Di era yang semakin modren, diperlukan keterampilan dalam membuatsebuah laporan keuangan. Secara umum laporan keuangan perusahaan merupakan halyang sangat sensitif diperlukan keterampilan dalam membuatnya. Pengaruh kualitasdata merupakan aspek pendukung yang penting dalam pembuatan data laporan. Hal inisangat perlu diperhatikan agar dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih relevan agar tidakterjadi kesalahan. Kualitas laporan keuangan mencerminkan kesesuaian informasikeuangan yang disajikan oleh suatu entitas dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku.Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas baik menunjukkan bahwa informasi yangterkandung di dalamnya dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tujuanpenelitian ini berguna agar dapat melihat, mengetahui, dan menganalisis pengaruhkualitas data terhadap laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakanadalah dengan cara “Library Research”. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapentingnya pengaruh kualitas data dalam menentukan laporan keuangan perusahaansangat signifikan terhadap informasi yang dibuat. Kualitas data yang baik dapat bergunaagar menciptakan laporan keuangan yang relevan dan sesuai dengan data yang terkait.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio and Return on Equity variables on the share prices of oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2022 period. The variables Price Earning Ratio, Current Ratio and Return on Equity are independent variables in this research and Stock Price is the dependent variable in this research. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling, so 4 companies were obtained as research samples. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports, taken via www.idx.co.id and share prices taken from finance.yahoo.com. This research uses analytical methods and quantitative data with multiple linear regression analysis modeling. The conclusion of this research shows that the variables PER, CR and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices according to the results of the F test with a sig value = 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the PER variable has no significant effect on stock prices with a sig value of 0.817 > 0.05. The CR variable has a significant effect on stock prices with a sig value = 0.000 < 0.05. The ROE variable has no significant effect on share prices with a sig value of 0.271 > 0.05.

With the enactment of the autonomy law, local governments are given broader, real, and responsible authority in the administration of their government. The division of duties, functions, and roles between the central and regional governments requires each region to have sufficient income and adequate sources of financing to carry out its responsibilities. Regional autonomy provides freedom for regions to prepare programs and submit them to the central government. It is can have a positive impact and advance the area if the person or entity that prepares the program has good ability in planning the program and is able to analyze potential future events. However, the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia more or less adopts the concept of federalism, which can cause instability in Indonesia as a unified state.In the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, regions are not like states. Therefore, The application of regional autonomy within a unitary state is constrained by certain limitations.

The aim of this review is to determine the impact of the halal tourism sector on economic growth, especially in the context of government policy. Halal tourism that follows Islamic Sharia principles is an important trend in global economic development. With the increasing number of Muslim tourists in various countries, the introduction of halal tourism can increase the country's competitiveness. Halal tourism has become the main focus of developing the tourism sector in Indonesia, with around 20 of the 15 million tourists visiting each year being Muslim tourists. Halal tourism has also become a public diplomacy tool for several countries, such as Japan, which has adopted a halal tourism policy as part of its country branding and soft power strategy. In terms of economic growth, the halal tourism sector is expected to make a positive contribution to the country's economic development. Therefore, this research investigates the impact of the halal tourism sector on economic growth, considering the role of government policy in developing the halal tourism sector. Through this study, it is hoped that we can find empirical evidence that the halal tourism sector has a positive impact on economic growth and provide policy recommendations to the government to encourage the halal tourism sector that supports sustainable economic growth.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang solusi basis data berbasis awan untuk manajemen proyek pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah(UKM). Komputasi awan atau yang sering disebut dengan cloud computing merupakan paradigma yang mana penyimpanan informasi yang didapat secara permanen akan tersimpan di server internet dan informasi dalam bentuk sementara akan disimpan di komputer clien atau pengguna.Untuk mendukung jumlah maksimum pengguna dan layanan yang efektif dengan sumber daya minimum, penyedia layanan Internet menciptakan Cloud Computing.Teknologi media sosial memiliki potensi untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam berbagai proses bisnis, termasuk manajemen merek, kinerja bisnis, manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM), manajemen inovasi, dan manajemen produk baru. Kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di negara berkembang telah terpengaruh oleh meningkatnya persaingan karena mereka berusaha untuk memperluas ruang lingkup operasional mereka dan memperluas ke pasar baru. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode literature review yang dimana penulis mendpatkan jawaban dari masalah yang diulas menggunakan penelitian terdahulu dengan membaca jurnal yang telah terbit.

Nawasena Putra Windu is engaged in the supplier industry of several large trade products such as fertilizers, stationery, textiles, laboratory equipment, and even oil palm fruit plantations. The purpose of this study is to find out how and how much leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance. This study uses a statistical quantitative method processed through SPSS version 21. The t-test produced a leadership style (X1) that did not have a significant effect on employee performance partially because it made a tcal value of 0.478 < 2.039 and a substantial value of 0.636 > 0.05 so that Ha1 was rejected, work motivation (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance partially because it produced a tcal value of 9.793 > 2.039 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha1 was accepted. However, the f-test produced a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. It made a Fcal of 82,009 > a table of 3.30 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so Ha3 was accepted. Therefore, if the leadership style and work motivation improve, the performance of employees will also be better.

Inter-organizational is a complex and dynamic relationship that occurs between two or more organizations that have different goals and characteristics. Relationships between organizations can take the form of cooperation, competition, or even conflict, all of which can affect organizational performance. Collaboration between organizations can increase profits and efficiency in coordinating, increasing knowledge, and solving problems together. Meanwhile, conflict between organizations can have a negative impact if it cannot be resolved properly. Conflict can lead to long discussions without finding an agreement and lack of organizational priorities, which can hamper organizational performance. For example, role conflict in an organization can have a negative effect on employee performance if it cannot be resolved properly. In some cases, conflict can be resolved by developing the conflict into a positive challenge. For example, role conflict in the PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) organization can have a positive impact if it can be resolved by increasing employee awareness and involvement in decision making.In this research, we will examine how inter-organizational relationships can influence organizational performance and how inter-organizational conflict can be resolved to improve organizational performance. We will also examine how collaboration between organizations can increase efficiency and profits in coordinating and solving problems together.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik wardah. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Uji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan R2 . Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel telah lolos uji multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi dan normalitas berdistribusi normal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa harga (X₁) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah, kualitas produk (X₂) dan promosi (X₃) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, workload and work environment on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The object of this research is 126 employees of PT XYZ. The data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees with an original sample value of 0.464 and T-Statistic 7.416> 1.96. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT XYZ with an original sample value of 0.228 and T-Statistic 3.892> 1.96. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees with an original sample value of 0.323 and a T-Statistic of 6.163> 1.96.

The aim of this research is to increase understanding of organizational culture and employee performance. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The dfescriptive qualitative method is a method used by researchers to fine knowledge or theory regarding research at a certain time. Organizational culture is an organization’s value sustem and will influence the way work is done and the way employees behave. Resinda Hotel Karawang is a four star hotel in the city of Karawang. Resinda Hotel Karawang has a 256 rooms. The result of this article is that organizational culture has agood effect on employee performace.
