Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah II Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah II Kota Tangerang Selatan yang berjumlah 80 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,5%, dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,468 > 1,991). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,8%, dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,532 > 1,991). Komunikasi dan Budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,617 + 0,634X1 + 0,163X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (348,969 > 3,12). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, instansi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi internal serta membangun dan memperkuat budaya organisasi yang kondusif guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and asset efficiency as measured by Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) on profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Waskita Karya Tbk for the period 2013–2024. This research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and verificative methods. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements during the research period. The data analysis techniques applied include simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using statistical software. The results indicate that partially, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) with a t-value of −4.242 and a significance level of 0.002 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) with a t-value of 2.901 and a significance level of 0.016 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) with an F-value of 10.992 and a significance level of 0.004 (< 0.05). These findings indicate that capital structure management and efficient utilization of fixed assets play an important role in enhancing corporate profitability

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Brand Image and Price on customer satisfaction at Warung Soto Cahaya 99 Jatiuwung Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. with a sampling technique using the rao purba totaling 97 respondents. Data analysis uses validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 16,632 + 0,327X1. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculate t-value > t-table or (5,386 > 1,985). So Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is influence between brand image and customer satisfaction at Warung Soto Cahaya 99 Jatiuwung Tangerang City. price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 16,558 + 0,327X2. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculate t-value > t-table or (5,768 > 1,985). So Ho is rejcted and H2 is accepted, which means that there is influence between price and customer satisfaction at Warung Soto Cahaya 99 Jatiuwung Tangerang City . Brand Image and Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 5,557 + 0,404X1 + 0,398X2. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculated F-value > F-table or (72,164 > 3,093). This Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is influence between Brand Image and Price on customer satisfaction at Warung Soto Cahaya 99 Jatiuwung Tangerang City.

Abstract

Abstract. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distributor Busana Muslim Rumah Madani. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Distribusi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,3% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung > t tabel atau (8,004 > 1,985). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung > t tabel atau (7,736 > 1,985). Distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,330 + 0,418X1 + 0,338X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (57,079 > 3,090).

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance, the effect of Communication on Employee Performance, and to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment and Communication simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Funworld Prima, Ciputra Mall Branch, West Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 54 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing using t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneous). The results showed that the physical work environment (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This was proven by a simple linear regression test (Y = 30.214 + 0.183X1) and a t test on the physical work environment variable (X1) obtained a significance value of 0.001 <0.005 and a calculated t value of 3.382 > t table 1.676. Communication has a more dominant influence than the work environment on employee performance. Communication (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by a simple linear regression test (Y = 29.612 + 0.199X2) and a t-test on the communication variable (X1), which obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 and a calculated t-value of 4.014 > t-table 1.676. (Y = 26.033 + 0.140X1 + 0.163X2) and an F-test on the physical work environment (X1) and communication (X2) variables simultaneously, obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 and a calculated F-value of 18.616 > 3.11 (F-count > F-table). This means that the Physical Work Environment and Communication variables jointly have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Funworld Prima, Ciputra Mall Branch, West Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the Effect of Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Suka Mandiri Garment in South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative method using a saturated sampling technique of 61 people. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 11.848 + 0.738X1, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.627 meaning that the physical work environment variable has a strong level of influence and a determination value of 39.3%, and with a sig value of 0.001 <0.05, the hypothesis test obtained a t-value of 6.175 > t-table 2.002. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.073 +0.557X2, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.531 meaning that the work discipline variable has a strong level of influence and a determination value of 28.2% and with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, the hypothesis test obtained a t count value of 4.811> t table 2.002. The physical work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.798 +0.577X1 +0.217X2, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.645 meaning that the physical work environment and work discipline variables have a strong level of influence and a determination value of 41.7% and with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, the hypothesis test obtained a f count value of 20.706> ft table 3.156. Thus it is proven that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the utilization of Meta Business Suite as a promotional medium to increase customer visits and sales at Copas Suburban Dining Restaurant, Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency. This research is motivated by the increasing competition in the culinary business and the important role of social media as an effective digital marketing tool. Meta Business Suite is used by the restaurant management to manage promotional content, schedule posts, manage advertisements, and analyze promotional performance through Instagram and Facebook platforms. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with management and marketing staff, documentation, and SWOT analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The first study showed that the use of Meta Business Suite had a positive impact on increasing awareness, engagement, and promotional reach at Copas Suburban Dining Restaurant. The second study found that promotional effectiveness was not fully optimal due to obstacles such as changes in social media algorithms, limited advertising budgets, and increasingly fierce business competition. The third study concluded that Meta Business Suite plays a significant role as a digital promotional medium, but requires a planned strategy and ongoing evaluation to optimally increase visits and sales

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure and Operational Efficiency on Financial Performance at PT Chitose Internasional Tbk during the period 2015–2024. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), capital structure is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and operational efficiency is measured by Total Asset Turnover (TATO). This research employs a quantitative associative method with a time-series approach over a ten- year period. The data used are secondary data in the form of the company’s financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, , simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that, partially, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, as indicated by a t-value greater than the t-table value (-5,263 > 1.89458) and a significance value of 0,001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, operational efficiency partially has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (5,608 > 1.89458) and a significance value of 0,001 < 0.05. Furthermore, based on the F-test results, the F- value is greater than the F-table value (20,532 > 4.74) with a significance value of 0,001 < 0.05, indicating that capital structure and operational efficiency simultaneously have a significant effect on the financial performance of PT Chitose Internasional Tbk. The coefficient of determination shows that 81,3% of the company’s financial performance can be explained by capital structure and operational efficiency, while the remaining 18,7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

 Perbankan merupakan suatu lembaga keuangan kepercayaan masyarakat yang memegang peranan penting dalam sistem perekonomian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kredit Bermasalah dan Biaya Operasional terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk selama periode 2014-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan Perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Kredit Bermasalah yang diproksikan dengan rasio Non Performing Loan/NPL tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA). Sementara itu Biaya Operasional yang diproksikan dengan rasio BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA). Secara simultan, Kredit Bermasalah (Non Performing Loan/NPL) dan Biaya Operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

employee performance at the Malang Nengah Village Office, Pagedangan District, Banten. Adequate work facilities and an effective leadership style are believed to be important factors in improving employee productivity and performance. This study used quantitative methods with an associative and descriptive approach. The study population was all 53 village office employees, with a random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula.Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and t- and F-tests. The results showed that work facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 2.152 (Sig. 0.036 < 0.05), and leadership style also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 2.649 (Sig. 0.011 < 0.05). Simultaneously, work facilities and leadership style significantly influenced employee performance with an F-value of 39.159 (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Multiple linear regression produces the equation: Y = 13.320 + 0.337X1 + 0.346X2, which shows that improving work facilities and leadership style will improve employee performance.
