Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and human resource quality on the organizational development of the in the Digital Transformation Era. The type of research employed is causal-associative research, and data collection was conducted using a census method. The population in this study consists of employees of the NTB State Museum, totaling 50 employees. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Development of the NTB State Museum, (2) Human Resource Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Development of the NTB State Museum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative design. The data utilized are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the observation period. The data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test and F-test. The results show that partially, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), while Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Simultaneously, CAR and NPL have a significant effect on ROA. These findings indicate that higher capital adequacy and lower levels of non-performing loans will improve the bank’s profitability.In conclusion, capital management and credit risk control are crucial factors in enhancing the financial performance of banks. Therefore, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is expected to maintain an optimal CAR level and reduce NPL ratios to improve profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the efficiency of working capital management and liquidity ratios between PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk and PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk during the 2010–2024 period. The research uses a quantitative comparative approach with secondary data obtained from annual financial reports published by each company through the Indonesia Stock Exchange and official company websites. The variables used in this study include Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), and Cash Ratio (CaR). The analytical method applied consists of descriptive comparative analysis and financial ratio analysis to evaluate the efficiency of working capital utilization and liquidity performance. The results indicate that PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk tends to have a higher Working Capital Turnover ratio due to efficient inventory and receivable management, while PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk demonstrates relatively more stable liquidity ratios. The findings show differences in financial management strategies between the two companies in maintaining operational efficiency and short-term obligations. This research is expected to provide insights for investors, academics, and management regarding financial performance evaluation in the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

Abstract. Employment agreements are the main foundation in labor relations, binding workers and employers to mutually fulfill rights and obligations. However, in practice, breach of contract often occurs, either by workers or employers. This study aims to analyze the forms of breach of contract in employment agreements, their legal consequences, and the legal protection available to the disadvantaged parties. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Primary legal materials include the Civil Code, Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower, and Law No. 2 of 2004 on Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes. The results show that breaches committed by employers are easier to prove and may result in administrative to criminal sanctions, while breaches committed by workers require a high standard of proof and rarely lead to termination of employment. Preventive legal protection through standardization of employment agreement content and repressive protection through industrial relations dispute settlement mechanisms have been comprehensively regulated, but implementation still faces obstacles such as lengthy resolution processes and disparities in court decisions. Legal gaps are also found in the protection of digital platform workers who do not have written employment agreements. This study recommends the issuance of implementing regulations categorizing the severity levels of worker violations and revising labor laws to accommodate non-standard workers in the digital economy era. Abstract

Financial performance is a major concern for users of financial reports. This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk and PT Bukalapak.com Tbk during the 2019–2024 period using liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data from annual financial reports. The results show that both companies have good liquidity conditions, with Current Ratios above the minimum standard. In terms of solvency, both companies have a fairly healthy capital structure with controlled debt levels. However, from a profitability perspective, both companies experienced losses for most of the research period due to high operational costs and business expansion strategies. PT GoTo has shown profitability improvements since 2023, while PT Bukalapak remains in a negative trend but is gradually improving. This study concludes that although both companies face profitability challenges, their liquidity and solvency positions remain strong, supporting long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cakranegara Sharia Pawnshop. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study was 44 employees, with a sampling technique using the census method, so that the entire population was used as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a statistical program. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, simultaneously compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Cakranegara Sharia Pawnshop. This shows that the better the compensation provided and the higher the employee's work motivation, the level of employee job satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

Fenomena pembelian merchandise berbasis fandom pada Generasi Z menunjukkan kecenderungan konsumsi yang berlebihan akibat pengaruh sosial dan strategi pemasaran edisi terbatas. Kondisi ini berpotensi mengarah pada perilaku israf dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial (bandwagon effect) dan edisi terbatas (scarcity) terhadap perilaku israf dalam pembelian merchandise berbasis fandom. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur melalui pengkajian berbagai jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sosial secara konsisten berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumsi, di mana individu cenderung mengikuti tren kelompok. Sementara itu, edisi terbatas pada umumnya mendorong peningkatan minat beli dan pembelian impulsif, meskipun dalam beberapa kondisi pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Kedua faktor tersebut berkontribusi dalam mendorong perilaku konsumsi berlebihan yang mengarah pada israf, yaitu konsumsi yang melampaui kebutuhan dan didorong oleh keinginan serta faktor emosional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, profitability, and net working capital on cash holding in manufacturing companies. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from financial statements over the last five years (2019–2023). The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with criteria of companies consistently publishing financial reports during the observation period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that leverage has a negative effect on cash holding, indicating that companies with higher debt levels tend to hold less cash. Profitability has a positive effect on cash holding, meaning that companies with higher profits tend to maintain larger cash reserves. Meanwhile, net working capital also has a positive effect on cash holding, reflecting the company's liquidity condition. This research contributes to financial management by providing insights into factors influencing corporate cash holding policies. The findings can be used by management and investors in decision-making related to financial strategy.

Abstract

The beauty product industry, including skincare, has experienced rapid growth in recent years. In Indonesia, as a country with a majority Muslim population, the need for halal skincare is very high. Students majoring in Sharia Economics at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, with a good understanding of Islamic law, are more selective in choosing skincare products. This study aims to understand the factors that influence purchasing decisions for skincare products for Sharia Economics students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The factors studied include halal labeling, BPOM certification, and brand image. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated sample techniques. The results showed that the halal label, BPOM certification, and brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for skincare product

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) on Profit Growth at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk for the 2014-2024 period using a quantitative associative method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing via SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, GPM and BOPO do not have a significant effect on the company's profit growth. This proves that a stable gross profit margin does not necessarily guarantee an increase in net profit, primarily due to high fluctuations in operating expenses and the dominant influence of external factors outside the research model on the company's profit changes.
