Abstract

The market will continue to undergo changes, as well as the industrial market, so as to enable the perpetrators of the industry to persevere in the midst of market competition, to determine market structures, can be used a method often referred to as an industrial concentration. This is often the case in the midst of economic turmoil, with the industrial concentration based on SCP (Structure-Conduct-Performance) of the problems associated with market conditions and structure will be predicted. This study deals with the understanding, insight, and concept of industrial concentration. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The purpose of this research is to analyze industrial concentration as one part of the economic substance.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the impact of rising rice prices (independent variable) on the community environment (dependent variable) during the 2018-2023 period. The significant increase in rice prices has affected various aspects of people's lives, especially for those below the poverty line. This research uses a mixed method method by collecting interview data from the community and rice traders, as well as using secondary data tables from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results showed that the increase in rice prices was caused by crop failures due to extreme weather such as El Nino, which impacted on supply scarcity and the increase in rice prices forced people to look for other food alternatives such as cassava, yams, corn and sorghum. This resulted in changes in consumption patterns that affected the family economy and public health. In addition, the government's role in setting the highest retail price policy, market intervention, and subsidies are helpful in stabilizing rice prices. The study concludes that the government can address this situation with policies such as rice imports, market operations, food aid and diversification of food sources. These community adaptation measures include the purchase of subsidized rice and the search for alternative staple foods. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between government policies and community adaptation to maintain rice price stability and welfare.

Abstract

Sales believes that more aggressive advertising and selling is needed because not enough customers or businesses are buying the goods offered by an organization on a regular basis. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, this study investigates the sales strategy of PT Primafood Internasional's Champ brand instant sausage product. PT Primafood tries to implement an effective marketing strategy to increase sales due to the increasing demand for food products, especially animal products. The results of the analysis show that the competitive market structure affects the way the company markets its products. Through creative promotions and effective distribution, PT Primafood has succeeded in increasing brand awareness and sales. This study makes a significant contribution to the process of developing marketing strategies in the Indonesian processed food industry and suggests a method that is more sensitive to changes in consumer preferences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk membahas pengaruh dari Restribusi daerah, pajak daerah dan dan alokasi umum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di indonesia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan acuan dari kemajuan perekonomian secara agregat, pertumbuhan ekonomi menunjukan peningkatan atau kenaikan dalam produksi barang maupun jasa dalam suatu perekonomian tepatnya di Indonesia, dimana juga dipengaruhi oleh indikator-indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi kemajuan ekonomi yang ada di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mencaritahu pengaruh Restribusi daerah, pajak daerah dan dan alokasi umum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di indonesia. Pada penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dan data sekunder dengan jenis data time series tahun 2009 -2023 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia juga menggunakan eviews sebagai alat hitung hasil olahan datanya, dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini pada variabel restribusi pajak berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indoenesia, pada variabel pajak daerah berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indoenesia dan pada variabel dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indoenesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Di tengah pesatnya globalisasi, banyak negara semakin terintegrasi dalam sistem perekonomian internasional. Konsep ekonomi terbuka, yang mencakup perdagangan internasional, investasi asing, serta aliran modal dan teknologi, semakin relevan. Perekonomian terbuka memberikan peluang untuk pertumbuhan, diversifikasi produk, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan, tetapi juga membawa tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada faktor eksternal dan krisis global. Ketahanan ekonomi, yang mengacu pada kemampuan negara untuk mengatasi tekanan eksternal dan internal, menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur untuk menganalisis bagaimana perekonomian terbuka mempengaruhi ketahanan perekonomian, serta tantangan dan peluang yang muncul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ekonomi terbuka memberikan akses ke pasar global dan mendorong pertumbuhan, ketergantungan pada faktor risiko eksternal mengancam stabilitas ekonomi domestik. Oleh karena itu, strategi seperti diversifikasi ekonomi dan penguatan sektor domestik sangat penting untuk memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi di era globalisasi. Kata Kunci: Ekonomi terbuka, ketahanan ekonomi, globalisasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the contribution of education, employment and the use of technology to regional economic growth in West Sumatra. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is panel data. The data used is data from 19 Regencies/Cities of West Sumatra Province for 2017-2023. This research used secondary data, namely data obtained based on publications from related agencies. Data was taken by researchers from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) OF West Sumatra Province.The result of this research show that employment and technology users have a positive and significant effect on regional economic growth, while the contribution of education has a positive and insignificant effect on regional economic growh. This research concludes that employment and technology users are very important for regional economicc growth, especially in the current era of internet technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk using ratio analysis, which includes liquidity, activity, debt, and profitability ratios. The data used are taken from the company's financial statements for 2022 and 2023. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity ratio of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk is below the industry standard, indicating liquidity risk. There are fluctuations in the ratio, reflecting challenges in asset management. On the other hand, the company's debt ratio (DER) shows stability, but requires more attention in long-term debt management. In addition, the profitability ratio also shows fluctuations, with several years showing less than optimal performance. Overall, this analysis indicates challenges in the financial performance of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk that need to be addressed in order to achieve sustainable growth. This study is expected to provide useful insights for management and stakeholders in strategic decision making. Abstract

This study examines workforce planning in public sector organizations, addressing key aspects such as recruitment, competency development, placement, and performance evaluation. The primary goal is to improve organizational effectiveness by aligning employee skills with organizational needs. The study employs a literature review methodology, synthesizing findings from relevant journals. Key findings highlight the significance of competency-based planning, enhanced by information technology, to meet the evolving demands of public service delivery. Challenges identified include limited budgets and rigid bureaucracy, impacting effective workforce development. The research contributes by proposing a data-driven and responsive approach to workforce planning to optimize public sector human resource management

Abstract

Financial reports are the main data source in assessing the Company's performance. Financial analysis is needed to find out whether the company has good financial performance or not. This research aims to show the results of the financial analysis of PT Akhasa Wira International, Tbk in 2022-2023 which is reviewed with liquidity, profitability and activity ratios. The research method used is quantitative data with data sources obtained from the company's financial reports for 2022-2023. Data collection techniques are calculated, analyzed and the results interpreted in descriptive form. The results of this study show that the CR, QR, TATO, FATO, DAR, and DER ratios show positive results. PT Akhasa Wira International Tbk shows solid financial performance in 2023, with good liquidity, profitability, solvency and activity.
