Abstract

Global economic recession is a phenomenon that often arises due to market turmoil, financial sector imbalances, and rapid technological transformation. This study aims to compare the resilience of Islamic economic systems with conventional economic systems in taring global economic shocks in the digital era. The study focuses on global uncertainty in the digital era, which has increased the vulnerability of the financial system due to recession. The research findings indicate that Islamic economics has a very high level of resilience, with the implementation of risk sharing minimizing excessive speculation. In the digital era, Sharia financial technology and the optimal implementation of Ziswaf (Zakat, Infag, Sedekah, and Waqf) have been proven to strengthen the social security network and maintain the stability of the real sector. Meanwhile, conventional economies, which use interest, tend to be more vulnerable to digital financial market risks. However, conventional economies have The advantages of monetary policy flezibility and digital risk management. This study conclades that the morality of Islamic economic values combined with digital transformation can be a more robust alternative in facing the threat of a global recession in the future.

Abstract

Fluctuations in the price of basic necessities are a major macroeconomic issue that direcly affects social stability and public walfare in Indonesia. Increases in food prices and other essential goods reduce purchasing power and may widen social inequality and poverty. In this context, Islamic macroeconomics play s a strategic role in maintaining socio – economic stability through principles of justice, balance, and sustainability. The Islamic macroeconomic approach emphasizes the role of the government in stabilitizing prices, strengthingthe real sector, and optimizing wealth distribution instruments such a zakat, infaq, and sadaqah. Moreover, the prohibition of speculative practices, ikhtikar, and riba in Islam serves as an important mechanism to prevent market distortions that may exacerbate price volatility. Through the implementation of Islamic macroeconimic policies oriented toward public welfare, Indonesia’s socio – economic stability can be mainted despite fluctuations in the prices of basic necessities.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, peramalan valuta asing (valas) menjadi instrumen krusial bagi pelaku bisnis internasional, investor, dan pemerintah untuk memitigasi risiko fluktuasi nilai tukar yang dipengaruhi oleh dinamika ekonomi, politik, dan sentimen pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan untuk mengkaji berbagai teknik peramalan, mulai dari perilaku pasar, model fundamental, hingga analisis teknikal. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tidak ada teknik yang sempurna, penggunaan metode campuran (mixed forecasting) dapat memberikan proyeksi yang lebih komprehensif untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis seperti hedging, pembiayaan, dan investasi jangka pendek maupun panjang. Selain itu, peramalan valas dalam perspektif syariah diperbolehkan selama ditujukan untuk pengelolaan risiko (hifz al-mal) dan perencanaan ekonomi nyata, serta terbebas dari unsur spekulasi (gharar dan maisir).

Abstract

The increasing environmental problems due to the use of single-use plastics encourages retail companies to implement environmentally friendly marketing strategies, one of which is through the provision of eco-bag products. This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing and environmental awareness on the perceived value of eco-bag products with environmental awareness as a mediating variable. The object of the study was Generation Z consumers who purchased eco-bags at Indomaret in the West Surabaya Benowo area. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis, measurement models, validity tests, structural models, path analysis tests, and T-tests. The results showed that green marketing and environmental awareness had a positive and significant effect on the perceived value of eco-bag products. In addition, green marketing and environmental awareness also had a positive effect on environmental awareness. Environmental awareness was proven to have a positive effect on perceived value and was able to mediate the influence of green marketing and environmental awareness on the perceived value of eco-bag products. These findings indicate that the formation of environmental awareness is an important factor in increasing the perceived value of environmentally friendly products. This study is expected to be a reference for retailers in designing more effective and sustainable green marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, digital promotion, and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions for Nike shoes among students of Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 64 respondents who are active students of Wijaya Kusuma University Surabaya and have purchased Nike shoes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that partially, brand image, digital promotion, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Nike shoes. Simultaneously, these three independent variables also have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The lifestyle variable has the most dominant influence compared to the other variables. These findings suggest that the alignment between Nike's brand image, digital promotion strategies, and student lifestyles plays a crucial role in driving purchasing decisions. This research is expected to serve as a consideration for the company in formulating more effective marketing strategies and as a reference for future studies

