Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Area Pondok Kelapa, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 62 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that both work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 57.6% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of work motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This research supports previous findings that high work motivation and good work discipline are crucial for improving employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMAN 12 Bekasi. Jenis Penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru di SMAN 12 Bekasi yang berjumlah 66 guru dan 54 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Dengan teknik analisis SPSS menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil temuan pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,988 < t tabel 1,67528, dan 2) Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,498 > t tabel 1,67528; hasil uji F pada variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Kinerja Guru dengan nilai Ftabel 0,5 (2:52) = 3,18 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The results of the t-test showed that financial literacy has a significant effect on the investment decisions of students in the Faculty of Economics at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta, while financial behavior does not mediate the influence of financial literacy and risk perception on investment decisions. The F-test result is 7.335 with a significance value (p-value) of 0.001 < 0.05. The determination coefficient test results showed an adjusted R2 value of 0.113 for this model, meaning that the independent variables Financial Literacy (X1), Risk Perception (X2), and Financial Behavior (Z) contribute 11.3% to the Investment Decision (Y). The remaining (100% - 11.3%) = 88.7% is contributed by other factors.The Sobel test results showed that the t-count for Z (Financial Behavior) mediating the influence of X1 (Financial Literacy) on Y (Investment Decision) is -1.326 < t-table (0.025; 98) = 1.98447, indicating that Z (Financial Behavior) does not mediate the effect of X1 (Financial Literacy) on Y (Investment Decision). Similarly, the t-count for Z (Financial Behavior) mediating the influence of X2 (Risk Perception) on Y (Investment Decision) is 0.39 < t-table (0.025; 98) = 1.98447, indicating that Z (Financial Behavior) does not mediate the effect of X2 (Risk Perception) on Y (Investment Decision).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure, operational costs and tax planning on corporate income tax payable partially and simultaneously in property and real estate companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. This research is quantitative research. In this study, the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria so that 11 companies were obtained. The data analysis method was carried out using panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews version 12. The results of the study showed a partial hypothesis calculation that capital structure did not have a significant effect on corporate income tax payable with a significant level of 0.4240 > 0.05. Operational costs have a significant effect on corporate income tax payable with a significant level of 0.0036 < 0.05. Tax planning does not have a significant effect on corporate income tax payable with a significant level of 0.0782 < 0.05. The results of simultaneous testing or the F test show that capital structure, operational costs, tax planning together influence the corporate income tax payable with an F-count of 3.802099 with a probability of 0.015510 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bekasi City. MSMEs play a significant role in Indonesia's economy, but their tax compliance level remains relatively low. Several factors are suspected to be the causes, including a lack of understanding of tax regulations, suboptimal tax services, and less strict tax penalties. Through a quantitative approach using surveys, this study attempts to identify the dominant factors affecting MSMEs' tax compliance in Bekasi City. The research results are expected to provide effective policy recommendations for the government and other stakeholders to improve MSMEs' tax compliance and support sustainable economic growth..

Abstract

The Influence of Product Quality, Promotion and Strategic Location on Customers' Decisions to Save at Bank BCA Pondok Ungu Bekasi. his research aims to empirically test the influence of product quality, promotion and strategic location on customers' decisions to save at Bank BCA Pondok Ungu Bekas. The sample for this research is BCA Pondok Ungu Bekasi City customers who have an interest in saving at BCA Bank. The sample was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 92 respondents. The analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with t test hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that in the partial t test Product Quality has a significant effect on the decision to save, Promotion has a significant positive effect on the decision to save, and Strategic location has a significant positive effect on the decision to save. The results of the f test show that the variables Product Quality, Promotion and Strategic Location simultaneously influence the decision to save at BCA Bank for BCA Pondok Ungu Bank customers, Bekasi City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work stress on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region II, South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. method used is quantitative. results of the t test research showed that the calculated t for work motivation was 5.770 > t table of 1.665 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that partially there was a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. And the calculated t for work stress is -5.150 > t table 1.665 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.50, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work stress on employee performance. For the f test, the calculated f is 34.312 > f table 3.15 or a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work motivation and work stress on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 40.569 + 0.250 (X1) - 0.217 (X2). The determination analysis obtained a value of 0.471 with a percentage of 47.1%, while the remaining 48.7% was caused by other variables. The results of the f test obtained a calculated f of 34.312 > f table 3.15 or a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work motivation and work stress on employee performance, and the coefficient of determination is 0.471. This illustrates that the variables Work Motivation (X1) and Work Stress (X2) have an influence of 47.1% on Employee Performance (Y), while the remaining 48.7% is caused by other variables not investigated in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Warehouse Division at PT Eka Mas Republik Tangerang. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 24.730 + 0.372X1, the correlation coefficient value of 0.463 means that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship with a determination coefficient value of 21.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (3.982> 2.001) this is reinforced by a probability significance of 0.000 t table or (3.352> 2.001) this is reinforced by the probability significance of 0.001 F table or (7.903 > 2.77). This is also supported by the ρ value < 0.050). The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.466, meaning that the work discipline variable (X1) and work environment (X2) have a moderate level of relationship with a determination coefficient value of 21.7% while the remaining 78.3% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (7.903 > 2.77). This is also supported by the ρ value < 0.050).

Abstract

This research aims (1) to find out whether price has a partial effect on purchasing decisions (2) to find out product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (3) to find out between price, product quality and brand image the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of the research are the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.636 + 0.337 + 0.014 + 0.117 + ε partially, price has a significant positive effect with a tcount of 4.696, ttable of 0.198045, product quality has a significant positive effect with a tcount of 0.199, ttable of 0.198045, brand image has a positive and significant effect with a t value of1.243 ttable is 0.198045. Simultaneously, price, product quality and brand image influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 9.762. The variable with the most dominant influence in this research is price with a value of 4.696.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The results of the t test research showed that the calculated t for work discipline was 10.122 > t table of 1.988 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that partially there was a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. And t calculated for the work environment is 9.052 > t table 1.988 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.50, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. For the f test, the calculated f is 80.881 > f table 2.71 or a significance of 0.00 < 0.50, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 4.360 + 0.537 (X1) + 0.364 (X2). The determination analysis obtained a value of 0.658 with a percentage of 65.8%, while the remaining 34.2% was caused by other variables.
