Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of price and promotion on repurchase intention at the Cihanjuang Honey Donut Shop, Cijantra Branch. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used is probability sampling in the form of simple random sampling. The results of the study indicate that price has a positive and significant partial effect, as evidenced by the calculated t-value > t-table (8.877 > 1.984). This was also reinforced by a p-value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), a correlation value of 0.670, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value was 44.8%. Promotion also has a positive and significant partial effect, as evidenced by the t-value > t-table or (11.448 > 1.984). This is also reinforced by a p-value < Sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), with a correlation value of 0.758, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 57.5%. Price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase intention, as evidenced by the F count value > F table or ((66.438 > 3.09). This is also reinforced by the p value < Sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). The correlation value of 0.771 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or simultaneous contribution value is 59.5%, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing strategies used by the Rizki Frozen Food store in Simpang Bandar Setia to increase consumer purchasing interest. A descriptive qualitative research approach was used through interviews, observation, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive overview of the marketing activities undertaken. The results show that the implementation of the marketing mix, which includes product, price, promotion, and place aspects, plays a significant role in influencing consumer interest in the frozen food products offered. In terms of products, the store is able to provide food choices that follow evolving consumer needs, have a variety of flavors, and match consumer preferences. A competitive and affordable pricing strategy strengthens consumers' perceptions of product quality. Meanwhile, promotions through social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook have proven to be the most dominant factor because visual content and collaboration with local influencers have been able to expand marketing reach and influence consumer purchasing decisions. On the other hand, the neat store layout, comfortable shopping space, and easily accessible location also create a positive experience that encourages consumers to make repeat purchases. Overall, the research findings confirm that the marketing strategy implemented by the Rizki Frozen Food store in Simpang Bandar Setia is effective in increasing purchasing interest, particularly through optimizing digital media and providing products relevant to customers' needs. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for other businesses in formulating more competitive and sustainable marketing strategies amidst the ever-growing competition in frozen food sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external challenges in Islamic bank financing management and formulate strategic solutions to improve financing performance and industry competitiveness. The research method used is library research by reviewing literature, theories, empirical data, and research results related to Islamic banking. The results of the study show that the main challenges lie in the quality of human resources, operational efficiency, the risk of non-performing financing, a lack of product innovation, low Islamic financial literacy, the dominance of conventional banks, and regulatory limitations. This study also found that the application of Islamic financial technology, product diversification, regulatory strengthening, and public education are effective solutions to increase the inclusion and stability of Islamic financing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of simple accounting in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve the transparency and accuracy of financial reports. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through the literature study method, this research examines various scientific sources and previous studies relevant to the topic. Simple accounting is a recording system designed to help small business owners manage their finances regularly without requiring complex technical skills. The results of the study show that most MSME owners have carried out financial recording, but not yet in accordance with proper and systematic accounting principles. This condition causes financial reports to often be inaccurate and difficult to account for. Through the application of simple accounting, MSMEs can improve the regularity of transaction recording, separate personal and business finances, and produce more transparent, accurate, and credible financial reports. In addition, the implementation of this system helps business owners gain trust from financial institutions, facilitates access to funding, and enhances business professionalism. Therefore, simple accounting functions not only as a recording tool but also as a strategic instrument to strengthen governance and ensure the sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the Influence of Job Satisfaction and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Jakarta Saharjo Area. both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses an associative quantitative method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample of ninety-one respondents. Data analysis techniques use, data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t tests and F tests. The results of the analysis show: Work experience partially affects job satisfaction on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 25.011 + 0.399 X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.428 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a determination coefficient of 18.3% means that performance is influenced by job satisfaction by 81.7%. This is proven by the t test obtained t count value > t table (.768 < 1.987) and is strengthened by a significant value > 0.05 (0.081 > 0.05). Career development partially has a positive effect on employee performance, indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 20.244 + 0.519 X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.498 means it has a moderate relationship and the determination coefficient of 24.8% means that performance is influenced by career development by 75.2%. This is proven by the t test obtained t count value > t table (3.321 > 1.987) and is strengthened by a significance value <0.05 (0.001 <0.05). The results of the study of job satisfaction and organizational climate simultaneously on employee performance, indicated by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 17.698 + 0.188 X1 + 0.393 X2, the correlation coefficient value of 0.527 means it has a moderate level of relationship and the determination coefficient of 27.4% means that performance is influenced by job satisfaction and career development by 72.6%. This is proven by the results of the F test hypothesis test, which obtained a calculated F value > F table (16.629 > 3.10) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, it is proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Career Development, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing student loyalty toward meatball soup micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the campus area. