Abstract

Abstract. PT. Alter Trade Indonesia or known as PT. ATINA Watangsawitto Pinrang is a type of company involved in the fish and other aquatic biota freezing industry. Implementing strategies to improve employee welfare is very necessary in this company. This is because attention to the work environment will be very beneficial for employees and the agency itself, because a good environment will create work enthusiasm for employees. This research aims to determine the form of strategy used by PT. ATINA in improving employee welfare. As well as Islamic economic analysis of the forms of strategy implemented by PT. ATINA in improving employee welfare The results of this research show that 1) the form of strategy used by PT. ATINA improves employee welfare through the BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, Old Age Allowance (THT) and Holiday Allowance (THR) programs, which are programs that are usually available in other companies. 2) Islamic Economics Review of the role of welfare programs which greatly influence employees, especially the BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, Old Age Allowance (THT) and Holiday Allowance (THR) programs owned by PT. ATINA. However, in Islam, it is not only material things that assess a person's well-being, but it is also assessed using non-material measures such as the fulfillment of spiritual needs, the maintenance of moral values, and the realization of social harmony and peace of mind, especially in the worship activities of PT employees. ATINA. Keywords: Strategy, Employee Welfare, Islamic economic Abstrak. PT. Alter Trade Indonesia atau yang dikenal dengan PT. ATINA Watangsawitto Pinrang merupakan salah satu jenis perusahaan yang berkecimpung dibidang industri pembekuan ikan dan biota perairan lainnya. Penerapan strategi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan sangatlah diperlukan pada perusahaan ini. Hal ini dikarenakan perhatian terhadap lingkungan kerja akan sangat bermanfaat bagi para pegawai dan instansi itu sendiri, karena lingkungan yang baik akan menimbulkan semangat kerja bagi para pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk strategi yang digunakan oleh PT. ATINA dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Serta analisis ekonomi Islam terhadap bentuk strategi yang diterapkan oleh PT. ATINA dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) bentuk strategi yang digunakan PT. ATINA dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan adalah melalui program BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Tunjangan Hari Tua (THT) dan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) yaitu program yang biasa di dapatkan diperusahaan lainnya. 2) Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam terhadap peran program kesejahteraan sangat berpengaruh pada karyawan terutama program BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Tunjangan Hari Tua (THT), dan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) yang dimiliki oleh PT. ATINA. Namun didalam Islam bukan hanya materi saja yang menilai kesejahteraan seseorang tetapi juga dinilai dengan ukuran nonmaterial seperti terpenuhinya kebutuhan spiritual, terpeliharanya nilai-nilai moral, dan terwujudnya keharmonisan sosial dan ketengan jiwa terutama dalam kegiatan beribadah karyawan PT. Abstract

Pengembangan media dakwah melalui Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa di Desa Pabean merupakan inisiatif kreatif untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai agama dan moral kepada masyarakat. Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa, sebagai seni bela diri tradisional, diintegrasikan sebagai sarana dakwah untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan dan karakter di kalangan penduduk desa. Studi ini membahas strategi dan dampak dari penerapan media dakwah ini, menyoroti peran Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa dalam membentuk identitas keagamaan dan kultural masyarakat Desa Pabean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media dakwah melalui Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan, memperkuat nilai-nilai moral, dan memperkaya kehidupan spiritual masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan peran Organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dan Ikatan Pelajar Putri Nahdlatul Ulama (IPPNU) dalam pembangunan desa Getaskerep, Kecamatan Talang, Kabupaten Tegal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organisasi IPNU-IPPNU memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menggerakkan dan membantu masyarakat desa dalam berbagai aspek pembangunan, seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Penguatan peran ini tercermin dalam inisiatif mereka dalam membentuk program-program yang mendukung pembangunan desa secara holistik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang kontribusi organisasi pelajar terhadap pembangunan masyarakat di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

This research is about the Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Asera Tirta Posidonia Palopo. A strong culture is related to high employee performance in the organization. A strong culture must be emphasized and taught to old and new employees, employees do not consciously have the value of a strong culture. With this, it is possible to create uniform actions and effective communication in the organization. The relationship between personnel in an organization is something that needs to be paid attention to whether or not an organization is successful in achieving its goals, a harmonious relationship between personnel and each individual's awareness of their rights, obligations and responsibilities. Having an organizational culture can help a company achieve its goals effectively and efficiently. This is in accordance with the aim of organizational culture, namely creating a harmonious environment and relationships between employees which will have an impact on achieving maximum company targets or goals. Data collection is carried out through qualitative methods, namely by distributing questionnaires to employees. Abstract

