Abstract

Islamic business ethics in trading activities is very important so as not to take actions that deviate from Islamic teachings. In the business world, competition among fellow traders to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty is a natural thing, if you look positively at business competitors not as a threat but as a motivation to move forward. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the direct effect of the application of Islamic business ethics on customer loyalty, 2) to determine the direct effect of the application of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction, 3) to determine the direct effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty, 4) to determine indirectly the application of Islamic business ethics on customer loyalty through satisfaction.The method used in this research is a quantitative method using path analysis with a sample respondent of 97 respondents. This analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects between variables, the results of this study indicate that 1) directly Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2) directly Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) directly customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4) indirectly Islamic business ethics has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction. As for after the application of Islamic business ethics by traders, there is a separate satisfaction in customers that creates customer loyalty, namely by deciding to buy from traders, customers make repeat purchases and recommend to others, although there is still one customer who has not recommended to others. so it can be concluded that Islamic business ethics applied by traders have been able to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty in Sengeti Market.

Abstract

This article is a literature review study. This research uses a literature review study where all information is obtained from articles and books. The results of this literature review research show that there are several stages and impacts of conflict in organizations. The stages of conflict in an organization can be identified, namely starting from conflict that is still hidden, conflict that precedes, conflict that can occur, conflict that is visible in behavior, resolution or conflict pressure and the consequences of conflict resolution. The impact of conflict has positive and negative impacts, where these impacts can be seen in how an organization or company can use conflict well.

Abstract

All business companies need a marketing strategy to achieve the desired target. The novel entitled One Billion Ciputra Challenge discusses business travel and marketing strategies from two groups, namely GAS and GAG. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies carried out by the two groups in obtaining a net cash flow of one billion. The method used is hermeneutics, the study of text interpretation, which allows to provide new interpretations. The results of this study are knowing the marketing strategies of the GAS and GAG groups in obtaining one billion, namely testing target markets, good cooperation between members, daring to make interesting innovations, utilizing relationships and promotion through cooperation with companies or agencies, developing business, persevering and never giving up, daring to make decisions, as well as Conduct good communication and presentations with investors. The conclusion of this study is the existence of a good and maximum marketing strategy in the GAS and GAG groups so that they can obtain the desired net cash flow target of one billion.

Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, is one of the largest banks in Indonesia which has played an important role in supporting economic growth and social welfare for more than a century. BRI Mobile is a banking technology innovation developed by BRI to meet the digital banking needs of its customers. BRI Mobile allows customers to access banking services, transfer funds, pay bills and carry out various other financial transactions via their mobile devices. With the BRI Mobile application, BRI has succeeded in bringing the ease and convenience of banking into the hands of its customers, facilitating access to more efficient and practical financial services. The research results show that the adoption of TAM in this program can make a significant contribution to the company's marketing strategy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve discipline, especially in terms of attendance given to employees at the Gerindra Faction Office in North Sumatra. Using descriptive qualitative research. The data used comes from interviews with direct questions and answers to the parties involved in the research. The research data will determine the type of information system needed. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the presence of an attendance system will help employees improve work discipline and arrive at work on time, complete work more quickly and reduce the occurrence of social jealousy between fellow employees. One way to improve discipline in the workplace is to provide sanctions and warnings to employees who break the rules, which in turn makes employees more disciplined and better able to avoid subsequent violations. Thus, increasing monitoring of employee actions will lead to increased discipline and overall levels of productivity in the workplace.

Abstract

This research describes cooperative exploration and canteen services at SMPN 02 Rampipuji. The importance of managing cooperative and canteen services in schools is increasingly being realized with changes in the consumption patterns of school residents. The aim of this research is to develop a more structured service plan that integrates cooperative and canteen principles into operational activities, which is expected to improve overall management. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The population is all administrators and members of the cooperative and canteen of SMPN 02 Rampipuji, totaling 6 people. The research results highlight that cooperative and canteen managers have planned service development. However, to achieve this, it is necessary to improve the profit distribution system based on the activities carried out. The potential is to guide schools and cooperative and canteen managers in improving and enhancing the quality of their services. The findings show that although cooperatives and canteens operate, their management does not fully meet structured cooperative standards. The practical implications used in the research mean improvements to improve cooperative and canteen service standards according to appropriate cooperative and canteen SOPs.

Abstract

Management is organizing that involves many people and working together to achieve goals. Within organizations, of course, there are differences of opinion, incompatibilities and contradictions which give rise to many conflicts, from small to large conflicts, both hidden and overt. There are positive, negative and neutral conflicts. There are four structures that often give rise to conflict, namely hierarchical conflict, functional conflict, line-staff conflict and formal-informal conflict. Conflict in an organization originates from three things, namely: communication problems, organizational structure and human factors. Furthermore, there are three stages that must be passed in an effort to resolve conflict, namely: conflict analysis planning, conflict evaluation and conflict resolution. Strategies for dealing with conflict can be through forcing, avoding, compromising, collaborating, and smoothing. The figures of classical sociological conflict theory are as follows Polybus, Ibn Khaldun, Nicolo Machiavelli, Jean Bodin, Thomas Hobbes. The modern sociological figures who put forward conflict theory are Karl Marx, Lewis A. Coser, Ralf Dahrendorf.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Customer Perceived Value and Trust on Loyalty of mobile banking users with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia among UIN North Sumatra Students. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis with SPSS 25 software. The results of this research show that partially, customer perceived value and trust have a direct effect on satisfaction. customer perceived value, trust and satisfaction have a direct effect on loyalty. Simultaneously, customer perceived value and trust have a direct effect on satisfaction. customer perceived value, trust and satisfaction also have a direct influence on loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect as a mediator of the relationship between customer perceived value and loyalty. Satisfaction also has a significant effect as a mediator of the relationship between trust and loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which marketing strategy analysis affects sales volume. Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) which is engaged in retail sales and savings and loans is the subject of this research. In this study, a sample of ten people was selected, and the data were analyzed using basic linear regression analysis. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses hypothesis testing and basic linear regression analysis tools. Based on the research results, the marketing strategy variable (X) simultaneously has a positive and negligible effect on sales volume (Y), which means that if the marketing strategy is not effective, the sales volume will not increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1).The effect of domestic investment) on the absorption of sectoral labor in Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) The effect of foreign direct investment on sectoral employment in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research method used is quantitative research. Collecting data using document study techniques. The data analysis technique used was statistical descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analysis of panel data. The results of the study conclude that: (1) Domestic Investment (PMDN) has a significant and positive effect on sectoral employment in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This means that an increase in domestic investment can increase the absorption of sectoral workers in Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) Foreign Direct Investment (PMA) has a significant and positive effect on sectoral employment in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This means that an increase in investment from abroad can increase the absorption of sectoral labor in Southeast Sulawesi Province, but the increase is relatively small.
