Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality of liquid soap and bar soap on purchasing decisions among students. This study used data collection techniques by surveying respondents through an online questionnaire with a sample size of 128 respondents for students with Likert scale measurements. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and determination coefficient using quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study concluded that liquid soap and bar soap have an influence on purchasing decisions. In this study, companies that have liquid soap and bar soap products are able to improve the quality of their products

Abstract

Instant noodles are an instant food product that is very popular with consumers around the world because of its practicality. Therefore, it is necessary for companies to analyze consumer behavior in order to understand their purchasing patterns. Based on data from Databoks, the Instant Noodle brand most frequently consumed by Indonesians is Indomie and Mie Sedaap is in second place. Of course, this is a reference so that the WingsFood company can provide above average customer satisfaction so that interest in repeat purchases increases. To find out strategies that can be used to increase purchases of Mie Sedaap, research was conducted on Strategy Analysis to Increase Consumer Purchase Interest in WingsFood Products Among Students. The method used is a survey method using a Likert scale. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination and significance tests using a quantitative approach. The total sample was 121 respondents who came from students majoring in Regular Management 1, Bina Bangsa University. The results of this research conclude that brand image, product quality and price have an influence on purchasing decisions. In this research, the company PT. WingsFood is expected to be able to maintain and improve product quality and maintain prices in accordance with consumer purchasing power in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji manajamen laba terhadap pertimbangan keputusan pasar. Nilai perusahaan menjadi salah satu hal dalam keputusan investor dalam berinvestasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Objek pada penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data laporan keuangan perusahaan dan data harga saham. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari manajemen laba terhadap harga saham. Pada penelitian selanjutnya, peneliti menyarankan agar variabel dalam penelitian dapat ditambahkan sehingga dapat diketahui faktor lain yang dapat berpengaruh dalam harga saham dan pertimbangan keputusan pasar.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what the Marketing Strategy for Oyster Mushrooms is in Simpang Limbur Village, Merangin, West Pamenang District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province, according to Sharia Economics, as well as knowing the Sharia economic review of the Marketing Strategy for Oyster Mushrooms in Simpang Limbur Village, Merangin, West Pamenang District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. This research is a field research study by exploring data sourced from the research location in the oyster mushroom business in Simpang Limbur Merangin village, West Pamenang sub-district, Merangin district, Jambi province. The subjects in this research were 5 owners, employees and consumers of the oyster mushroom business in Simpang Limbur Merangin Village, with a sampling technique using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive of primary and secondary data. The results of this research show that the marketing strategy implemented by the oyster mushroom business in Simpang Limbur Merangin Village to increase sales is adequate, by implementing a product, price, place, promotion marketing mix system. The products marketed are of good quality and use quality production materials. The prices are set in accordance with the quality of the goods and maintain price stability, meaning giving the same price to each customer without any differences between one another. Strategic business location and easy to reach consumers. Promotions implemented using 2 methods, namely: personal selling, and product discounts have been carried out well and effectively. Competent human resources according to their fields and expertise. In the production process, quality materials are used, and the physical evidence shown in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms in the marketing process is in accordance with market demand. In the review of Sharia Economics, it is concluded that the marketing strategy implemented is in accordance with sharia principles. The products offered are halal, the pricing is not burdensome for both parties, the business location is very strategic and easy for consumers to reach and the promotions are carried out honestly, correctly and with a humble attitude in serving consumers with full sincerity and without prejudice or bad-mouthing. bad luck to other oyster mushroom farmers. Human resources who understand Islamic values. A process that does not deviate from Islamic teachings, and in terms of physical form does not show the luxury of the place, and provides convenience and comfort facilities for consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices at PT. Surya Citra Media (SCM), Tbk for the period 2012–2021. The research method used in this research is associative quantitative. The population in this research is the Financial Report of PT. Surya Citra Media (SCM) Tbk. The sample in this research is the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Financial Report of PT. Surya Citra Media (SCM) Tbk. 2012-2021. The data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and determination test with the help of the Eviews12 software program. Based on the research results of the t test analysis, it was found that the Current Ratio (CR) variable had a value of tcount (-1.046512) < ttable (1.894579) and a significance value of (0.3301) > (0.05), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning Current Ratio (CR) does not have a positive influence on stock prices. Meanwhile, for the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable, the value obtained is tcount (5.935955) > ttable (1.894579) and the significance value is (0.0006) < (0.05), so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that partially Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive influence and significant to stock prices. In the F test, it shows that the Fcount value is (18.46942) > (4.74), and the significance value is (0.001614) < (0.05), so it can be said that the Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS) are together or simultaneously has a significant influence on stock prices. As well as having a coefficient of determination with a value of 0.973261, this shows that 79.5% of the Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS) together have an effect on the stock prices.

Abstract

Liquor (miras) is a drink that contains ethanol. Ethanol is a psychoactive substance where if someone consumes it, they will experience the effect of decreasing consciousness. At the moment there is a lot of talk about alcoholic beverages, namely adulterated alcohol. Recently, many victims in Indonesia have died due to adulterated alcohol which, apart from being consumed excessively, is also mixed with other substances. deadly chemicals that should not be intended for human consumption. Of course, this phenomenon is very detrimental because mixed alcohol has a higher risk than regular alcohol and can even cause death for the drinker. In Lembang District, specifically in Cikole Village, adulterated liquor itself has claimed lives, so this problem is very serious and there must be handling so that it doesn't get worse.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk in 2013-2022. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data source for this research is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports published for the 2013-2022 period. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical analysis tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests and F tests, as well as the coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio has no effect on Return on Assets with a t-statistic value of 0.991283 which is smaller than the t-table of 2.446912 with a Prob value. amounting to 0.3598 greater than 0.05, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Return on Assets with a t-statistic value of -1.150425 which is smaller than the t-table 2.446912 with a Prob value. amounting to 0.2937 greater than 0.05, Total Assets Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets with a t-statistic value of 5.721872 greater than the t-table 2.446912 with a Prob value. 0.0012 is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have an influence on the Return on Assets of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk with a FCount value of 18.79076 which is greater than Ftable 4.76 with a Prob value. of 0.0018 is smaller than 0.05. Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator to evaluate the performance of an economy, especially to analyze the results of economic development achieved by a region. The economic growth measurement tool used at the regional level is GRDP. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is the sum of gross value added from all economic sector activities that produce goods and services within a certain period of time in a region regardless of ownership of factors of production. This study aims to see how the partial and simultaneous influence of Islamic Bank financing, investment, and hotel taxes on GRDP in Jambi Province in 2013-2022. The method in this research is quantitative research with a time series data model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and classical assumptions. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and OJK. The results showed that partially Islamic Bank financing has a positive and significant effect on GRDP. Meanwhile, investment and hotel taxes have a positive and no significant effect on GRDP. Simultaneously Islamic Bank financing, investment, and hotel taxes have a positive and significant effect on GRDP in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) or what is known as environmentally friendly sustainable development created by the United Nations. An important role in achieving sustainable development goals or achieving sustainable goals can be at the forefront of achieving the SDG's economic pillars by creating jobs, providing decent working conditions, engaging in business innovation, and contributing to the economic, social and environmental impacts of business operations . In SDG's digital transformation, only two goals are used, namely goal 09 and goal 17, in Iwa-Qu's efforts to use digital marketing to maintain and create sustainable Iwa-qu products. This research aims to find out how digital transformation at Iwa-QU supports the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDG's) as well as digital marketing from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses qualitative methods by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that digital transformation in achieving Sustainable Development Goals in Iwa-Qu businesses is seen from the aspect that there is still a lack of partnerships to reach global, and there are still obstacles to human resources.
