analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in writing short stories using a contextual approach as follows: (1) contextual learning really helps students in the learning process, especially in writing short stories, especially writing experiences; (2) the teacher acts as an informator, motivator, facilitator, evaluator, inspirer, and mediator. Students have a high enthusiasm for learning because it is in accordance with their life experiences, and the school environment supports learning. Meanwhile, the use of language that is easy for students to understand, the deepening method used by the teacher, namely associating the material with students' daily experiences and the intense assistance that the teacher provides when students begin to write stories, are supporting factors in the application of a contextual approach; (3) the results obtained by students from 29 people have a value above the average of 83.66. This shows that learning using a contextual approach can increase the value of short stories to students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Cash Turnover on the stock price og Bank Mandiri Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is from 2003-2022. The sample technique used is purposive sampling 11 year. The results of the research show that Working Capital Turnover (X1) and Cash Turnover (X2) partially have no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously Working Capital Turnover (X1) and Cash Turnover (X2) have no effect no stock prices.

Abstract

Philosophy is a science that investigates the causes and effects of everything. Modern philosophy is widely known as the philosophy of education. Educational philosophy has several streams, one of which is essentialism educational philosophy. Essentialism is a stream that is rooted in a basic learning subject. Epistemology is a branch of philosophy that examines knowledge that covers many areas of scope or scope that includes many sources, characters and human nature. Islamic character education is very important to be taught both in the family, community and in educational institutions, namely in schools. Current education should focus more on character education. So as to make the generation of good and globally competitive countries, especially in the 5.0 revolution era. This research method is basically a literature review method. This might happen because they lack education about ethics both at school and outside of school. Ethics education really needs to be done to overcome this problem. Ethics education is obviously very important in the current education system. The progress of education in one country, especially in Indonesia, can be seen from the successful implementation of character education for students. One of the possible changes in character through the provision of character education to them. The research method used is to conduct a literature review using relevant books or journal articles.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the meaning of the koke bale ceremony in Lewomuda Village, Demon Pagong District. Koke bale is a series of traditional ceremonies that are carried out before the community prepares the land to start the planting process. The theory used in Koke Bale's research is semantic theory. This study also uses qualitative methods supported by data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the koke bale ceremony is a traditional ceremony held in Lewomuda Village, Demon Pagong District. There are eleven important parts in the process of carrying out the koke bale ceremony, namely: kote mada, take koke, tane tenane, take tada, mara, towe lodge, ura mau, butung kewura, goleng, eat together, and hode ilu. In the koke bale ceremony, there are five meanings namely, (1) religious meaning, (2) brotherhood meaning, (3) respect meaning, (4) success meaning, and (5) self-protection meaning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find: ( 1 ) whether there are differences influence of chair dips exercise and decline push-up against the force of the arm muscles on male students of penkepor UNS; ( 2 ) which exercises have the better and effective between chair dips exercise and decline push-up on the muscular strength arm. The kind of research that is used is research experiment. The subject in this research is the male student of penkepor uns which is 56 students. The data which collected in this study in the form of the power of the arm muscles .A test and measurement of who is employed to collect data is by means of a utensil expending a dynamometer. The data technique analysis that used in this research was test a differences ( test – t) with this requirements first like reliability test, test normality, and the homogeneity. After doing the research, the results as follows: ( 1 ) there is a difference in the influence between chair dips exercise and training decline push-up against the force of the arm muscles on male students of penkepor uns the, with Thitung = 6.14 > Ttabel = 1,7033; ( 2 ) the exercise of decline push-up is better on their influence than by the exercise of the chair dips against the force of the arm muscles on male students of penkepor uns the, with an increase in decline push-up = 11,78 % > the exercise of the chair dips = 6,10 %. Based on the results of research can be summed up as follows: ( 1 ) there is a difference in the influence between chair dips exercise and decline push-up against the forces of the arm muscles on male student penkepor uns the; ( 2 ) the exercise of decline push-up is better on influence than the exercise of the chair dips against the forces of the arm muscles on male student penkepor uns the

