Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether Brand Image, Price, and Online Customer Reviews influence purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative research using Purposive Sampling calculations with the Slovin formula. The population in this study were students at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, Class of 2020. The number of samples used in this research was 154 respondents. Based on the results of research in the Partial Test (t test), the Brand Image Variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with a t value of 2.655 > 1.97580 (t table) with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. The Price variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value (tcount) 2.733 > (ttable) 1.97580 with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05. The Online Customer Review variable (X3) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value (tcount) 4.071 > (ttable) 1.97580 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, in the Simultaneous Test (f test) the Brand Image, Price and Online Customer Review variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable with an fcount value of 13.817 with a significance value of 0.000 and a ftable value of 2.66. The fcount value is greater than the ftable value and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. then the Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjust R2) resulted in the correlation between the variables Brand Image (X1), Price (X2), Online Customer Review (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) of 20.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Celebrity endorsement and Electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on Purchase intention, as well as investigating the role of Brand hate as an intervening variable. investigate the role of Brand hate as an intervening variable. This research conducted at Starbucks in Bekasi City using a quantitative approach. quantitative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents, with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers. data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Starbucks consumers in Bekasi through social media. The results showed that celebrity endorsement and e-WOM had no effect on brand hate. effect on brand hate, but both have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. significant on purchase intention. Conversely, brand hate has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention. As an intervening variable intervening variable, brand hate cannot mediate the relationship between celebrity endorsement, e-WOM, and purchase intention.

Abstract

The Effect of Profitability, Dividend Policy, Growth Opportunity, and Capital Structure on Firm Value (Study on the Consumer Non-Cyclicals Sector on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 Period)This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, growth opportunity and capital structure on firm value. The population in this study were all Consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The variables used in this study are Firm Value as the dependent variable; Profitability, Dividend Policy, Growth opportunity and Capital Structure as independent variables. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 92 companies. The analysis method used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Correlation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that Profitability has a positive effect on Company Value, Dividend Policy has no effect on Company Value, Growth opportunity has no effect on Company Value, and Capital Structure has a positive effect on Company Value.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative methods by collecting observational data in the field, interviews with informants, and documentation. The informant selection technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses data triangulation from Miles and Huberman (2014). Data analysis used by researchers is using the help of NVivo 12 Pro software. The results of this research show that the company's core values, including honesty, effectiveness, responsibility, and quality, are implemented through programs to support employee performance improvement, namely human capital development programs, emotional and spiritual intelligence control programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, and employee welfare. The obstacles experienced in implementing organizational culture are poor communication patterns, generation gaps, and inconsistency in implementing culture due to indiscipline on the part of some employees. Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinants of debt of manufacturing industrial companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 - 2023 period. The data used in this research is secondary data. This data is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with shares included in the LQ45 Index in the form of annual financial reports for the period 2017 - 2023. The research sample was 36 companies obtained using the outlier test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a partial t test, simultaneous F test and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Eviews10 for Windows program. The research results show that Speed of Adjustment, Growth, Size (Market Capitalization) and Net Profit Margin together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap warga negara, baik individu maupun badan usaha, untuk membayar sejumlah uang kepada negara sesuai dengan undang-undang perpajakan. Dalam penerapannya masih terdapat wajib pajak yang belum memahami dengan baik bagaimana perhitungan pajak penghasilan yang harus dibayarkan kepada negara. Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 25 merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi wajib pajak baik orang pribadi ataupun badan yang diberikan kepada negara dengan mengangsur pajak terutangnya setiap bulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 25 pada CV SJC dalam satu tahun pajak berjalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian metode deskriptif kualitatif, artinya penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, dan menganalisa data yang dikumpulkan serta memberi keterangan-keterangan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV SJC telah melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya dengan menghitung angsuran PPh Pasal 25 sesuai dengan aturan perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Dengan begitu diharapkan agar perusahaan selalu membayar pajak tepat waktu agar tidak dikenai sanksi/denda yang berakibat merugikan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence Training and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. XYZ. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population and sample in this research amounted to 110 employees. The sample collection technique uses saturated sampling where the entire population is used for the sample. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and processing using the SPSS version 29 application. Research This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The results of this research show that in the partial test (t test) the training variable has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ with a calculated t value of 2.488 > t table 1.982 with a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05, the workload variable has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ with a calculated t value of 5.476 > t table 1.982 with sign. 0.001 < 0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (f test) of the training and workload variables simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. XYZ with a calculated F value of 45.360 > F table 3.08 and a sig. 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether live shopping, discounts and product quality have an effect on impulse buying among students of the Bhayangkara University Management Study Program, Jakarta Raya Class of 2020. This type of research is quantitative and the data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. There were 154 respondents in this research population. Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya is the subject of this research. The research results show that: 1) partially live shopping has a significant and positive effect on impulse buying, with tcount of 3.129 > ttable 1.975 with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. 2) partially discounts have a significant and positive effect on impulse buying, with tcount of 3.030 > ttable 1.975 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. 3) partially product quality has a significant and positive effect on impulse buying, with tcount of 3.158 > ttable 1.975 with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. 4) live shopping, discounts and product quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on impulse buying, seen from fcount 98.796 > ftable 2.66, where 0.000 < 0.05 is the significance value.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to determine simultaneously and partially the independent variables, namely price, brand image and brand ambassador, the dependent variable for purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, where this research uses calculations using the Hair Technique. The population in this study were students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya, Faculty of Economics & Business, Study Program Class 2020-2022 with a sample of 119 respondents. Before analyzing the data, 30 respondents were used as a pilot study to determine the feasibility of this research with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the research results: 1) the independent variable Price has a significant positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, 2) the Brand Image variable has a significant positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, 3) the Brand Ambassador variable has a significant positive influence on Purchasing Decisions and 4) the variables Price, Brand Image and Brand Ambassador simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Antilope Madju Puri Indah (AMPI) Jakarta yang merupakan anak perusahaan Pondok Indah Group yang bergerak di bidang developer properti di Jakarta Barat khususnya di Puri Indah CBD. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan (Y) kepada PT. Antilope Madju Puri Indah (AMPI) Jakarta. Metode analisanya berupa analisis kuantitatif statistik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data dalam penyusunan Skripsi adalah metode observasi, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalan regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti adanya pngaruh secara simultan berdasarkan uji f diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (79.820 > 3.11) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dalam penelitian ini nilai coefficients persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 6,234 + 0.456 X1 + 0.496 X2 artinya ada pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan dan simultan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai.