Etos kerja dalam perspektif Al-Quran dan Hadits, serta relevansinya dalam konteks bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana Al-Quran dan Hadits memberikan pedoman moral, etika, dan pedoman perilaku bagi umat Islam dalam berwirausaha. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam berwirausaha, termasuk keadilan, integritas, risiko, keberanian, dan berbagi kekayaan. Dalam konteks bisnis Islam, Al-Quran dan Hadits memberikan petunjuk tentang bagaimana menjalankan usaha dengan kejujuran, keadilan, dan niat yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk memperoleh wawasan yang mendalam tentang penerapan etos kerja dalam kewirausahaan Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berharga dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip etos kerja dalam bisnis Islam. Abstract

In facing the complex dynamics of international trade in 2022, the policies implemented by the G20 Presidency of Indonesia played a central role in reshaping the global trade paradigm. This research explores, analyzes, and evaluates this role using a qualitative approach and literature review. The strategic policies formulated by the G20 Presidency of Indonesia not only reflect responses to global trade challenges but also aim to steer positive transformation within the framework of international trade. Through qualitative analysis, this study depicts diverse stakeholder perspectives regarding the implementation of these policies, while exploring their implications and impacts on global trade dynamics. A literature review approach is employed to detail and identify the background, concepts, and recent developments in global trade policies, forming a profound understanding of the G20 Indonesia's role in this transformative process. The results of this research provide comprehensive insights into how the policies of the G20 Presidency of Indonesia in 2022 significantly contribute to the evolution of international trade and simultaneously add to the body of literature on global trade policies.

Abstract

Current developments in information technology are able to provide quite large results regarding increasing sales of MSMEs. This has inspired entrepreneurs to start utilizing information technology to expand their markets and as a means of promoting their business products. In the Mandepo Coffee business, the owner only sells his products in the market and places them in several stalls because he doesn't know how to use information technology to increase sales of his products. The solution is to provide training on how to utilize social media and e-commerce in order to maximize sales. The aim of this research is to educate and make MSME stakeholders aware of the use of information technology to increase sales of their business products.

Abstract

Customers are a valuable asset for every company, because they not only provide direct income through purchasing products or services, but can also be a source of positive references that help in improving the company's reputation. The aim of this research is to find out how partially or simultaneously customer relationship management and trust affect customer loyalty. In this research, researchers used the Quantitative Descriptive method. The technique used in sampling is the Isaac and Michael formula. Isaac and Michael's formula has provided useful calculation results for determining the number of samples based on an error rate of 1%, 5% and 10%. In this study the level of error or sampling error in the form of determining the number of samples is at the 10% level with a sample of 62 respondents. To collect data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Coefficient of Determination. The research results show that: customer relationship management (CRM) (X1) has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Trust (X2) has no significant effect on customer loyalty. customer relationship management (CRM) (X1) and trust (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

Abstrak. In this day and age, competition for business companies is increasingly fierce, many find problems that can cause the company to fail or compete. From this competition, it is necessary that the company will be able to achieve the goals it has set if it can have employees who have good performance at work, this can really help the company to develop even better. Therefore, the formulation in this research is about the impact of workload on employee performance at the Zodiak Sutami hotel and also what kind of work agreement is used. The method used in this research is qualitative so that it can analyze industrial relations between employees at the Zodiak Sutami hotel. The results of this research are that the form of work agreement at the Zodiak Sutami Hotel is a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) with a period of 24 months. Overtime pay is permitted, and companies are required to provide overtime pay in accordance with statutory regulations. The industrial relations that occur at the hotel also seem harmonious and the leaders at the Zodiak Sutami hotel try to be a place for their employees to tell their stories. Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research aims to explore or study the application of business ethics in industrial relations and company productivity. Research found that the application of business ethics in CV. Sugih Maju Berkah forms positive and good behavior for leaders and employees, is able to create fair relationships, and is able to protect employees from work situations that violate morality. The research results highlight that the application of business ethics not only has a positive impact on company productivity but also creates a conducive or comfortable work environment. Leaders and employees who behave ethically can build the foundation of healthy industrial relations, which in turn strengthens collaboration or unity and trust among team members. In conclusion, the application of business ethics in industrial relations at CV. Sugih Maju Berkah has a positive and excellent impact on company productivity and creates a conducive, productive and safe work environment.
