Social isolation among pregnant and postpartum women is a significant risk factor affecting maternal and child health (MCH), particularly in urban settings. This study aimed to develop and validate the Family Empowerment-Based Social Connectedness Model for Maternal and Child Health (FESCMCH) in Makassar City, Indonesia. A sequential exploratory mixed-methods design was employed. The qualitative phase involved 40 participants, including pregnant women, postpartum mothers, husbands, midwives, and community leaders. The quantitative phase recruited 300 mothers through stratified random sampling and analyzed the data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings identified six core domains of social connectedness: husband involvement, extended family support, community cohesion, peer social networks, digital connectedness, and healthcare provider engagement. SEM results demonstrated that social connectedness significantly reduced social isolation and improved maternal and child health outcomes. The FESCMCH model was found to be valid and has strong potential for integration into family- and community-based maternal and child health services.

This study aims to analyze OHS hazard risks associated with heavy equipment operations at Train Loading Station Projects 6 and 7 in South Sumatra. This study employed a descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 10 selected participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and document review. Risk analysis was conducted using the HIRADC approach, which includes hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control, based on the OHS guidelines implemented at the project site. The results indicate that multiple hazards are associated with heavy equipment operations, including being struck by equipment, caught-in/between incidents, being hit by falling materials, and equipment overturning. The identified risk levels ranged from moderate to high, influenced by unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions. Recommended risk control measures include the implementation of the hierarchy of controls, such as engineering improvements, enhanced supervision, OHS training, and consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

This study aims to analyze efforts to improve excellent service at Cangkringsari Village Hall and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that excellent service has been implemented but remains suboptimal. The tangible dimension is constrained by limited facilities, reliability by slow service completion, responsiveness by limited service personnel, assurance by uneven information technology competence, and empathy by varied quality of interpersonal attention. Supporting factors include the Village Head's commitment, district government support, and community input. Inhibiting factors include limited human resources, budget constraints, unclear standard operating procedures, and slow bureaucratic culture. The study recommends strengthening staff competence, improving facilities, formalizing SOPs, expanding digitalization, and enhancing humanistic communication.

This study aims to analyze passenger perceptions of service quality at MRT Blok M Station in Jakarta, as well as to identify factors contributing to satisfaction and dissatisfaction. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through an online survey using Google Form consisting of open-ended essay questions distributed to 32 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were analyzed through qualitative content analysis using Braun and Clarke's thematic analysis model and interpreted within the SERVQUAL framework. The results show that passenger perceptions are generally positive across six dimensions: physical access and inclusivity (87.5%), navigation and information systems (96.9%), staff service quality (65.6%), operational punctuality (46.9%), station facility conditions (87.5%), and safety and comfort (84.4%). However, several issues require attention, including misuse of disability facilities, limited escalator coverage, inefficient tap-in/tap-out placement, and overcrowding during peak hours. These findings provide empirical input for MRT Jakarta's ongoing service improvement efforts.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the MBG policy from the perspective of public administrative capacity. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using policy document analysis and secondary data collected from the National Nutrition Agency, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, Statistics Indonesia, the OECD, the World Bank, and the World Food Programme. The analysis was based on the frameworks of policy implementation, administrative capacity, policy capacity, and human capital development. The findings indicate that the existing regulatory framework, technical guidelines, and institutional arrangements provide a strong foundation for program implementation. However, effective implementation requires strengthened operational capacity, integrated beneficiary data systems, food safety monitoring, cross-sectoral coordination, evidence-based evaluation, independent audits, and adaptive policy learning to enhance the program's effectiveness, accountability, sustainability, and long-term contribution to Indonesia's human capital development.
