Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the urgency of implementing environmental accounting to enhance corporate competitiveness in the global market during the digital era. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, collecting data from relevant journals, books, and reports. Environmental accounting plays a critical role in integrating sustainability aspects into corporate strategies, focusing on transparency and accountability for environmental impacts. This approach not only helps companies meet global standards but also builds trust among consumers and investors. The digital era offers new opportunities for implementing environmental accounting through the use of technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor and report environmental performance in real-time. The findings indicate that integrating environmental accounting with digital technologies can strengthen a company’s competitive position in an increasingly competitive global market. Keywords: Environmental Accounting, Competitiveness, Digital Era Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi penerapan akuntansi lingkungan dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di pasar global pada era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui analisis literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan laporan yang relevan. Akuntansi lingkungan memainkan peran penting dalam mengintegrasikan aspek keberlanjutan ke dalam strategi bisnis perusahaan, dengan fokus pada transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap dampak lingkungan. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya membantu perusahaan memenuhi standar global tetapi juga meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan investor. Era digital memberikan peluang baru dalam mengimplementasikan akuntansi lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi, seperti big data dan Internet of Things (IoT), untuk memantau dan melaporkan kinerja lingkungan secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi akuntansi lingkungan dengan teknologi digital dapat memperkuat posisi kompetitif perusahaan di pasar global yang semakin kompetitif. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of village fund management in Gampong Pondok Keumuning from the perspective of the village community. Data were analyzed to determine the percentage of effectiveness of overall village fund management, fund management towards village potential development, and the level of community participation in village fund management. The results of the study indicate that according to the views of the Gampong Pondok Keumuning community, village fund management by the village government has been effective with a percentage of 76.40%. Overall village fund management received a total index value of 67.06%, which indicates an effective category. The village fund budget for village potential development was also considered effective with a score of 74.22%.

Abstract

Kebijakan integrasi ekonomi membawa pengaruh pada pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Integrasi ekonomi dengan inisiatif seperti Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN(MEA) dan kebijakan terkait lainnya menawarkan peluang bagi UMKM untuk mengakses pasar internasional, mentransfer teknologi, serta mengadopsi digitalisasi yang dapat meningkatkan dayasaing mereka. Namun, UMKM juga menghadapi tantangan besar, seperti persaingan ketat dengan produk impor, keterbatasan modal, teknologi yang terbatas, serta fasilitas yang belum memadai, khususnya di wilayah terpencil. Metode pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka, dengan menghimpun data dari berbagai literatur yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan integrasi ekonomi memberikan peluang besar, banyak UMKM yang masih kesulitan untuk memanfaatkannya sepenuhnya karena berbagai hambatan struktural. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan akses pembiayaan, pelatihan keterampilan, adopsi teknologi, serta Pembangunan infrastruktur yang mendukung UMKM. Dengan dukungan kebijakan yang tepat dan sinergi antara berbagai pihak, UMKM dapat lebih berdayasaing di pasar global serta berkontribusi lebih signifikan pada perekonomian Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic accounting and its role in the management of zakat, infaq, and sedekah funds in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, utilizing written sources such as journals, books, and other related documents. Islamic accounting, based on Islamic principles, plays a crucial role in ensuring that the management of zakat, infaq, and sedekah funds is conducted transparently, accountably, and in accordance with Islamic law. The implementation of Islamic accounting in the management of social funds aims to optimize the distribution of funds to the mustahik (beneficiaries) and ensure that the funds are used in accordance with the goals of Sharia. This study also identifies challenges faced in the implementation of Islamic accounting, such as the lack of understanding among zakat administrators, as well as the need for clearer and more structured accounting standards. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of a more effective Islamic accounting system for the management of zakat, infaq, and sedekah funds. Keywords: Islamic Accounting, Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, Fund Management Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan akuntansi syariah dan perannya dalam pengelolaan dana zakat, infaq, dan sedekah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yang memanfaatkan sumber-sumber tertulis seperti jurnal, buku, dan dokumen terkait lainnya. Akuntansi syariah, yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam, memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan bahwa pengelolaan dana zakat, infaq, dan sedekah dilakukan secara transparan, akuntabel, dan sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Penerapan akuntansi syariah dalam pengelolaan dana sosial ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi dana kepada mustahik (penerima) dan memastikan bahwa dana digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan syariah. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi akuntansi syariah, seperti kurangnya pemahaman di kalangan pengelola zakat, serta kebutuhan akan standar akuntansi yang lebih jelas dan terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem akuntansi syariah yang lebih efektif untuk pengelolaan dana zakat, infaq, dan sedekah. Abstract