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT  G4S Security Service, South Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative analysis method, utilizing numerical data from a total of 67 respondents, who are employees of PT  G4S Security Service, South Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study was sampling technique with the Slovin formula to determine the sample size. Data processing and analysis techniques included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results show that the influence of leadership on employee performance is represented by the regression equation Y = 25.557 + 0.598 X1. Hypothesis testing indicates that the calculated tvalue is greater than the ttable value (5.440 > 1.668). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant partial effect of leadership on employee performance. Similarly, the influence of work discipline on employee performance is represented by the regression equation Y = 21.399 + 0.838 X2. Hypothesis testing results show that the calculated tvalue is greater than the ttable value (6.459 > 1.668). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, indicating a positive and significant partial effect of work discipline on employee performance.Furthermore, the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously is represented by the regression equation Y = 12.319 + 0.380 X1 + 0.632 X2. The results of hypothesis testing show that the calculated Fvalue is greater than the Ftable value (31.241 > 2.17). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT G4S Security Service, South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the preparation of a sales budget as a financial planning and control tool in the Kopi Jajjan business. The sales budget plays an important role in helping business owners determine sales targets, estimate revenue, and support managerial decision-making. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a case study of Kopi Jajjan. The data consist of sales data, demand projections, and revenue estimates prepared on a monthly and quarterly basis. The results show that a systematic sales budget provides a more structured financial overview, improves business planning efficiency, and helps anticipate market uncertainty risks. Through the implementation of a sales budget, Kopi Jajjan is able to plan business strategies more effectively and sustainably. This study is expected to serve as a reference for MSMEs in preparing sales budgets as a foundation for business financial management

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the business feasibility of PT Pesta Pora Abadi (Mie Gacoan) through a comprehensive business feasibility study approach. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes various business dimensions to ensure business sustainability in the competitive culinary industry. The results of the marketing strategy analysis indicate that Mie Gacoan has successfully dominated the youth market through its economical price positioning and the use of viral content on social media. From an operational analysis perspective, the company's readiness is evident in its strategic location selection, outlet capacity of up to 140 seats, and the implementation of 24-hour operating hours to maximize productivity. The legitimacy of the business is strengthened by the fulfillment of legal aspects and halal certification from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), which guarantees safe consumption for the wider community. Financially, this business model is considered very feasible because it is able to maintain stable profitability through high sales volume. This study concludes that Mie Gacoan has a strong business model and is worthy of continued national expansion.

Abstract

his study aims to assess the business feasibility of the Hisana Fried Chicken enterprise based on key considerations in a business feasibility study. The research employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach using a case study method. The analysis is conducted to obtain a comprehensive overview of the business feasibility from multiple perspectives.The results indicate that the Hisana Fried Chicken business is feasible to operate and develop. The findings reveal promising market potential, efficient operational systems, and well-structured business management. In terms of compliance, the business has fulfilled applicable licensing requirements and operates in accordance with halal and sharia principles. Furthermore, the financial performance shows positive results that support business sustainability. The existence of this business also provides positive economic and social impacts, particularly in job creation, while its environmental impact remains relatively manageable. Overall, the Hisana Fried Chicken business is considered feasible and has strong potential for further development in the culinary sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of kopi kenangan podomoro city medan branch using an eight-aspect business feasibility approach, including market and marketing, legal, technical and operational, management, financial, sharia compliance, socio-economic, and environmental aspects. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation and a mini-survey involving 50 respondents consisting of students, office workers, and surrounding communities. The results indicate that from a market perspective, kopi kenangan shows a high level of consumer purchase interest supported by effective digital marketing strategies and a strategic business location. From legal and sharia aspects, the business complies with regulatory requirements and holds halal certification. Financial analysis reveals that the business is financially feasible, with a return on investment (roi) of 131% and a payback period of approximately 9–12 months. Furthermore, the business contributes positively to social and environmental aspects through job creation, the use of local raw materials, and responsible waste management. Therefore, kopi kenangan podomoro city medan is considered feasible and has strong prospects for sustainable business development.
