Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Depok City Education Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by utilizing the research instruments used, the data analysis used was quantitative/measurable with the aim of testing previously established hypotheses. In this study, the samples were 58 employees at the Depok City Education Office. The regression equation concludes that there is an influence between X1 and Y. The correlation coefficient is 0.787, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of influence. Thus, H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between X1 and Y. That variable X2 influences variable Y by 78.9% while the remaining 21.1% is influenced by other factors. Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between the level of relationship is very strong with Y. The R-Square value is 0.795, so it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and work motivation influence employee performance variables by 79.5% while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Home Center Indonesia QBIG BSD Tangerang Branch. The method used is quantitative associative The research population was 101 people who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the discipline variable partially influences employee performance variables by 69.8%, while the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other variables not studied. Motivation partially influences employee performance by 30.4%, while the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables not studied. Discipline and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance variables by 73.1%, while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other variables not studied. The research results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.086 + 0.635 X1 + 0.241 X2. This means that employee performance, even without the influence of discipline and motivation, already has an influence of 8.429. Simultaneously, discipline and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, namely (133.079 > 3.09) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning it can be concluded that positive and significant influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance simultaneously at PT Home Center Indonesia QBIG BSD Tangerang Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk 2012 - 2022. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The population used in this research is the financial report of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The sample data used by the author in this research are financial reports in the form of the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the period 2012 - 2022. The results of this research show that there is no significant influence of the Current Ratio on Return On Equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. 2012 – 2022 as evidenced by the tcount value of 0.081 < ttable 2.306 with a significance level of 0.938 > 0.05. There is no significant influence between Debt To Equity on Return On Equity of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2012 - 2022 period as evidenced by the t value of 2,265 < t table 2,306 with a significance level of 0.053 > 0.05. Together (simultaneously), the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio variables have a significant effect on Return On Equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2012 - 2022 period as evidenced by the Fcount value of 5.658 > Ftable 4.46 with a significance level of 0.029 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 58.6% while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ownership structure and company size on financial performance at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry 2009-2023. The research method used is quantitative. The data source for this research is secondary data in the form of the Annual Report, the annual financial report published for the 2009-2023 period. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistical analysis tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests and F tests, as well as the coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that partially Managerial Ownership has no effect on financial performance with a t- statistic value of 1.047339 which is smaller than the t table (-1.047339<1.796) with a Prob value. Amounting to 0.3174 is greater than 0.05 (0.3174>0.05), Institutional Ownership has no partial effect on financial performance with a t-statistic value of 1.346476 which is smaller than the t table (1.346476<1.796) with a Prob value. 0.2052 is greater than 0.05 (0.2052>0.05), and partially company size has a significant positive effect on financial performance with a t-statistic value of 3.733802 which is greater than the t table (3.733802>1.796) with a Prob value. 0.0033 is smaller than 0.05 (0.0033<0.05). Simultaneously Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Company Size have a significant positive effect on PT's Financial Performance. Ultrajaya Milk Industry. with a calculated F value of 5.752613 which is greater than Ftable (5.752613>3.587) with a Prob value. amounting to 0.012879. Less than 0.05 (0.012879<0.05). Determination of R Square (R²) is 0.504562. So (KD = r² x 100% = 0.50 x 100% = 50%) it can be concluded that the contribution of the variables Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Company Size simultaneously influence Financial Performance by 50% while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors outside this regression equation or variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 79.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (10.853> 2.001). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 73.9% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (4,032> 2,001). Motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.318 + 3.45X1 + 0.678X2. The coefficient of determination is 79.2% while the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (108.695> 2.001). And the significant value of the results of X1 and X2 on Y (0.001 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia South Tangerang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership style in improving employee performance at PT. Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta Branch. This research uses a qualitative method using SWOT analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Sumbermulia Hasilguna, South Jakarta. The data used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The leadership style used at PT Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta is a democratic leadership style. It can be seen from several indicators that support this, namely that decision making is carried out through deliberation which involves other employees, and can accept suggestions and feelings from other employees so that they can make decisions more widely, are very responsible for their positions and there is no gap between leaders and employees. and the cooperation at PT Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta branch is considered good and the impact of these results can be seen from the performance indicators, namely quality, quantity, use of time and cooperation, initiative from these four indicators, many employees complain about the lack of motivation for employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at J&T Express Drop Center 21 Depok. The method used is quantitative associative. The study population was 62 people and all of them were sampled in this study. The data analysis techniques used in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count> t table (5.424> 2.000) and reinforced by the sig value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee performance. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count> t table (3.033> 2.000) and strengthened by the sig value <0.05 (0.004 <0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, Then there is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by t count> t table (144.224> 3.15) and strengthened by sig value <0.05 (0.00 <0.05, there is a positive and significant influence between discipline and physical work environment simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

. This study examines the impact of integrating the National Identification Number (NIK) as the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) on customer data at PT. Borwita Citra Prima. Tax is a mandatory contribution from the public to the state, vital for economic development and public welfare. However, there is a significant gap between the number of taxpayers and working individuals in East Java, attributed to complex tax regulations. The Indonesian government aims to improve tax compliance by implementing the Single Identity Number (SIN), where NIK serves as NPWP. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, involving interviews and observations with 5 informants from PT. Borwita Citra Prima's administration and sales departments. The findings reveal that using NIK as NPWP enhances tax compliance, administrative efficiency, and data accuracy, thereby supporting better business strategies and market analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability at PT Ultra Jaya Milk Indistri & Trading Company Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. This research method used is a quantitative research method. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of PT Ultra Jaya Milk Indistri & Trading Company Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t test and F test using SPSS version 27. Partial research results show that working capital turnover has a value of t < ttable or │-1,840│ < 2.306 with a significance level of 0.103 > 0.05 so that it partially has no significant effect on profitability as proxied by ROA. Receivables turnover has a value of tcount < ttable or 0.379 < 2.306 with a significant level of 0.715 > 0.05, but partially it has no significant effect on profitability as proxied by ROA. Simultaneous research results between working capital turnover and receivables turnover on profitability as proxied by ROA show the value of Fcount < Ftable or 2.371 < 4.460 with a significant level of 0.155 > 0.05. Simultaneously working capital turnover and receivables turnover do not have a significant effect on profitability as proxied by ROA. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination value is 21.5%, which means that the independent variables consisting of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover do not have a significant effect on profitability as proxied by ROA, while the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Financing Risk and Operational Risk on Financial Performance at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Tbk. The variables used in this research are Financing Risk and Operational Risk, while the dependent variable used is Financial Performance. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this research is in the form of financial position reports and profit and loss statements for the 10 year period 2014-2023. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used SPSS version 26 software. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that Non-Performing Loans have a negative effect on Return On Assets with the hypothesis test obtained by the value Tcount < Ttable or (-2.778 < 2.306). This is also confirmed by the significant value (0.027 < 0.05). Meanwhile, Operational Costs Operational Income has a negative effect on Return On Assets. By hypothesis testing, the value Tcount < Ttable or (-3.056 < 2.306) or (0.018 < 0.05) is obtained. Non-Performing Loans and Operational Costs Operational Income shows that there is a significant influence simultaneously on Return On Assets with the Hypothesis Test which obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (8.529 > 4.74), this is also reinforced by a significant value of <0.05 or (0.013 < 0.05 ).
