Abstract

Teacher performance is a determining factor in students' success in understanding the material, so improving teacher quality is a priority in developing the quality of education. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling using a saturated sample (census) method, in which all members of the population were used as the sample, totaling 70 teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The results of this study show that (1) Leadership style has a negative and insignificant partial effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi, (2) The work environment has a negative and insignificant partial effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi, (3) Leadership style and work environment have a simultaneous or joint effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), and Just In Time (JIT) methods in managing raw material inventory at 66paintworks Workshop. The primary issue lies in high total inventory costs due to the use of conventional forecasting methods. By calculating the Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for each method, the EOQ method was found to be the most optimal. The TIC using EOQ for paint is Rp1,403,760 and for clear coat is Rp1,403,820, significantly lower than POQ (paint: Rp16,450,860; clear: Rp16,450,688) and JIT (paint: Rp1,397,520; clear: Rp1,757,488). EOQ also provides more efficient ordering frequency while maintaining production continuity. Thus, the EOQ method is recommended as the most economical and stable inventory control strategy within this study context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, social media engagement, and brand image on consumer purchasing interest in D’Fresto in East Bekasi. The background of this study is based on changes in consumer behavior that increasingly rely on digital media in the purchasing decision-making process. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents who are D’Fresto consumers. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that content marketing had a significant effect on purchasing interest with a path coefficient value of 0.359 (p-value <0.05). Social media engagement also had a positive effect with a path coefficient of 0.209 (p-value <0.05), and brand image had a significant effect with a path coefficient of 0.351 (p-value <0.05). These findings confirm that an effective digital marketing strategy can increase consumer purchasing interest, so D’Fresto management is expected to continue to develop relevant and innovative approaches in their marketing. This study contributes to the development of digital marketing theory in the context of the local culinary industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on teacher performance at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research is based on the crucial role of teachers in improving the quality of education, as well as the observed variations in teacher performance that are presumed to be influenced by school leadership, individual motivation, and the working environment. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all 40 teachers at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan, and the sampling technique used is total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that: (1) leadership style have a significant effect on teacher performance when tested partially; (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (3) the work environment does not significantly affect teacher performance; and (4) simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation, and work environment significantly influence teacher performance. The findings imply that increasing work motivation is a key factor in enhancing teacher performance, while leadership style and work environment require further optimization to comprehensively support performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Aerostreet shoes, using a case study of students from the 2021 cohort of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires using purposive sampling. The study involved 171 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that consumer lifestyle and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while brand image has no significant effect. These findings suggest that marketing strategies focusing on consumer lifestyle and improving product quality are more effective in influencing purchasing decisions for Aerostreet shoes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price, and online customer reviews on purchase decisions for Adidas shoes through the Shopee platform. The background of the research is based on the intense competition in the sports footwear industry and the high consumer interest in Adidas products. A quantitative approach was used, distributing questionnaires to 171 respondents, who are Management students from the 2021 cohort at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya and have purchased Adidas shoes. The independent variables are brand image (X1), price (X2), and online customer reviews (X3), while the dependent variable is purchase decision (Y). Data analysis employed multiple linear regression, with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that all three independent variables significantly influence purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This study provides practical contributions for businesses in enhancing competitiveness through brand image development, competitive pricing, and effective online review management.

Abstract

The growth of the local fashion industry in Indonesia has shown significant progress, driven by increasing consumer preference for domestic products. One of the emerging local brands is Ventela, a footwear company that emphasizes the strength of its product design and quality. This study aims to: (1) examine the influence of product design on purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes, (2) analyze the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions, and (3) assess the combined effect of product design and quality on purchasing decisions. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 171 students from the Management Study Program, Class of 2021, at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that product design attracts consumers through visual appeal and comfort, while product quality builds trust and satisfaction. Simultaneously, both product design and quality significantly influence purchasing decisions. These findings highlight the importance of product innovation and quality improvement strategies in strengthening the competitiveness of local brands in the increasingly competitive fashion industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and transformational leadership on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly Padang rice restaurants in Bekasi City. MSMEs play an important role in the national economy, but they still face challenges in improving their performance sustainably. This study employs a quantitative method, distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents who are operators of Padang rice restaurants, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings contribute theoretically and practically to efforts to enhance the competitiveness of traditional culinary-based MSMEs in the era of global competition.

Abstract

Inspira Energi Sekawan is a company engaged in the supply of cables. This study was conducted to determine the role of transformational leadership in building organizational culture at PT. Inspira Energi Sekawan. This study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques involving field observations, interviews with informants, and documentation. The findings from the interviews with informants, as noted in the observation records under the sub-focus on discipline, revealed several strengths in the observation findings. Specifically, the company leaders have implemented strict regulations, provided constructive suggestions for various issues, and fostered a healthy two-way communication culture

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing in increasing the sales of sneaker products at PT Mutasis Group Indonesia. The company utilizes various digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee to expand its market reach. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the owner and employees of PT Mutasis Group Indonesia. The findings reveal that active and consistent digital marketing strategies significantly contribute to increased sales, especially in stores that apply these strategies optimally, such as SneakersMust. The company faces several challenges, including limited human resources, insufficient content creation equipment, and frequent changes in social media algorithms. Nevertheless, digital marketing has proven effective in enhancing customer loyalty and boosting sales by up to 50%. This study recommends strengthening the implementation of digital marketing across all stores under the company to support overall business performance.
