Abstract

This research is motivated by a lack of understanding of halal products and foods, therefore researchers feel interested in researching the challenge of understanding the halalness of food so that culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors are not careless in serving food to consumers. This study aims to obtain clear information about: 1) Knowing the understanding of culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors on halal food products in Sambas Regency, 2) Knowing the application of culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors to halal food products in Sambas Regency, 3) Knowing the benefits of understanding halal food products for culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors in Sambas County. The subjects in the study were culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors who had attended halal supervisor training in Sambas district. To obtain data related to the focus of the study, researchers conduct interviews, observations and documentation. The data validity check techniques used are: 1) Triangulation Technique, 2) Member Check Technique. The results of the study can be concluded: 1) Understanding of culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors on halal food products in Sambas Regency, namely the understanding that micro, small and medium enterprises actors have met halal standards in Islam by referring to Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency and the Indonesian Ulema Council and evidenced by the issuance of halal certificates on existing culinary micro, small and medium enterprises products Kabulaten Sambas. 2) The application of culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors (businesses, micro and medium) to halal food products in Sambas Regency is carried out by paying attention to cleanliness in food, paying attention to packaging and how to serve food, always preparing hand washing before entering the food place. 3) The benefits for culinary micro, small and medium enterprises actors (businesses, micro and medium) in halal food products in Sambas Regency are that the body becomes healthy both physically and spiritually, the food that will eat is always maintained for comfort, security, and safety in consuming goods and/or services.

Abstract

The results showed that based on the results of the regression test that partially Profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on stock performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, asset structure has a negative and insignificant effect on stock performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, Company size has a positive and significant effect on stock performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while simultaneously profitability, asset structure and company size have a significant and significant effect on stock performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy on student interest in a career in taxation with volunteerism as a moderating variable. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, the samples obtained in this study were 50 students according to the criteria, namely students who took a tax concentration in the accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Musamus University. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that motivation had a positive effect on student interest in taxation (X1), Self Efficacy had a positive effect on student interest in taxation (X2), Volunteering did not moderate self-efficacy on student interest in taxation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyse the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operations Expenses to Operation Income (BOPO) toward Return On Equity (ROE). Secondary data were obtained from quarterly report of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar covering the period of 2010 until 2017. F test shows that in simultant variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operations Expenses to Operation Income (BOPO), influence Return On Equity (ROE). While, partially with t test show that CAR and LDR variables show positive and doesn’t have significant to ROE, NPL variable show negative and significant to ROE, and BOPO variable show negative and doesn’t have significant to ROE. Predictive ability of the four independent variabels to ROE is 42,6% and it shown by adjusted R2 value, the rest 57,4% influenced by other variabel outside the model.

Abstract

The writing of this research article is done to see how big the factor of product diversity, place and sales promotion is on the purchasing decisions of UD Martabe customers on Jl Sultan Syarir Merauke. . The population in this study are those who are customers of UD Martabe. The sample is 100 respondents and the sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. The types and sources of data used in this study are the types of primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and the provision of questionnaires or questionnaires. Researchers will perform data analysis techniques using research instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test and Determination Test) using the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software.The results of the analysis show that the diversity of products, places and promotions has an influence that the independent variables in this case the variables of product diversity (X1), place/location (X2), and promotions (X3) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at UD Martabe Merauke.
