Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Audit Tenure, Audit Committee, and Financial Stability on Financial Statement Integrity. In this study, the independent variables used are Audit Tenure, Audit Committee, and Financial Stability, while the dependent variable used is Financial Statement Integrity. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 with a population of 129 companies. Samples were collected using a purposive sampling method with 20 companies as samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that audit tenure, audit committee, and financial stability simultaneously influence the integrity of financial statements. Partially, only audit tenure has a negative effect on the integrity of financial statements, while the audit committee and financial stability have no effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Productivity CV. Dinasti Jati Furniture in Bekasi. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee productivity CV. Dinasti Jati Furniture in Bekasi. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, who were employees from the production and finishing divisions with more than one year of service. The independent variables in this study are work motivation and compensation, while the dependent variable is work productivity. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that work motivation significantly influences employee productivity, compensation significantly influences employee productivity, and simultaneously, work motivation and compensation significantly influence employee productivity. This research implies that the company should continue to enhance motivation and provide fair compensation to optimize employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to find X1-Y, The research method used is a quantitative method. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this research, it shows that in partial terms the Current Ratio (CR) obtained Tcount < Ttable, namely 0.653363 < 1.83311 and the significance value is 0.5299> 0.05 which shows that it has no significant effect on Net Profit, Debt to Asset The partial ratio (DAR) shows Tcount<Ttable, namely 2.428334>1.83311 and a significant value, namely 0.0381<0.05, which shows a significant effect on Net Profit. The results of simultaneous testing of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) obtained Fcount<Ftable, namely 4.181080 < 4.26 and a significance value of 0.051985> 0.05, this shows that there is no simultaneous influence between the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio to Net Profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and product innovation on customer satisfaction and its indirect effect on customer trust, which acts as a mediator for Kiano Decoration service customers. The method used in this study is quantitative. Primary data were obtained from a questionnaire with 60 respondents and non-probability sampling using the Slovin formula. To test data quality, the researcher used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and Sobel tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with the service, product innovation does not have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer trust, product innovation has a positive and significant influence on consumer trust, and consumer trust does not have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has influenced work patterns and the preferences of the new workforce generation, particularly Generation Z. One of the key issues in human resource management today is how to maintain employee work ethic without neglecting the need for work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on the work ethic of Generation Z employees in technology companies. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique involving 100 respondents who are Generation Z employees in three technology companies in Jakarta. Regression analysis results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. These findings indicate that companies need to design flexible and adaptive work policies that accommodate the personal needs of young employees to enhance their enthusiasm, dedication, and sense of responsibility at work.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the effect of financial performance (ROA), capital structure (DER), and tax planning (ETR) on firm value (PBV). This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is properties & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023, which is 92 companies. Sampling using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 11 companies, so the number of data obtained with an observation period of 5 years is 55 data. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression processed through Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that financial performance (ROA) does not affect firm value (PBV) and tax planning (ETR) does not affect firm value (PBV) while capital structure (DER) does affect firm value. Based on the results of the F test, the effect of financial performance (ROA), capital structure (DER), and tax planning (ETR) on firm value (PBV) is acceptable, resulting in a regression model that is suitable for use in this study as a basis for decision making.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how promotion and price influence consumer purchasing interest in Whitetalk Picture photography and videography services in Bogor, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 145 respondents. The data collection technique is by means of a questionnaire, and the data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between Promotion and Price on Consumer Purchase Interest simultaneously. This can be seen from the value of the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 16,719 + 0,147 X1 + 0,444 X2. A constant of 16,719 indicates that if there is a change in the constant of the independent variable (X1) and The multiple correlation coefficient value shows that the Promotion (X1) and Price (X2) variables have a significant influence on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y), with a significant change value in F of 0.000 or less than 0.05, the correlation coefficient value is 0,583 and is positive. Where this value is in the interval 0,400 – 0,599, it means that the two variables have a moderate effect level of relationship. The Determination Coefficient value is 0,340, so it can be concluded that the Promotion (X1) and Price (X2) variables influence the Consumer Purchase Interest variable (Y) by 34.0% while the remaining 66.0% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneously testing the hypothesis obtained a calculated F value > F table or (42.453 > 3.05), this was also strengthened by a ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Promotion and Price on Consumer Purchase Interest in Whitetalk Picture Photography and Videography Services in Bogor.

Abstract

Without proper inventory management, the risk of excess or shortage of stock can disrupt business performance and incur additional costs. Therefore, an effective inventory management strategy is needed to meet customer demand while maintaining profitability. The objectives of this study are, first, to analyze the current inventory management at Toko Cosplay DeiMaru. Second, to analyze the application of the EOQ method in determining the optimal order quantity at Toko Cosplay DeiMaru. Third, to evaluate the effectiveness of the EOQ method in optimizing inventory costs at Cosplay DeiMaru Store. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that the application of the EOQ method yields effective results in optimizing order quantities, reducing inventory costs, and improving inventory management efficiency at Cosplay DeiMaru Store.

Abstract

With the rapid development of global marketing, businesses are required to design digital marketing strategies to support conventional marketing. This study aims to determine the influence of content marketing and e-marketing through TikTok live streaming on purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a positivist approach to test the hypothesis and analyze the influence of independent variables on dependent variables through mediating variables. The results of this study indicate that Content Marketing (X1) and E-Marketing (X2) have a significant influence on both the Live Streaming (Z) variable and the Purchase Decision (Y) variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the influence of audit committees, financial targets, and financial ꞩtability on financial statement fraud in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using secondary data obtained directly from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The population in this research is 104 financial sector companies registered on the IDX from 2019 to 2023. The sample used in this research used a purposive sampling technique and the remaining 60 companies met the sampling criteria. The research method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using the analysis tool, namely Eviews 12. The research results show that the audit committee, financial targets and financial ꞩtability simultaneously influence financial statement fraud. Partially, only financial targets have an influence on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, the audit committee and financial ꞩtability have no effect on financial statement fraud.
