Abstract

This research aims to of this research is to determine the strategy of Al-Qur'an teachers in overcoming students' difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an at MTs S 02 Al-Munawwaroh and to determine the factors causing students' difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an at MTs S 02 Al-Munawwaroh. The results of this research indicate that research students at MTs S 02 Al-Munawwaroh experience difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an because the first factor is their lack of interest in reading the Al-Qur'an, secondly because their background does not provide such motivation. parents who do not really advise their children to study the Koran, thirdly because there is no awareness that the Koran is a need, for them that need is work. The influencing factors are the awareness factor and lack of motivation on the part of the students so that it is very difficult for students to learn the Al-Qur'an, and because technology is becoming increasingly sophisticated students are more interested in this technology than learning to read the Al-Qur'an. The activity of learning to read the Koran has not been carried out well. This can be seen from the behavior of students who are not enthusiastic and are lazy when reading the Al-Qur'an even though some students are interested and want to learn to read the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

The system currently used experiences problems in handling recipient and delivery data, customer data, and inventory data which are recorded on paper and only copied by the admin to the company computer. These problems can result in product calculation errors, problems in recording and reporting product recipients and deliveries, and in several months the product in and out can reach the target. There are often differences in inventory. This is caused by a helper or admin error. The warehouse department is recording, receiving and sending products. In addition, the accumulation of large numbers of files can make it difficult to find the product data you need, and searching files can take time and interfere with other tasks. The aim of this research is to develop an inventory management application that can manage recipient or delivery data, inventory data, and delivery data using visual modeling used in building object-oriented systems and waterfall system development methods. This is about developing a website that is created to simplify incoming goods data and outgoing goods data so that it can help business processes in the company.

Abstract

The development of information technology has transformed the educational paradigm, influencing the way students learn and demanding adjustments from educators, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) courses. This research aims to uncover the digital challenges faced by students and the teaching methods applied by PAI educators in preparing students for the digital era. The study seeks to discover solutions and recommend teaching methods that can integrate religious values with technological challenges, enabling students to understand and navigate the digital era wisely. The implications of this research are expected to contribute to the development of relevant teaching methods in PAI courses amidst the current digital era. This qualitative descriptive research involves PAI lecturers at IAIN Curup, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, aiming to reveal the challenges, obstacles, and efforts made by educators in adapting to technological changes in the learning process. Triangulation of sources is used to ensure the credibility of the obtained data. Islamic Education Students at IAIN Curup face digital challenges in the learning process. Issues of technological awareness, optimal use of technology, and 'copypaste' tendencies are in focus. The integration of technology in the curriculum, limited access, and the negative impact of digital advances are obstacles. Understanding ethics and morals, as well as policies for choosing digital media, are the keys to improving learning. Traditional learning methods remain relevant, and other learning methods can also be combined with technology. Access to devices such as smartphones and AI (Artificial Intelligence) is supportive, but infrastructure constraints and lack of awareness of digital trends are obstacles. Students must overcome a lack of technology skills. Challenges involve human resources, technology, and internet access.

Abstract

This research describes the problems of accepting new students (PPDB) with the Zoning System in Padang City Elementary Schools. This type of research is qualitative. The presence of researchers is the main or key instrument. This research was conducted at 2 Padang City Elementary Schools. Data was obtained from school principals, teachers and prospective student parents. Data was collected by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively with interactive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity with criteria and examination techniques, namely by extending the observation time and testing using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that PPDB problems with the zoning system in Padang City Elementary Schools include: (1) Tight Competition and (2) inequality in facilities and resources.

Abstract

Abstract. Gambling is a phenomenon that cannot be denied in society. Actually, the phenomenon of gambling is not something new in the lives of Indonesian people, because the habit of gambling has been around for a long time. The principle of the game is generally the same, namely the aim is to make a profit if you win the bet. The more money or items you bet, the more money you win. So the problem with this research is that many students are still tempted by lures like that which have a bad impact on the students themselves. This research method is qualitative where the data collected is descriptive in nature to provide an overview of what happens in the field. The results of this research were that there were 43 students out of 50 students who filled out the questionnaire who knew about online gambling, and of these 43 students, there were 22 people who were involved in online gambling games. This states that many students are involved in playing online gambling after learning about the game. students who are involved in playing online gambling. The consequences of being involved in online gambling for students include mental health disorders, financial losses, involvement in criminal acts, damage to social relationships, potential for addiction, and the risk of being involved in substance abuse. Abstract

Parking service fees along public roads contribute significantly to the revenue of Palu City. To enhance local revenue, the optimal implementation of policies regarding on-street parking service fees is crucial for the Palu City Transportation Agency. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with five purposively selected informants. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The study utilizes the policy implementation theory developed by Merilee S. Grindle, encompassing policy content and implementation context. The findings reveal suboptimal implementation of the on-street parking service fee policy by the Palu City Transportation Agency. The evaluation is based on two aspects proposed by Merilee S. Grindle, with the policy content aspect deemed less than optimal. Meanwhile, the implementation context aspect is considered to be involved optimally.

Abstract

With the development of science and technology that has occurred in this era, various social media platforms have emerged which are often useful for society as a means of communication with other people, even though they are separated by great distances. However, the emergence of various social media platforms has certainly had both positive and negative impacts. Especially regarding the behavior of children of elementary school age who are considered still vulnerable to the influence of social media. The use of qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques with parents, students and class III teachers at SDN Cibiru 06 as well as literature studies from various journal references and scientific articles in this research resulted in this article. This research obtained results that TikTok social media for class III students at SDN Cibiru 06 tends to have a negative influence on their behavior. This is due to a lack of parental supervision when children are playing with gadgets, especially when playing on social media TikTok because parents are too busy with work. However, it cannot be denied that TiTok social media is capable of having a positive influence, especially when it can be used with tools and facilities that support the implementation of learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to examine the impact of the rise of online gambling among society, with a focus on individual financial management. Through questionnaires and interviews with 40 respondents, the results show that there are more active online gambling players than non-players, and significant financial losses can occur. The majority of online gambling players are men. Interviews show that the main reason people engage in online gambling is the desire to gain instant profits. Negative impacts involve extravagance, hard-to-control addictions, money lending, and mental health impacts such as stress. Factors causing people to fall into online gambling involve economic pressure and environmental influences, especially through the spread of information by word of mouth and social media advertising. Significant losses can reach tens of millions, and the risk of losing money significantly increases. The research results suggest the need to increase public education, develop prevention programs, support mental health, and strengthen regulations and sanctions. Community leaders need to be actively involved in providing support, while more stable economic alternatives also need to be developed. The implications of these findings support the need for greater awareness regarding the risks of online gambling and joint efforts to protect people's financial well-being.

Abstract

Philosophy is a science that is the subject and base of all knowledge and studies the truth, the true nature of nature, god, and man. An organization needs good management in order to run properly and achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of philosophy in organizational management. This research uses library research by collecting data through books, journals and research that has been done. The results of this study discuss the role of philosophy in organizational management. Philosophy is a way of achieving wisdom systematically and methodically. Management philosophy provides beneficial thinking and action in management and helps to its dynamic and challenging nature. Philosophy plays an important role in organizational management because it helps in the understanding of the nature of management, as well as the principles applied in administrative processes and managerial thinking.