Abstract

The presence of technology in human life gives a new color both in everyday life, work-life, and the world of education. This paper wants to examine the relationship between learning theory and educational technology by using descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach. The method used in conducting this research is using a literature study approach where the researcher collects data relevant to the topic being researched. The results of this study indicate that 1) the impact of the revolution itself affects the world of education, 2) technology is an element of the industrial revolution era that cannot be stopped, 3) technology in education gives a new face to the existing learning process in the existing curriculum and learning tools, where educational actors compete and try to create a collaborative learning cycle between learning theory and technology-based education. It can be concluded that learning theory and educational technology correlate with the application of learning carried out by teachers and students, where learning theory and educational technology are necessary units in the learning cycle so that the atmosphere of the students remains focused on the learning taught by the teacher

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of visual media on the learning concentration of PKN students in grade 2 SDN 176 Pekanbaru. This research is a type of Pre-Experimental Design research, with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The population in this study were all grade 2 students at SDN 176 Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is class 2B students, totaling 24 students at SDN 176 Pekanbaru. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that through the t test (paired test) with a significance level of 5%, the t count was -6.868 with a significance level of 0.000. From the results of these calculations, it can be said that the t count is -6.868 with a significance of 0.000 <5%. So it can be concluded that the use of visual media in Civics lesson content has a significant influence on the learning concentration of grade 2 students at SDN 176 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Implementation of learning in the classroom has consequences for a teacher to improve his role and competence, because a competent teacher will find it easier to manage classes and carry out evaluations for his students both individually and in class. Evaluation is an attempt to obtain information about student learning outcomes as a whole, both attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This can be used by teachers as a decision-making step in determining teaching and learning strategies. Thus, teachers need to conduct assessments in the process and student learning outcomes. So that this paper will examine the evaluation of learning related to the achievement of student learning competencies, as well as innovations in improving learning evaluation in accordance with the times. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This type of research library research with the method of literature study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix strategies (product, price, place, and promotion) on the enhancement of sales productivity at CV. Ganep Tradisi Solo. The research method employed is quantitative with a statistical approach. Data were collected from 52 respondents who are consumers of CV. Ganep Tradisi Solo through Likert-scale questionnaires. Validity, reliability, and classical assumptions tests were conducted to ensure data validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis indicate that product, price, place, and promotion significantly influence the enhancement of sales productivity. In conclusion, marketing mix strategies have a positive impact on enhancing the sales productivity of CV. Ganep Tradisi Solo's bakery products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of online games on the learning motivation of student of class X IPS of IPA SMAN 1 Adonara Tengah, Kenotan Village, Adonara Tengah, District, East Flores Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The problem in this study is how online games influence the learning motivation of student in class X IPA and class X IPS of SMAN 1 Adonara Tengah, Kenotan Village, Adonara Tengah District, East Flores Regency. The population in this study were class X IPA and X IPS of SMAN 1 Adoanara Tengah Kenotan Village, Adonara Tengah Discrict, East Flores Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year, which consisted of 40 student, so the sample was taken from the entire population, namely 40 students. The instruments used in this study were observation and quistionnaires, where the questionnaire contained 20 question items. The data analysis technique used in this study is the product moment correlation formula with the result of the correlation coefficient between online games on student learning motivation ( Rxy ) of 0.3 which shows that there is an influence between online games on student learning motivation carrelated significantly at a significant level of 9%. Then it was tested for significance using the “t” test form;;ula. For a real rate of 0.03, based on the calculation above, tcount = 1,93 while t table = 1. 684 tcount > t table, namely 1.93 > 1. 684, Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. This shows that between variable X and variable Y it can be concluded that there is and influence of online games on student learning motivation at SMAN 1 Adonara Tengah Kenotan Village, Adonara Tengah District, Esat Flores Regency, in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. So from the calculations obtained above, the effect of online games on student learning motivation SMAN 1 Adonara Tengah, Kenotan Village, Adonara Tengah Discrict, East Flores Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year 9%.
