<![CDATA[This study examines the relevance of Christian Religious Education in enhancing the competence of HKBP Congregation Teachers in the digital era. The study employs a qualitative literature review examinating of theories and previous research on service competence, church education, and the challenges of digital transformation. The findings indicate that the use of interactive digital media, Bible applications, and online forums enriches faith-based learning, making it more contextual and relevant for the congregation. Effective competence of HKBP Congregation Teachers encompasses mastery of theology, pedagogy, digital literacy, technical skills, professionalism, and spiritual maturity. Digital literacy supports the effectiveness of learning while simultaneously shaping character, moral responsibility, and adaptive management of pastoral ministry. Christian Religious Education plays a strategic role in equipping HKBP Congregation Teachers to use technology ethically, critically, and contextually, ensuring that church ministry remains relevant, adaptive to contemporary developments, and grounded in Christian values.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of digital technology has significantly transformed educational practices, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This change requires teachers to adapt and demonstrate creativity in utilizing digital media to meet students’ needs and characteristics. This study aims to describe the creativity of PAI teachers in using digital learning media at MTs Muhammadiyah Lakitan and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that teachers have utilized laptops, projectors, presentations, instructional videos, and simple interactive media. Supporting factors include professional commitment, basic technological skills, minimal facilities, and institutional support, while inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure, unstable internet access, time constraints, and lack of training.]]>

<![CDATA[Non-ST Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome (NSTE-ACS) is a serious cardiovascular condition associated with a high risk of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events (MACE), including death, recurrent myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, and the need for revascularization. Therefore, accurate risk stratification is crucial for optimal clinical management. This study employed a retrospective analytical observational design to examine the relationship between the Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) score and the occurrence of MACE in 69 patients selected purposively from hospital medical records. TIMI scores were categorized as low, intermediate, or high, while MACE events were identified based on clinical records. The results showed that most patients were male (59.4%) aged 45–64 years (53.6%), with the majority having intermediate TIMI scores (68.1%). MACE events occurred more frequently in patients with intermediate and high TIMI scores. Gamma correlation analysis indicated a strong and significant association between TIMI scores and MACE (r = 0.881; p < 0.001). These findings suggest that the TIMI score is an effective tool for clinical risk stratification in NSTE-ACS patients.]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan inklusif pada anak usia dini memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk pemahaman terhadap keberagaman, pengembangan empati, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Sekolah Eksperimental Mangunan dalam memahami dan menerapkan pembelajaran inklusivitas. Pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis diterapkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan lima guru, untuk mengidentifikasi makna, praktik, dan tantangan dalam pendidikan inklusif. Temuan menunjukkan guru memaknai inklusivitas sebagai nilai kemanusiaan yang berakar pada keyakinan religius dan prinsip keadilan sosial, serta menerapkannya melalui program berbagi, interaksi langsung dengan orang dengan disabilitas, dan media audiovisual. Strategi ini mendorong partisipasi aktif anak, membangun pemahaman terhadap perbedaan, dan mengembangkan kemampuan sosial serta penghargaan terhadap kontribusi individu lain. Hasil penelitian menegaskan guru sebagai fasilitator, perancang pengalaman, dan agen perubahan yang membentuk budaya inklusif di kelas, sekaligus memperkuat integrasi nilai moral dan praktik pedagogis dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.]]>

<![CDATA[Patient satisfaction is an essential indicator in evaluating the quality of nursing services in the Emergency Department (ED). Service quality can be assessed by comparing patients’ expectations and perceptions using the SERVQUAL instrument through gap analysis; the smaller the gap, the better the perceived quality of care. This study aimed to analyze patient satisfaction based on the difference between expectation and perception scores of nursing services at the Emergency Department of Setia Budi Rimbo Bujang Hospital. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional design involving 101 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a SERVQUAL questionnaire covering five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results revealed negative gaps across all dimensions, with the largest gaps in responsiveness and empathy and the smallest in tangible. These findings indicate the need to improve service quality, particularly in nurses’ responsiveness and empathy.]]>

