Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the analysis regarding the influence of sales promotions, product quality and price on company competitiveness and its impact on product sales (case study analysis at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk). This research consists of four independent variables, namely sales promotion, product quality, price and competitiveness and one product sales variable as the dependent variable. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling in which a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Multiple linear regression analysis method, t-test, F-test and determination test. Based on the research results, it was found that: a) there is a positive and significant influence of sales promotion on product sales, b) there is a positive and significant influence of product quality on product sales, c) there is no significant influence of price on product sales, d) there is a positive and significant influence of competitiveness on product sales, e) there is an influence of sales promotion, product quality, price and competitiveness on product sales

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which leadership style, communication, work discipline, and culture influence PT job satisfaction. Bina Thani Nusantara West Passaman. This study consists of her four independent variables:The only variables related to leadership style, communication, work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Path analysis is used as an analysis method. The method of data collection in this study was through the use of questionnaires completed by the respondent, her PT staff. Bina Thani Nusantara West Passaman. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan penempatan terhadap semangat kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Kemampuan, Lingkungan, Disiplin, Kinerja, Kepuasan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas investasi digi-talisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-komparatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan enam perusahaan ritel: Alfamart, Indomaret, Ace Hardware, Matahari, Ramayana, dan Electronic City selama periode 2020–2024. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan empat perspektif BSC, yaitu keuangan, proses bisnis internal, pelanggan, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Alfamart memiliki kinerja tertinggi dengan skor total 19 (sangat baik), diikuti oleh Ace Hardware dan Indomaret dengan skor 17 (baik). Perusahaan yang menerapkan digitalisasi secara menyeluruh menunjukkan kinerja lebih seimbang di seluruh per-spektif dibandingkan dengan perusahaan yang masih menerapkan digitalisasi parsial. Sementara Ra-mayana mencatat skor terendah (8), mencerminkan keterlambatan dalam transformasi digital dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi tidak hanya bergantung pada investasi teknologi, tetapi juga pada kesiapan organisasi dan budaya pembela-jaran yang adaptif. Balanced Scorecard terbukti efektif dalam menilai keseimbangan antara hasil finan-sial dan nonfinansial dalam konteks transformasi digital ritel.

Abstract

Usaha kuliner Minang di Malaysia memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar seiring dengan tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap cita rasa khas Minangkabau. Namun, dalam praktiknya, banyak pelaku usaha masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti pencatatan keuangan yang belum tertib, pencampuran keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta lemahnya perencanaan dan pengendalian arus kas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen keuangan pada usaha kuliner Minang di Malaysia melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi presentasi dan diskusi, workshop pencatatan keuangan sederhana, serta pendampingan dan konsultasi penerapan manajemen keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya manajemen keuangan yang terstruktur dan sistematis. Pelaku usaha menjadi lebih mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara tertib, mengelola arus kas dengan lebih baik, serta memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi manajemen keuangan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing usaha kuliner Minang di Malaysia.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines how digital workload and job insecurity affect employee disengagement—operationalized as boreout and digital presenteeism—by assessing technostress as a mediating mechanism in digital-intensive workplaces.Method: A quantitative, correlational survey design was employed. Data were collected from 421 employees across multiple industries using voluntary sampling. The proposed direct and indirect relationships among digital stressors, technostress, and disengagement outcomes were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).Result: Digital workload significantly increased technostress, whereas job insecurity emerged as a strong predictor of digital presenteeism. Technostress had a significant positive effect on boreout but did not significantly predict digital presenteeism. Mediation analysis showed that technostress did not mediate the relationship between digital workload and boreout; however, digital workload exerted an indirect effect on digital presenteeism via technostress.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: By elucidating how digital stressors undermine employee engagement and productivity, this study provides evidence-based guidance for designing healthier digital work systems. Interventions aimed at reducing technostress, optimizing digital workload, and mitigating job insecurity may enhance workforce efficiency, strengthen organizational performance, and support broader economic growth in digitally transforming economies.Originality/Value: The study demonstrates that distinct digital stressors produce different forms of disengagement: digital workload is more strongly associated with boreout, whereas job insecurity is more closely linked to digital presenteeism, with technostress functioning as a selective mediating pathway.

Abstract

The value of a firm is often examined by linking the factors that influence on its value. However, this method is no longer adequate because profitability also has a significant role in determining the value of a firm. Thus, incorporating the role of profitability in strengthening firm value is a necessary further step. This quantitative research uses samples of all JII companies within five years, from 2016 to 2020. Seventy financial statements were obtained as samples. Secondary data were obtained through the company website and www.idx.go.id. The analysis of data adopted was the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS software. The findings show that the liquidity and debt policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value, but the capital structure, dividend policy, and profitability have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability has an effect as a moderator in the relationship between liquidity and debt policy on firm value. Nevertheless, profitability has no effect on the relationship between capital structure and dividend policy on firm value. This study could have practical implications whereby investors are more aware that stocks listed in the JII also have bright prospects in addition to their conventional counterparts.