An analysis of the oligopoly market model and strategies applied in the telecommunications services industry in Indonesia, which has undergone significant transformation since market liberalization in the 1990s. This study finds that the Indonesian telecommunications market is dominated by several large companies, such as Telkomsel, Indosat, XL Axiata, and Smartfren, which have substantial market power. The high market concentration creates significant barriers to entry for new companies, thereby strengthening the position of existing companies and creating complex competitive dynamics. The findings suggest that the Bertrand oligopoly model is highly relevant in this context, where price competition is one of the main strategies used by operators to attract customers. Although price competition provides benefits to consumers, challenges in terms of regulation and operational efficiency remain, which require attention from policy makers. In addition, product and service innovation, such as the development of 4G and 5G networks, is a major focus for companies to improve customer experience and maintain market share. This article also highlights the importance of collaboration in the development of telecommunications infrastructure, despite the existence of intense competition. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for industry players and policy makers in formulating more effective and sustainable strategies, as well as creating an inclusive and competitive telecommunications ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the café industry in urban areas has intensified competition, requiring each cafe to retain customer loyalty through effective business strategies. Cafe Mahoni, located in a strategic area, faces external challenges such as environmental noise and intense competition, as well as internal challenges related to managerial oversight and limited facilities. This study aims to analyze the application of risk management at Cafe Mahoni to maintain customer loyalty. Using Primary Data Analysis (PDA) methods through interviews, surveys, and observations, this research identifies risk factors and their handling strategies. The results show that facility rejuvenation, increased supervision frequency, and the implementation of service and product quality assurance standards play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby enhancing Cafe Mahoni's competitiveness in the café industry.

Abstract

Along with the excellent development of Indonesia's fashion industry, business competition is currently heating up. Concurrently, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are expanding at a rapid pace, particularly in Surabaya. In order to thrive in today's cutthroat business environment, it is crucial to devise strategies for business development. One of the fashion-related businesses in Surabaya that sells hijab items is Cuties Hijab. Cuties Hijab product sales continue to be highly unpredictable and have even been known to fall as the company has progressed. The company's stagnating position and low product sales are the consequence of multiple challenges, including insufficient human resources and weak product promotion. This situation provides context for why this study is important; its goal is to analyze internal and external issues affecting Cuties Hijab in order to formulate an appropriate strategy for the company's future growth. Qualitative descriptive research is employed. Primary data comes from in-depth interviews, while secondary data comes from a variety of sources like books, records, and the internet. The IFE Matrix, QSPM, IE, SWOT, and IFE are the analytical tools that are utilized. According to the findings from the strategy analysis conducted at the decision-making stage, the market penetration strategy is the best course of action for Cutis Hijab.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relevance of the concept of maqashid sharia in sharia marketing in the view of Imam Asy-Syatibi. The concept of maqashid sharia was popularized by Imam Asy-Syatibi with the concept of "indeed sharia aims for the welfare of the world and the hereafter". This study uses a systematic literature review approach through this process, various articles and journals related to the keywords "Islamic Economics", "Imam Asy-Syatibi, Sharia Marketing", and "Social Justice" are collected, filtered, and evaluated. The results of the study show that the results of this study indicate that the relevance of maqashid sharia in sharia marketing is very related, where the four characteristics of sharia marketing must always be guided by maqashid sharia. This is evidenced by the four characteristics reviewed from the perspective of maqashid sharia. Where teisties or rabbaniyah are included in the elements of religious protection (hifdz din) and soul protection (hifdz nafs), ethics or akhlaqiyah enter into the protection of reason (hifdz 'aql), realistic or al-waqiyah enter into the protection of property (hifdz maal) and finally humanism which enters into the protection of offspring (hifdz nasl).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika pasar faktor produksi melalui pendekatan studi literatur yang komprehensif. Pasar faktor produksi merupakan arena interaksi antara pemilik faktor produksi, seperti tenaga kerja, modal, dan tanah, dengan pihak yang berseru untuk proses produksi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi permintaan dan penawaran di pasar tersebut, termasuk dampak kebijakan pemerintah, perkembangan teknologi, dan kondisi pasar global. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis informasi dari berbagai sumber terpercaya. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan penting terkait mekanisme pasar, faktor produksi dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi serta efisiensi alokasi sumber daya.