<![CDATA[The third trimester of a first pregnancy is a challenging period for a woman, during which various physical and psychological changes can trigger anxiety in anticipation of childbirth. These emotions are often mixed, ranging from happiness in welcoming the baby to concerns about the delivery process. Anxiety is a natural response to the body’s adaptation and the emotional demands experienced during pregnancy. Support from family, whether through attention, encouragement, or emotional presence, plays a crucial role in reducing anxiety levels among pregnant women. This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between family support and anxiety in primigravida women during the third trimester. The research employed a non-experimental approach with a correlational design using a Cross-Sectional method. The results indicate that stronger family support is associated with lower levels of anxiety among primigravida women, highlighting the essential role of family in maintaining psychological well-being throughout pregnancy.]]>

<![CDATA[Suboptimal breast milk intake can increase the risk of underweight in toddlers. Breast milk production and provision are influenced by various factors, including stress levels and maternal nutritional status. In Tanjung Pinang Village, Jambi City, the prevalence of underweight toddlers has increased, so it is necessary to study factors related to daily breast milk intake. Objective: To determine the relationship between maternal stress levels and nutritional status with daily breast milk intake of toddlers in Tanjung Pinang Village, Jambi City. Method: Quantitative research with a cross-sectional analytical design. The sample consisted of 84 mothers of toddlers selected according to the research criteria. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. Results: The majority of mothers had normal stress levels (94.0%), mild stress (3.6%), and moderate stress (2.4%). Maternal nutritional status was dominated by mild thinness (54.8%), normal (22.6%), mild obesity (17.9%), and severe obesity (4.8%). The majority of children's daily breast milk intake was classified as insufficient (63.1%), sufficient (15.5%), and excessive (21.4%). The analysis shows that there is a relationship between stress levels and maternal nutritional status with the daily breast milk intake of toddlers.]]>

<![CDATA[Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a leading commodity in Lake Batur; however, its production sustainability is challenged by fluctuations in feed efficiency among farmers. This study aims to analyze production performance, particularly Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) and Survival Rate (SR), spatially and to identify the technical and biological factors influencing them. A descriptive quantitative method with an ex-post facto approach was applied to 20 farmers across four regions (West, East, North, and South). The One-Way ANOVA test results indicated significant differences (p < 0.05) in FCR values among locations. The western region showed the best efficiency (FCR 1.06 ± 0.18; SR 66%), while the eastern region recorded the lowest (FCR 1.39 ± 0.03). Regression analysis revealed that rearing duration had a significant effect (p = 0.010), indicating the role of natural feed such as periphyton. Inefficiency in the eastern region was associated with phantom feeding due to high initial mortality. Recommended strategies include improved seed management, optimization of natural feed, and periodic fasting practices.]]>

<![CDATA[Online games have became a popular from of entertainment among adolescents and may lead to addiction, potentially affecting academic achievement. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between online game addiction and students’ academic achievement at SMA Negeri 4 Tanjung Jabung Timur. A quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach was applied. The study involved 46 students in grades XI and XII who played online games and participated in e-sports activities, selected using total sampling. Data were collected using the Game Addiction Scale (GAS-21) and students’ report cards, then analyzed using SPSS with the Kendall’s Tau test. The results showed that most students had severe addiction levels and good academic achievement Statistical analysis revealed a strong and significant negative correlation between online game addiction and academic achievement indicating that higher addiction levels are associated with lower academic performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer preferences and pricing on purchase intention for Keripik Tempe Sagu products at UMKM Camilan RNB in Yogyakarta. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method involving 60 respondents who are consumers of the business, with data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that partially, price has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while consumer preferences do not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. The contribution of consumer preferences and price is 41.1%, while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The findings imply that the business should maintain competitive pricing strategies while still considering factors shaping consumer preferences, especially among young consumers with limited purchasing power.]]>