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding of student consumer behavior and business practices implemented by meatball soup MSME owners. The results indicate that student loyalty is influenced by several key factors, namely the quality of taste and broth, affordable pricing, strategic business location, and the quality of service that is friendly and responsive. In addition, emotional closeness between sellers and consumers plays an important role in creating comfort and encouraging repeat purchases. Overall, consistent product quality, good service, and positive interpersonal relationships are proven to jointly contribute to increasing student loyalty toward meatball soup MSMEs in the campus environment. This study is expected to serve as an evaluation material and reference for campus culinary MSME actors in improving competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Constructa Builders South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative associative. The population and sample used in this study were all PT. Constructa Builders South Jakarta as many as 65 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Saturated Sample method (all members of the population can be research samples). The data analysis methods used by the author are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Product Moment Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Partial hypothesis testing of the Work Motivation variable (X1) obtained a tcount value> ttable or (4.068> 1.999) where this is also proven by the significance of (0.000 <0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. Partial hypothesis test of work discipline variable (X2) obtained tcount value > ttable or (3.629 > 1.999) where this is also proven by the significance of (0.000 <0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Simultaneous hypothesis test of work environment variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) obtained Fcount value > Ftable or (11.354 > 3.145) where this is also proven by the significance of (0.000 <0.05). This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The determination coefficient obtained R-Square value of 27% while the remaining 73% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Abstrak. This quantitative research aims to analyze and prove the influence of Motivation (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) variables on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang City, using a sample of 87 respondents with a linear regression equation Y = 20.962 + 0.224 X1 + 0.250 X2. Partially, Motivation (X1) is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), indicated by the t-value (3.483) > t-table (1.988) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, with a partial contribution of 12.5%. Similarly, the Physical Work Environment (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the calculated t value (3.347) > t table (1.988) and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, with a partial contribution of 11.6%. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by the calculated F value (9.893) > F table 3.11 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The simultaneous determination coefficient (R²) is 0.191 or 19.1%, while the remaining 80.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The conclusion of this study confirms that Motivation and Physical Work Environment, both individually and together, have a strong positive and significant effect in improving Employee Performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang City. Abstract

The three-sector and four-sector economic systems are the primary analytical frameworks for understanding national income flows. The three-sector model involves households, firms, and the government. This model explains the state's role in tax collection, public spending, and economic stabilization. The four-sector model adds a foreign sector. This addition broadens the analysis through exports, imports, and international capital flows. This study aims to analyze the differences in structure, mechanisms, and economic implications of the two systems for national income balance. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach based on Keynesian macroeconomic theory. The results of the study indicate that the three-sector system is effective in explaining fiscal policy in a closed economy. The four-sector system is more relevant for an open economy integrated with global trade. In conclusion, the selection of an economic model must be tailored to the characteristics of a country's economic structure to ensure more accurate and applicable policy analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk during the period of 2019–2024, with a focus on inventory management and liquidity aspects. Financial performance in this study is measured using the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. Inefficient inventory management is identified as a trigger for rising storage costs, which ultimately has the potential to reduce the company's profitability level. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with secondary data sources in the form of annual financial reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that inventory management fluctuated, with the highest turnover in 2019 (7.26 times) and the lowest in 2022 (6.03 times), which linearly affected the decline in ROA to 3.98% in the same year. Meanwhile, the liquidity aspect projected through the current ratio showed a significant strengthening trend, reaching 4.09 times in 2024. This indicates the company's highly conservative post-pandemic resilience strategy, which however risks creating a phenomenon of idle assets. The study concludes that although financial security is maintained, optimizing operational turnover remains the key to boosting the company's profitability again.
