Abstract

Tuberculosis remains a major public health challenge in Indonesia, with psychosocial factors potentially influencing patients’ quality of life during treatment. This quantitative correlational study with a cross-sectional design examined the relationship between social support, psychological resilience, and quality of life among 35 Tuberculosis patients at Kenali Besar Public Health Center, Jambi City, from November 2025 to February 2026 using total sampling. Data were collected using the MSPSS, CD-RISC-25, and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires and analyzed with Spearman Rank tests. Most respondents were male (60.0%), aged 46–55 years (22.9%), had completed high school (60,0%), and reported high social support, psychological resilience, and quality of life (85.7% each). Social support was positively associated with quality of life (r = 0.611, p < 0.001), while psychological resilience showed an even stronger positive relationship (r = 0.761, p < 0.001). Strengthening both factors may improve quality of life and should be integrated into Tuberculosis management programs.

Abstract

This study aims to construct the concepts of “preventive constitutional harm” and “digital sovereignty” as a new paradigm for personal data protection in international cooperation, analyze the normative gap between Article 62(2) (2) of the Personal Data Prot ection Law (PDP Law) against the constitutional standards of Article 28G(1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and to formulate a comprehensive constitutional protection model to fill this normative gap. This study employs a normative legal research method using a legislative approach, a case-based approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative law approach to the EU’s GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD, and Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Act. The findings indicate that Article 62( (2) of the PDP Law contains a multidimensional normative gap encompassing substantive, institution al, procedural-democratic, and remedial dimensions; thus, this study formulates the CDPFIC as an integrative model that positions digital sovereignty as an operational constitutional constraint on execu tive discretion in international cooperation regarding the transfer of personal data of Indonesian citizens.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service innovation and digital marketing on marketing performance among printing business partners. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of printing partners affiliated with a printing enterprise, with a sample of 90 respondents determined based on the number of research indicators multiplied by five, using a saturated/purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that service innovation and digital marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Partially, service innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, while digital marketing has a positive and significant effect and is the most dominant variable. These findings suggest that continuous service innovation combined with effective digital marketing practices are key drivers of marketing performance among printing partners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) on the loyalty of business partners of a printing company (percetakan) in Kendari. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 85 active printing partners selected using purposive sampling, with criteria of having partnered with the company for at least six months and having placed a minimum of three printing orders during that period. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on partner loyalty. Customer relationship management also has a positive and significant effect on partner loyalty, with a more dominant influence than digital marketing. Simultaneously, digital marketing and CRM explain a substantial proportion of the variance in partner loyalty. These findings suggest that printing business partners evaluate their relationship with the company holistically, weighing both digital engagement and the quality of relational management they receive.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between the Price-to-Earnings Ratio (P/E), Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Price-to-Book Value (PBV) of large-cap companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2026. The study adopts a quantitative research design and utilizes secondary data obtained through purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics to evaluate the proposed relationships. The empirical evidence demonstrates that P/E, DER, ROA, and ROE each have a positive and significant influence on PBV, both individually and simultaneously. The regression model explains 48.1% of the variation in PBV (R² = 0.481), while the remaining 51.9% is associated with variables not included in this research. Overall, the findings indicate that valuation measures, capital structure, and profitability are important drivers of firm value and may serve as useful considerations for investors implementing value investing strategies.

Abstract

Soil microclimate is an environmental factor that influences to growth of oil palm plantations, particularly soil temperature and soil moisture. This study aimed to analyze the effect of canopy cover levels on soil microclimate conditions in oil palm plantations area. The method use was filed observation with a comparative approach on three canopy categories, namely dense, moderate, and open canopies. Soil temperature and soil moisture were measured directly at several observation times using a soil thermometer and a soil moisture meter. The data were analyzed descriptively and comparatively to identify difference in soil microclimate conditions under different canopy cover levels. The results showed that open canopies tended to have higher soil temperatures, while dense canopies were able to maintain soil moisture and temperature stability. Difference in canopy cover levels influenced soil microclimate conditions in oil palm plantations areas.
