Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource quality, workload and communication on employee loyalty in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency. The objects of this research are employees in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 22 application. The population in this research is employees of Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, totaling 53 respondents. Research shows that HR Quality, Workload and Communication together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.838 was obtained, which means 83.8%. The Employee Loyalty variable can be explained by the HR Quality, Workload and Communication variables while the remaining 16.2% is explained by other variables

Abstract

The research carried out aims to determine partially and simultaneously the relationship between price, brand image and brand ambassador on purchasing decisions for the Kahf brand. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population in this study were all Kahf consumers in the Management study program Class of 2020, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University with a sample of 55 respondents. Data processing and hypothesis testing used SPSS 26 software. The research results showed that price partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand ambassador partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous test results show that price, brand image, brand ambassador simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, Distribution Channels, and Product Innovation on Purchase Interest in Mie Sedaap Products (Study of 2020 Management Study Program Students, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University). This research was conducted to investigate the impact of electronic word of mouth, distribution channels, and product innovation on purchasing interest in Mie Sedaap products. This research is research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, involving 155 respondents who were Mie Sedaap consumers in the Bhayangkara University area, Jakarta Raya. Data processing and hypothesis testing were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program. The research results showed that there were variables that influenced each other, as explained below: 1) Electronic Word of Mouth partially had a significant positive effect on purchase intention; 2) Distribution channels partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing interest; 3) product innovation partially has a significant positive effect on purchase intention; 4) Electronic word of mouth, distribution channels and product innovation simultaneously influence purchasing interest.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of charcoal business management strategies in Purwodadi village, Rimbo Bujang subdistrict. The aims of this research are: First, to find out the strategy for managing the charcoal business in Purwodadi village, Rimbo Bujang sub-district. Second, to find out the obstacles and solutions in managing the charcoal business in Purwodadi village, Rimbo Bujang subdistrict. This research uses primary and secondary data, through observation, interviews and documentation. To achieve the objectives of this research, qualitative research was used, qualitative analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research on charcoal business management were carried out in several stages. The stages used in the management process include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Business owners are also worried about obstacles and what solutions will be used in the process of managing a charcoal business.

The type of resealrch used ils qualntiltaltilve resealrch wilth the Pre-Experilment Desilgn resealrch method usilng the One Group Pretest-Posttest Desilgn form. The populaltilon of thils study were 27 students. The alveralge pretest score of students ils 44 whilch ils clalssilfiled als low but alfter the Pilcture alnd Pilcture lealrnilng model ils calrriled out there ils aln ilncrealse iln student lealrnilng outcomes alround 75.7 whilch ils ilncluded iln the good caltegory. Als for thils resealrch, ilt hals conducted vallildilty, relilalbillilty, dilffilculty level, dilfferentilaltilng power tests. The results of the N-Galiln test showed the results of 0.55, where the test results were caltegorilzed als moderalte, ilndilcaltilng the ilnfluence of the use of the Pilcture alnd Pilcture lealrnilng model on the scilence lealrnilng outcomes of gralde V students of SD Negeril 091607 Silnalksalk.

Abstract

The Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Photocopy 66 Business in Bumi Sani, East Bekasi.This study aims to determine how the relationship between the variables of Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction at Photocopy 66 in Bumi Sani, East Bekasi. The research data is data taken using a questionnaire using a google form distributed to customers who have come more than 3 times to Fotocopy 66 Bumi Sani East Bekasi. The population in this study is unknown and the sample in this study was 100 customers determined using the Hair formula. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertisement, brand image and price perception on purchase decisions of Wardah lipstick products. This research uses a quantitative research. The sample in this study was 89 respondents using a saturated sampling technique with the criteria of 2020 management students from Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University and had purchase Wardah lipstick products. The results of this study partially show that advertisement has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Brand image does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Price perception has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, advertisement, brand image and price perception have a significant effect on purchase decisions for Wardah lipstick products. The results of the adjusted r square test with a value of 73.6% where the independent variables in this study, namely advertisement, brand image and price perception together are able to influence purchase decisions for Wardah lipstick products.

Abstract

Sopiatun Hasanah, 2023, The influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Snack Mba Fia Sidakaton employees. Snack mba Fia Sidakaton is an MSME located in Sidakaton village, Dukuhturi sub-district, Tegal Regency. Snack mba Fia Sidakaton is an MSME in Tegal district which has many customers from inside and outside the village. Apart from stocking merchandise on site, Ms. Fia Sidakaton snacks also accepts orders for customers. Usually accept orders for celebrations, social gatherings, snacks for school and others The method in this research is a type of quantitative research with the test tool used, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research is all Snack mba Fia Sidakaton employees, totaling 30 employees using census or saturated sampling. This research uses primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. Based on the results of the f test in this research, it shows that motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The t test results obtained: a) motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, b) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that motivation and job satisfaction influence the performance of Snack Mba Fia Sidakaton employees

Abstract

With the progress in economic and technological fields and the rise in global market competition, businesses are working to deliver products and services that better meet customer needs while offering competitive prices. This endeavor aims to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This study examines the effects of service quality, product quality, and pricing on customer satisfaction. The focus is on the customers of Discussion Coffee. The study employs purposive sampling, which involves selecting samples based on specific criteria. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used for analysis. The results show that the variables in this research model—service quality, product quality, and pricing—all have a significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction at Discussion Coffee in Tambun. These findings indicate that enhancements in service quality, product quality, and pricing lead to higher customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of public services and the factors that influence public services in Setia Asih Village, Taruma Jaya District, Bekasi Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research, namely research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually and accurately regarding facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research informants in this study were 1 Public Service employee as a key informant, and approximately 17 community service users as supporting informants. Data analysis in this research uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that the analysis of the quality of public services in Setia Asih Village, TarumaJaya District is by using 3 important aspects, namely (1) Accessibility (2) Service Quality (3) Community Satisfaction and the low quality of public services in Setia Asih Village, TarumaJaya District is caused by several existing indicators in dimensions, Reliability, and Emphaty have not been implemented in accordance with service standards. The indicators that are not yet in accordance with service standards are (1) the Reliability Dimension, namely the employee's lack of mastery in using service tools. (2) The empathy dimension, namely whether employees are less friendly in the service process or still appear indifferent.
