Abstract

This research aims to determine the form of participation of fishing communities in development, as well as determine the factors that encourage and inhibit community participation, and the efforts made by the government to increase community participation in planning and implementing development. This research method uses qualitative methods, with a descriptive type , data sources are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are carried out using interview observation and documentation techniques. There were 6 informants in this study. The data analysis used data analysis by Miles Huberman and Saldana. From the results of the research conducted, from Pasaribu & Simanjuntak's theory in Huraerah which consists of five indicators, it was found that two aspects were quite good, namely property participation and social participation. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in donating funds, food, or equipment that can be used in implementing development. The other three aspects, namely participation in ideas, participation in energy, and participation in skills and abilities, are not yet good because the community is still apathetic about development, they are only busy with fulfilling their daily needs, and lack self-awareness to be involved in implementing development in the village. Abstract

The aim of this research is to clearly understand the implementation of general guidelines for the formation of disaster resilient villages/subdistricts in Sigi Regency. The results of the research show that the implementation of general guidelines for the formation of disaster resilient villages/subdistricts in Sigi Regency. It is quite good, it can be seen from the fulfillment of aspects of policy standards and targets, communication between organizations that is quite good and social, political and economic conditions that support it well. Furthermore, the implementing resources are still not sufficiently well met in carrying out the disaster resilient village program both in quantity and quality, the pattern of division of work has not been implemented optimally and the attitude of the implementers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities has not been implemented well, only a few individuals are active in building collaborative relationships with external parties in a collaborative manner, all departments should contribute actively in accordance with their main duties and functions in realizing the formation of disaster resilient villages in the Sigi Regency area in accordance with the mandate of the law.

Abstract

Procurement is one of the results of the use of internet-based information technology in efforts to carry out the process of procuring goods and services starting from the source search process, negotiation, ordering, receiving, to re-inspection after purchase both separately and simultaneously. so that it is more integrated, effective and efficient. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing, studying, finding out what benefits are obtained from the results of internet-based information technology, namely E-Procurement, in the procurement process. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study or research review data collection techniques, namely reviewing and re-analyzing previous scientific research related to the benefits of using e-procurement. The results of this research are that e-procurement has many benefits and is better than conventional procurement which can be used as an indicator for assessing the performance of E-Procurement which has the benefits of being effective, efficient, transparent, accountable and can support the smooth process of procuring goods and services. monitoring process.

Abstract

Character has a significant role in shaping quality individuals and making a positive contribution to society. Education is recognized as an effective means of character development, and one non-formal approach that has great potential is through regular recitation activities. This activity is periodically carried out to understand religious teachings and can be held in various places such as mosques, prayer rooms, or homes. Within the scope of the Sidotopo Dipo Gang 2 Kompleks in Surabaya, routine reciting activities are identified as key elements that shape the character of citizens. Its positive impact involves increasing religious understanding, strengthening moral values, bonding social relations, and increasing social awareness. This research applies a qualitative approach with an in-depth case study method in the Sidotopo Dipo Gang 2 Kompleks. The subjects of the study consisted of citizens who were active in routine reciting activities. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively to provide an overview of the dynamics of character building of citizens through routine recitation activities.

Abstract

Flooding is a condition where the intensity of rainfall is very high and the water cannot be accommodated in the rivers in Pati Regency or the flow of water in the drainage channel is blocked, so that it overflows and inundates the surrounding area (flood plain). This research aims to analyze and determine the level of flood vulnerability based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), especially in relation to areas concentrated along rivers in Pati Regency. The method used in this research uses primary data collection and secondary data by obtaining data in the form of documents, literature from related agencies or books that support research.

Abstract

Strategi harus dipikirkan secara hati-hati, teliti dan juga sebaik-baiknya karena ini termasuk ke dalam perencanaan masa yang akan datang. Adanya beberapa masalah yang terduga dalam usaha tentu saja membuat kita harus juga memikirkan bagaimana strategi yang tepat untuk mengembalikan reputasi atau nama baik perproduk atau jasa kita. Abstract

It takes patience and caution to navigate the complexities of married life in order to maintain the integrity of the home. But occasionally, it seems like this attitude isn't enough to keep the household running smoothly. The high percentage of couples who would rather file for divorce serves as evidence of this. This study aims to address two primary questions: 1) What circumstances led the parties to file for divorce at the Jombang Religious Court during the Covid-19 period?, and 2) What steps did the judge take to lessen the number of divorces at the Jombang Religious Court during the Covid-19 period? This study employs a sociological method to conduct empirical juridical research.The study's findings indicate that, during the Covid-19 pandemic, economic factors predominated in determining whether a party would file for divorce. Conversely, the judge tried to minimize divorce by maximizing the mediation process in cases where both the plaintiff and the defendant attended the series. the legal system.

Abstract

Abstrak. The competition in the business world is now increasingly extraordinary. This rapidly changing business situation encourages businesses to respond quickly by switching to consumer tastes and dynamic markets. The number of companies engaged in the same field causes competition to seize the market and difficulties in attracting consumers to buy products marketed by each of these companies. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of school management based on school accreditation references. the focus of this research is to determine the achievement of school management components at Integral Al Bayan Makassar elementary school. The purpose of this study was to determine the achievement of school management components at Integral Al Bayan Makassar elementary school. The approach in this research is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School. The data sources in this study were principals and teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of school management based on school accreditation reference includes: (1) Curriculum Management, In curriculum management, Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School involves stakeholders continuously in curriculum development to meet the target of quality excellence in curriculum development, involves stakeholders to adjust programs based on needs and provides a budget for curriculum implementation. (2) Management of Teachers and Education Personnel, Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School in the management of teachers and education personnel by first recruiting teachers and education personnel in accordance with the criteria, recruitment and selection that is transparent and accountable conducted by the foundation and then new teachers and education personnel will be coached and assisted at school for three months. (3) Management of Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of facilities and infrastructure at Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School has a positive impact on the learning process, schools always ensure that all facilities and infrastructure are ready for use by checking regularly so as not to interfere with the entire educational process at school, schools also always observe if there are obstacles or deficiencies in the availability of facilities and infrastructure.
