Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of job analysis on employee performance. The method used is a literature review, which involves collecting and analyzing data from five recent journals related to this theme. The research results show that clear and systematic job analysis contributes significantly to improving employee performance through a better understanding of duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan dua elemen yang memainkan peran strategis dalam memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami hubungan antara implementasi prinsip GCG dengan pelaksanaan program-program CSR yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang tercatat sebagai emiten di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review untuk memahami hubungan antara penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip tata kelola yang baik cenderung memiliki kecenderungan yang lebih tinggi untuk melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosial mereka dengan lebih optimal. Penemuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi pengembangan kajian akademis di bidang GCG dan CSR, sekaligus menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi para pemangku kepentingan dan pengambil keputusan dalam merancang kebijakan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola perusahaan demi mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis melalui pelaksanaan CSR yang efektif.

Abstract

Setiap tahun, industri e-commerce di Indonesia tumbuh dengan pesat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pelaku UMKM di Shopee. Analisis linier berganda adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja pelaku UMKM secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh variabel budaya organisasi secara parsial. Selain itu, ditunjukkan bahwa variabel independen memiliki dampak simultan terhadap variabel kinerja pelaku UMKM dan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap variabel tersebut secara parsial. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 52,5% terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Note and road warrant is one of the most important things on a transaction media to improve service quality and expedite the distribution of goods. Based on research from Modern Retail Roemah Kita Gresik (Semen Indonesia Distributor), there are some problems about transaction media wich is note and road warrant still using manual/handwritten. From that problem, researcher have goals to give some solution wich is making transaction media note and road warrant digitals then printed, so it can improve the service quality and expedite the distribution of goods on Modern Retail Roemah Kita Gresik. This research is a type of action research, that are do something activities and solve the problem. Action research have some important element, wich is planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The research was conducted with 12 respondents who had filled out a questionnaire using the SUS method, the distribution of the questionnaires in the study had very effective results and was feasible to use. The results of this study are proven by SUS with a grade A and a score of 85. This can be concluded that Modern Retail Roemah Kita Gresik can use note and warrant road digital as transaction media to improve service quality and epedite the distribution goods on the company.promotions, so as to stimulate purchasing interest in their products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the distribution of wealth in the perspective of Islamic economic philosophy with a focus on the importance of social justice, moral responsibility, and solidarity in the management of economic resources. In Islam, the distribution of wealth is seen not only as an economic process, but also as an implementation of the ethical values of Islamic economics through instruments such as zakat, infaq, and waqf that ensure the distribution of wealth. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods to analyze various relevant literature, with three main focuses: epistemology, ontology, and axiology of wealth distribution in Islamic economics. Based on an analysis of 16 journal articles published between 2017-2024, this study concludes that the distribution of wealth in Islamic economics emphasizes the principles of justice, shared welfare, and fair management of resources. The distribution system in Islamic economics aims to reduce socio-economic inequality, by integrating moral, social, and spiritual values, and offering a fairer and more sustainable alternative compared to the capitalist or Marxist economic system.

Abstract

In Indonesia in 2045 getting a demographic bonus, 70% of Indonesia's population will reach productive age. Skincare is an item that can attract the important role of women entrepreneurs in developing e-commerce businesses, especially in the beauty field. Collaboration with e-commerce media platforms is important to determine sales decisions to consumers.This research aims to see the influence of collaboration between women skincare entrepreneurs based on e-commerce. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, namely by combining the results of analyzing several research journals, books, and sources from the internet that successfully do business through the e-commerce platform media. The results showed that with the e-commerce platform media, women entrepreneurs can increase their productivity by building a strong business and expanding their market reach for both men and women. This research is expected to provide useful insights for readers about women skincare entrepreneurs in doing e-commerce business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how lifestyle and Islamic values influence sharia insurance purchasing decisions among generation Z. This research shows that generation Z, who were born between 1997 and 2012, have different characteristics in making financial decisions compared to previous generations. Generation Z cares more about sustainability, ethics and transparency in their purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative approach, this research collected data from 300 randomly selected respondents in Indonesia to analyze the factors that influenced their decision in choosing sharia insurance. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide insight into the importance of understanding religious values, sustainability and transparency in generation Z's decision making in choosing insurance products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze performance management practices in enhancing customer satisfaction in Sharia insurance companies. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that implementing performance management based on Sharia values, such as transparency, fairness, and optimal service, significantly contributes to improving customer satisfaction. Strategies involving periodic performance evaluations, employee training, and proactive resolution of complaints have strengthened customer trust in the services provided. This study concludes that the integration of Sharia principles with effective performance management practices can be a key factor in achieving customer satisfaction in the Sharia insurance sector.

Abstract

This research is to compare the transaction efficiency between digital money and cash in the context of daily use in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis by collecting data through surveys and interviews with consumers who frequently use both types of payments. Efficiency is measured based on the time required to make transactions, transaction costs, and user convenience in using digital money and cash. The results show that transactions using digital money are more efficient in terms of time and operational costs compared to using cash, especially in long-distance and small-amount transactions. On the other hand, while cash is still dominant in direct physical transactions, digital money offers advantages in terms of speed and convenience, especially with the growing digital infrastructure in Indonesia. This study concludes that while cash still has an important role to play, digital money shows great potential in improving the efficiency of economic transactions, both in terms of individuals and the payment system as a whole.

Abstract

Businesses are evaluated based on various criteria, including managerial ownership, institutional ownership and social responsibility. One of the fundamental goals of a business is to increase its value. An investor's assessment of a company's success is known as its value, which many attribute to its current stock price. The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine how corporate social responsibility, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership affect firm value. This study will look at profitability being a moderating factor that can enhance the relationship between these variables and firm value. This research method utilizes quantitative data and causal associative research. All banking companies available on the IDX between 2019-2023 as the subject of this study. With predetermined requirements, using purposive sampling techniques. Multiple regression analysis and moderation regression analysis are the approaches used to conduct the analysis. The study results show that corporate social responsibility and ownership structure have a positive effect on firm value and profitability strengthens the effect of corporate social responsibility and ownership structure on firm value. According to this study, organizations should prioritize institutional ownership, management ownership, and corporate social responsibility as these are able to influence stock prices and increase firm value.
